We booked this place last minute after denied check in at another place only to be able to stay at the said hotel after few hours. Forced to cancel and never stay in the unit but had an experience dealing with the owner. Although it cant be refunded but lets assume its a good place based on the pictures alone haha

위치는 최고였고 강둑과 센터와 가깝습니다. 도보 5 분 이내의 Topspot Food Center. 방에는 당신이 요청할 수있는 모든 것이 있습니다. 우리는 아침 식사로 제공된 선택에 놀랐습니다. 그러나 제공되는 모든 뜨거운 항목은 매우 추웠습니다. 직원들은 정말 도움이되었고 좋았습니다. 옥상 수영장은 좋았지 만 주말에는 아이들과 가족이 가득 차서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 이러한 이유로 우리는 ”평균”을 평가하기로 선택했으며 Wi-Fi가 제한적이거나 존재하지 않기 때문입니다.

매우 넓은 1 베드룸 아파트. 그들은 바다 전망이있는 높은 층에 대한 나의 요청을 의무로했다. 편안한 침대. 침실과 거실의 강력한 에어컨. 욕실에 샤워 및 싱크대에 온수 공급이있는 좋은 수압이 있습니다. 가구는 약간 구식이며 sp ****입니다. 주방은 약간 어색하고 싱크대의 수압이 좋지 않았습니다. 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있지 않으므로 실제로 사용하는 장기 체류를 위해 요청할 수 있습니다. Covid 때문에 아침 식사는 방 밖에 배치 된 점심 스타일의 점심 식사였습니다. 끔찍했습니다! 우리는 첫날 아침 만 먹었고 그 이후의 날은 귀찮게하지 말라고 말했습니다. 당신이 자신의 차를 가지고 있다면 위치가 좋습니다. 그렇지 않으면 음식과 용품을 위해 근처에 아무것도 없습니다. 사진은 더블 베개를 보여 주지만 실제로는 1 인당 하나의 마른 베개입니다. 요청시 추가로 1 개만 제공하십시오 (왜 그렇게 가슴이 아프지 않은지 이해하지 못함). 침실에는 정전 커튼이 있지만 욕실 문은 얼어 붙은 유리로 빛을 니다. 어두운 방에서 자고 싶다면, 이것은 내가했던 것처럼 지옥을 자극 할 것입니다! 1 박당 RM125의 가격으로 매우 좋습니다.

OMG! I am super happy got the chance to stay at this Apartment. We paid additional amount as to have my son's wedding family BBQ dinner. I really love the spacious of the room and also the BBQ area. I would love to come back again to stay here. The hotel is very much recommended.

나는 지하실이 장기 체류 손님뿐만 아니라 손님을 위해 예약되어야한다고 제안합니다. 충분한 주차 공간이 없기 때문에 매우 불편하고 멀리 주차해야합니다. 청소에 통지를 넣었지만 아무도 나타나지 않지만 청소는 매일 수요없이해야합니다. 건물은 의자를 끌고 싶어하는 사람들이 약간 시끄 럽습니다.

Time square is a good location at Miri center. Apartment is clean and quiet. I'm not too happy with the subpar service of the rental agency. Not my first time renting a place managed by them. Consistently so far, agent managing any of the unit managed by Evernet has never been proactive to send me my check in details 1 day before check in. All in all had to contact them 4-5 times in 24 hours to finally get all the information I need to get to the right apartment unit. If you want better service at the same area of Miri town, stay at a hotel like Pullman (prompt service/at least they let you know they will take awhile if its peak timeframe). If you want better value for money, you probably be happier with services from other operators. There is no shortage of choices in Miri. Apartment rating: 4 star. Agency rating: 0 star.
