방은 세련되고 깨끗합니다. 가격은 매우 저렴합니다. 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 간단하지만 가득 차 있습니다. Super 8은 비교적 새로운 자동차 호텔입니다.

I really really really wanted to like this place, but it's just ok. I have to say the bed was like a medieval torture device. It goes up in the middle and down on the sides so you constantly feel like you're going to roll out. It's hard and feels like it has metal springs that are going to poke through the mattress. The refrigerator made a very loud humming noise all night, and the AC was dripping water. Now here's the kicker, the owner wrote up an information sheet for the room, and it says, ”if the AC starts dripping, just turn it off” ok, then what? Just sweat all night? Or I don't know, maybe get it fixed so it doesn't drip???? To me, that's not an acceptable response to an obvious situation in need of repair. You don't tell your customers not to use a standard feature of the room just because you don't want to get it repaired. Other than that, the room was clean and quaint. Not at all updated since the early 90's. But if you want a clean room by the ocean, and you can sleep through loud noises, tortuous beds, and no AC, then this is the place to go!

This is an older property but is well-maintained. I asked for the quietest room which is 257. The 1950s origins are apparent but everything was clean. I like retro rooms if they are clean and functional and this was. The breakfast was better than some more expensive hotels. Another advantage is that this is 3 blocks from the Hertz agency, on the same side of the street.There is good dining along this same stretch.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! This was one of the most horrendous experiences in my travel history. I remain speechless and shocked with what we experienced and how poorly the hotel has chosen to handle the situation. It will be interesting to see how the establishment will try to rationalize all of this, in their response to my review. Please see the pictures at the end as proof of this experience, the detailed account follows.
 My significant other and I simply wanted a clean and safe space to lay our heads, to take a break from the long drive home. We found this hotel and booked through *******. On the outside the hotel seemed attractive and inviting. We arrived and proceeded to check in. To our disappointment and surprise, upon opening the door to the first room we were offered, we found that the room was unclean and had been recently used, as evidenced by the bed linens being in disarray. No big deal, we thought. Things happen, we'll just notify the hotel and swap rooms. The staff were kind and apologetic, they swapped us to a second room. Upon opening the door to the replacement room, we found it was also in disarray, but even worse, used diapers were on the bed (see picture), there was uneaten food on the desk, and trash was strewn about the room. At this point we were too exhausted to be upset, we humbly wanted a reasonably clean place to sleep so we could safely get back on the road and get home. We notified hotel staff and were swapped to a THIRD room. This time the staff accompanied us, he opened the door and his jaw dropped in horror as the third room had two unmade beds with linens splayed upon the desk (see pictures). This third room was also unclean. To our unpleasant surprise, we were given sheets to MAKE OUR OWN BEDS and advised to stay in this room. “It's fine, I'm exhausted, I just need to sleep,” was the only thought I could muster. The next morning we arrived to the front desk to check out. To the credit of the staff on hand at that moment, they were sweet, apologetic, and expressed utter embarrassment with our experience. They promised us a full refund, but that we would need to notify ******* to obtain it. After notifying *******, this was the response I received, verbatim (copied directly from the email),
 ”Hello Robin, I am following up on your complain. We have contacted Baechtel Creek Inn, Ascend Hotel Collection and addressed your issue but they replied that nothing was brought to their attention from any guest during their stay and no record of any issues so there will be no refund. Should you have other queries, please out to us again. Regards, Chamroy S delcshimrah ******* Customer Support.” I think it was reasonable to expect a safe and clean space to rest for the evening. I am so disappointed in how Baechtel Creek Inn handled this nightmare of a situation. Please save yourself the agony and stay away from here! Photos for proof provided as I am sure the hotel will try to rationalize their decision-making proces

No no no. Just no. Stay away if you like to come to a clean room. If you want to deep clean the bathroom when you come to a hotel then come here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Drive 5 hours stayed here before we finished our drive. If my son wasn’t so tired and knocked out on the bed I would have insisted on moving rooms. Instead I asked for Clorox wipes or something so I can clean the bathroom. Hairs, lint, mildew, and gross. Looks like it has t been cleaned in forever. Nothing available so I go to my car and get my wipes. The worker was nice enough but all he said was I’m sorry. NEVER AGAIN. I should have stayed at the holiday inn in ukiah like I originally wanted to. I am too tired to deal with this. Made me so worried I literally stripped the bed making sure it was ok. Crumbs all over the floor too. I mean did they even do anything except the bed??? I know I’m not getting any sleep tonight. 😩
