먼저 나는 우리 체재에 3.5 등급을 넣고 싶습니다. 그러나 분명히 할 수 없습니다. 길 바로 위에 라마다 리조트가 있기 때문에 Kranjska gora에서 라마다를 예약 할 때 조심하십시오 (조금 더 호화로운 것처럼 보입니다). 첫인상은 호텔과 리셉션 주변에 많은 아이들이있는 많은 가족이었습니다. 매우 바쁘고 시끄럽습니다. 또한 예약 한 방에 매우 조심하십시오. 우리의 첫 번째 방은 큰 열린 계단통과 엘리베이터가 있는 지역의 2층(280)에 있었습니다. 여기에는 사람들이 모이고, 이야기하고, 놀 수 있는 편안한 의자(3층 모두 이와 같은 공간이 있음)가 있는 가족형 열린 공간도 있었습니다. 글쎄, 10.30pm 나는 축구를하고,이 지역에서 소리를 지르고, 소리를 지르는 십대들의 소음에 대해 불평해야했고, 우리 침실 문 바로 바깥에 효과적으로 있었다! 하루의 여행 후 호텔에 대한 좋은 소개가 아니 었습니다. 결국 정착했습니다. 리셉션 직원 (이름을 잊어 버렸습니다 죄송합니다)은 우리의 불만을 완전히 이해했고 다음날 우리는 훨씬 더 조용하고 멋진 방 / 스위트 (377)에서 최상층으로 옮겼습니다. 이 외에도 아침과 저녁 식사는 풍부하고 다양하고 맛있습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며 효율적입니다. 우리는 바 공간을 사용하지 않았습니다. 우리가 거기에 있는 동안 호텔은 대부분 가족과 학교 그룹을 위한 장비로 보였지만 이것은 우리가 머무는 것을 즐기는 것을 막지는 못했습니다. Kranjska gora는 아름다운 도시이며 현지인들은 모두 매우 친절합니다.

Small Hotel, but new all basic features are available we had 4 person room with TV in each bedroom, nice shower, hairdryer, towel-radiator mini-bar and so on all basics are there and they are in a good condition nothing looked worn. The Hotel has a dedicated ski-room where you can leave your ski's sticks etc to dry. Best of all they have a sauna which you can book. Excellent for recovering from Skiing sessions. The Hotel is near the center and on walking distance from the ski slopes you can cover that distance in your skiboots easily. Breakfast was feast, a nice room, with a small buffet with coffee, tea, smoothies, pancakes, bread, fruity yoghurts, orange juice and everything else i forget to mention. almost all is local produce, the owner takes a special pride in sourcing the best local products and we all enjoyed the quality and taste. Next to that the staff is all very friendly and Maja is very knowledgeable about the surroundings. For us it'll absolutely be a place to book again if we'll ever visit the region. Be it for wintersport or other activities it's an excellent base in a beautiful area.

Very disappointed in the attitude at this hotel. Seemed to be nickle-and-diming us. For heaven's sake, charge us a couple more euros for our room instead of punishing guests who want an extra towel for the swimming pool or tap water to drink with dinner. After 14 days of hiking the Juliana Alps Trail, plus a couple of days before in Ljubljana and an extra day in Kobarid, in all of which we enjoyed wonderful hospitality and staff who always seemed so eager to make us feel like welcome guests, this hotel left us feeling let down. It had very large bus and touring groups staying there, so maybe that's the way they feel they have to operate. But although our room was nice, and also spacious, we would not choose this hotel again. The food on the buffet was generally acceptable except for the absolutely inedible and rubbery cold fried eggs. The worst was when we were invited to use the swimming pool. We took showers, donned on swim suits, and cover-ups, and went to the pool. Towels, we were informed, would be 3 euros each. Or we could go back and bring towels from our room. So just because it seemed outrageous, we went back and brought our damp bath towels from the room (just one set for each had been provided). Then when I went to get in the pool, the woman pointed to the sign that said we had to shower first. I said I'd just taken a shower. She insisted I needed to take another there. I have to admit I was not happy, shook my head, and entered the hot tub! Childish, I admit, but here's what I wish all swimming pool guests would do (I didn't think of this until later): decline their 3 euro towels and say sweetly that you'll be fine walking through their hallways dripping wet on your way back to your room. Thanks for letting me vent!

The hotel is nice and is located right on the slopes, which is perfect for skiers. It is also very close to the centre of Kranjska Gora. However, the entrance was renovated so it makes you think the hotel is modern, but the rooms look old and outdated. The paint on the walls in our room was peeling off. Other than that, the room was fine and clean. It's nice that there is a game room in the hotel where you can play snooker, air hockey or table tennis. The breakfast is OK, pretty average and traditional. The dining area is spacious. The ski room offers ski boxes where you can put your ski equipment without worrying about someone else taking it. I recommend this hotel for a short stay; 2-3 nights especially if you plan on being outside the whole day.
