We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. They collected us from the pier with our bags and carried them directly to the room, and the same leaving the island. The hotel is all individual tree top cabins. This can be a hike/long walk up a hill to the room depending on which one you stay in. The hotel is located on the beach with a private beach which is lovely. You can walk across the beach for 3 minutes to the main path around Phi Phi. 5 minute walk from the hotel to restaurants/shops. Taking 15 minutes to walk to the pier. Or you can get a tail boat taxi directly from the hotel beach to take you around the island or day trips. The hotel’s breakfast was 5/10. The average buffet style breakfast. The pool bar doesn’t exist when we were there and doesn’t look like it has been open in a long time. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not recommend the hotel for young children or people with reduced mobility.

레노베이션 중이라 아침식사도 다른호텔로 10분 걸어가야 가야했고 수영장도 하나만 오픈되어있고 여기저기 뜯어고치느라 시끄러웠습니다. 하지만 가격이 많이 다운되어서 혼자 묶었지만 가성비 너무 좋았어요. 위치는 피어 바로 옆이고 프라낭 비치 가기 좋고 밤에 춤추고 노는 바도 그쪽 주변에 있어서 위치상으로는 젤로 좋은것 같고 아침식사 했던 호텔은 더 좋은 호텔이고 바닷가 보면서 부페로 괜찮게 먹었고 수영장이 하나지만 대신 원숭이들 떼거지로 볼수 있어서 뭐 원숭이 사원이고 비치이고 갈필요가 없었어요. 12월에 다시 태국 날라와서 이호텔에 예약햐놨습니다.

좋은 호텔에 머물기에 적합합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 저렴한 가격에 호텔은 고급스럽습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되며 전문적입니다. 우리가 처음 왔을 때, 그들은 할랄 레스토랑, 자전거 대여 및 툭툭 서비스를 제공하여 길을 잃을 때까지지도를 그렸습니다. 호텔은 해변까지 15 분 거리에 있으며 레스토랑으로 둘러싸여 있으며 자전거 대여 서비스도 제공되며 ATM이있는 은행이 있습니다. 주요 도로 옆에 있지만 환경은 매우 좋고 조용합니다.

우리는 트로피컬 윌라 플러스(Tropical Willa Plus)에 묵었습니다. 열대 식물 사이에 위치한 넓고 편안한 집입니다. 원숭이 떼가 나무 위를 뛰어다니다가 보안요원에 의해 쫓겨났지만 다행스럽게도 우리는 그들을 몇 번 볼 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 평균 수준입니다. 천연 망고나 파인애플 주스가 없습니다. 레일레이 해변은 아름답지만 오전 10시쯤까지만 영업한다. 그 이후에는 장선이 떠들썩하고 관광객들로 붐비게 된다. 훨씬 더 아름답고 아마도 세계에서 가장 아름다운 곳은 바로 옆에 있는 프라낭(Phra Nang) 해변입니다. 대부분이 바위 그늘에 있고 관광객이 붐비지 않는 아침에 방문하는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Had a fantastic stay here , from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive despite the rather strange check in system in place. The room was spotless , and was always well maintained , we had a deluxe jacuzzi room . .. the view was fabulous but we were expecting something a little more than an jaccuzzi bath you would see in a house bathroom for one person ... Which for that reason was never used .. and as comfortable as the room was .. it was getting dated .. however it didn't dampen our spirits as it was still lovely, we came to spend our time outside .. and there were absolutely no disappointments there , situated right on the beach with a lovely tree with a rope swing providing some much needed shade , and the sea no more than a few steps at high tide .. it was literally heavenly .. the changing views across the sea to the scattered islands changing with the sun from morning to evening and the sunsets are breathtaking and not to be missed , boat taxis visit the beach regularly and are very reasonable and definitely worth using for a private tour of the islands . breakfast was fantastic and always plentiful and delicious , infact the only real disappointment was eating and drinking at the restaurant at night , despite it having postcard views the service , food and drink was very underwhelming , and dare I say at times frustrating .. and with the resort being relatively isolated dining out isn't just a wander down the street , missing orders , incorrect bills , slow inattentive staff , and communication problems due to language barriers seemed to occur frequently with the staff at night , something which was never evident at any other time , fortunately as a frequent business traveller also I always try to avoid charging to my room to avoid any billing issues , innocent mistakes seemed to be the norm at night .. and easy to miss with a quick signature .. .. that said we had a fabulous stay and I'm sure that we were maybe just unlucky as it was quiet due to the time of year .. definitely a great place to stay at particularly for couples looking for a quiet relaxed time .. lastly .. honest rating would be more 3.7 ..

We are a couple in our 40s from Scotland. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff are so helpful and we got an upgrade to a superior hut as it was my 40th birthday. This is a very peaceful secluded area of phi phi island and good to enjoy the slower life. The food was delicious. There are only a few bars and restaurants in walking distance and these all stop serving at 10pm. The air conditioning is also not the best in the room as with them being huts it’s like a sauna when you first walk in. Please pack plenty of mosquito repellent as I had so many bites when I stayed here. We came over in the ferry and left our luggage back in our Phuket hotel, I would highly recommend bringing a small bag only here as it’s all boat transport. Apart from the small negatives I would not hesitate in returning to this tranquil hotel. Take a boat trip round the rest of the island. Bring Bahts too as there is no atm in this part. Simply stunning location

You can’t find a more spectacular location to stay. Our bungalow was number 505 and was on the beach front literally a stones throw to the water edge. The sand is white and water clear just as you see in the photos. Things to bear in mind. Cleanliness was not as good as expected. Under and around our bungalow there were things left behind by previous guests a lot of rubbish, slippers, towels which had been forgotten. The bathroom and shower was outdated and felt old and we didn’t dare use the outside shower as that whole area looked dirty and stained from the wildlife. I had to ask the cleaner one day for a cloth to clean the table outside on the balcony as it was stained from beverages used by guests before us. The breakfast area really was quite gross. I didn’t feel like i was eating in a clean atmosphere. Really basic things like the table cloth on the breakfast bar were stained and tatty. The bar being quite open to the outside had stains from the fauna which seemed to flow in and out at their leisure. Staff were attentive however you never saw anyone cleaning when they weren’t doing anything. Its a pity as it would make the atmosphere much more pleasant. We did encounter some problems with the verandah door not opening and it was resolved immediately. The hotel took full charge of collecting us from our previous hotel in phuket taking us to the ferry port and the boat trip to the island for 1500 baht per person also the trip from the resort by boat to the next hotel in Krabi also for 1700 baht per person. This service is a real benefit because otherwise you have to take several boats and taxis and avoid all the hassle! Also another thing which was fabulous and my highlight of my entire trip to Thailand was the private long boat tour to ko phi phi leh. Not for the visit to Maya beach (however it was included) but for the swimming in the lagoon and snorkeling experience. That was worth every baht! You pay for the boat up to 4 ppl and its 2080 baht for 4 hours. Highly recommended!

We were booked into a standard room by our travel agent - we upgraded as the standard was a tiny room with shower over the toilet. Backpackers style. The superior room, like in above photo was lovely but from street level was 229 steps up a hill. Room was lovely and view was fantastic. Shower had no pressure at all so very difficult to wash hair or clean yourself. Staff were very helpful however and friendly and carried our bags up and down all the steps when we arrived and departed. Cheap to stay at and the upgrade for 2 nights was only approx $25 NZD so well worth it.

매우 아름다운 호텔! 흐린 날에도 석호의 물은 아름답고 맑으며, 스노클링도 가능하지만 물고기가 거의 없습니다. 암초 옆에 일부가 있을 것입니다. 레스토랑의 조식 뷔페도 품질이 좋습니다. 단점은 방이 별로 깨끗하지 않고, 이렇게 비싼 호텔에서는 생수 두 병을 제공하지 않아서 감히 유리병을 마실 수 있을지 모르겠어서 생수만 살 수 있다는 것입니다.

아주 아름다운 롱비치 앞에 있는 숙소예요!! 이 숙소는 다운타운과 떨어져 있기 때문에, 보트택시를 이용해야하는데,,,, 저는 무료보트택시를 8:00-13:00까지- 제공하는줄 알았는데,,,,, 체크인 체크아웃만 무료이고, 나머진 돈내고 이용해야 했어요,,, 오전오후는 100바트/ 저녁은 150바트,, 싸지 않아요,,,, 비싸서,,,,,, 과일과 먹을거 장봐서 2일은 호텔에만 있었네요, 먹을거와 필요한거 충분히 준비해서- 호텔에만 있어도 너무 좋긴 해요~ 숙소안에서도 음식 음료 과자 아이스크림 다 팔아요! 롱비치는 진짜 말도 못하게 예쁘고,,, 무릎깊이에도 물고기 많아서- 바로 앞에서 스노쿨링 하기도 좋고, 모래도 고와서 아이들 놀기에도 좋아요!!! 다운타운과 왔다갔다하는 보트택시 요금이 조금만 저렴했으면 완벽했을 숙소인데,,ㅎㅎ 숙소 옆에서 롱테일 프라이빗투어 신청해서 갔는데, 그 투어코스 좋았어요!!! 사람들도 거의 없고 스노쿨링 하기에 너무 좋았어요! 숙소는 조금 어두워서- 낮에는 해변에서 계속 있었구요, 해변가라서 조금 습한건 어쩔수 없나봐요,, 빨래가 잘 안마르더라구요, 숙소가 높은곳에 있어도 방번호 말하면 차에 태워- 데려다 주셔서 불편함은 못 느꼈어요~ 그리고 직원분이 너무너무너무 친절해서, 감사했어요~ 즐거운 추억 만들고 갑니다,,,,

This hotel is in a great location we stayed in one of the villas it looks lovely inside but we was put in one round the back and as two girls travelling. I did feel a bit unsafe walking back on the night as it was very dark and again fences where I think Staff must work. We didn’t eat breakfast here as it didn’t look very clean so can’t really comment on that the pool area was nice we had food around the pool one day. It wasn’t very nice and the cutlery was dirty so I would recommend eat out, the staff was very helpful. We had booked to stay here for four nights, but cut it short to 3 and that was not a problem. this hotel is located right on the beach, which was nice if you want to hire any boats or kayaks to go to monkey beach etc, we was a bit worried at first, as the safe didn’t work, but everything was fine and nothing got touched. Make sure to where deet when staying as we seemed to wake up with bites everyday , I would stay here again if I was in PP

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Riesige Poollandschaft.. Grosse Zimmer . Gutes Bett und gute Matraze. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat ist, das wir zwar eine Badewanne im Zimmer hatten, aber nur lauwarmes Wasser. Beim 5 Sternehotel kann man das erwarten. Auch hat das Hotel beim Essen und Getränken 17% Service Gebühr und Steuern erhoben. Deshalb sind wir in das Restaurant daneben direkt am Strand geganen ( Noble House Restaurant) Super essen keine zusätzlichen Gebühren. Mir ist eine Kaffeetasse kaputtgegangen, die ich nachträglich bezahlen musste(80 Baht). Wie haben schon ausgecheckt und haben alle Rechnungen bezahlt, da wurden wir auf halben Weg angehalten und mussten noch mal zur Rezeption wie Kinder, um 3€ für eine Tasse zu zahlen. Das ist kein guter letzter Eindruck. Ist zwar meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber das Hotel hat 5 Sterne, deshalb auch die Kritik.

Rooms were fairly spartan but comfortable and spotless. TV's exist but it's all Thai-language channels only of course that's not what you're coming here for anyways. Wi-Fi was spotty but there is good AIS 5G coverage. The room category I booked was garden-view but what I ended up in offered a lovely view of the ocean and had a huge outdoor terrace. Unfortunately the outdoor seating on the terrace was quite uncomfortable. Bed was great and I slept quite well. Weak water pressure in the shower was a little irritating. Beach was lovely and as an early riser, getting a seaside seat wasn't a problem. These loungers were actually fairly comfortable. Food was generally pretty good but walkable options on this part of the island are few and far between. There's not much beyond the hotel's facility and a couple of other local spots on the beach and on the main road. The location is generally remote whether that's a plus or minus depending on what you're looking to do here. Staff and service were very good. I got a load of laundry done here and was happy with the price and quality.

This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.

On a pris une villa avec vue sur mer et piscine, elle est spacieuse avec une très belle vue, literie confortable et surtout rien à dire sur la propreté. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, souriant. Le petit déjeuner pas extra , sincèrement ils pourraient mieux faire par contre les plats pour déjeuner ou diner sont très bons et les prix raisonnables bravo au chef!! Je vais mettre quelques photos. Je recommande aussi les massages ayant essayé plusieurs en Thaïlande c'est ici le meilleur massage que j'ai fait et les prix sont les mêmes partout sur l'île L'emplacement est bien à 2 km de walking street.

We spent 11 night here with my husband and 9-year-old son, and we all really loved the place! We stayed at the Pond room, and even had a partly sea view. I highly recommend booking Pond room instead of little cheaper Deluxe room. Pond rooms are all close to the pool and other services, whereas Deluxe rooms can be really high up the hill. We are not afraid of hills or steps, but even for us climbing all the way up felt quite exhausting (we did this once). Good: - The room was always clean and with good amenities. - Nice pool area(s) - Thaiboxing facilities a nice extra - Really good breakfast with anything you can ask for. Cappuccino etc. can be ordered (free). - You can walk (15min?) to nearby beach with many restaurants (you do need some adventurous mindset and a good flash light in the evening, though). You just need to locate the small wooden bridge and ignore the gaps :D - Nice restaurants short drive away (Coco Tango our absolute favorite with stunning view at sunset), drivers always flocking outside the resort gate. - Also some casual restaurants on walking distance and even right across the gate. - The spa was divine (though really, really expensive on Thai standards - one hour massage was something like 50 € with the happy hour discounts 😅) Not so good: - The bed is HARD. I mean _really_ hard. I was really surprised to find the bed to be such poor quality in a five star resort. I was sore the whole stay as it was impossible to sleep nicely. Even though I loved the place, this is the reason I would not return --＞ So, if someone at the hotel is reading this, please do invest in softer mattresses! (or even soft mattress topper) Good to know: - The monkeys invaded the resort area few days before we left. The staff did their best to keep them out, but still we had few encounters with aggressive monkeys, one of them even flashing teeth and rushing towards our son. I know, we're in the tropics and this could happen, but just to let you know to be cautious. - Some places were a little worn out (e.g. our terrace wooding was partly falling apart), so if you are looking for shiny and new, you might find these small flaws disturbing (we didn't mind). - Prices for food and drink are high (as one can expect in a five star place). - It is quite far away from Saladan, which is good to know if you for example dive (boats leave from Saladan, but dive shops do arrange the transportation, you'll just be the first and the earliest to be picked up) All in all, I do recommend this place, I just hope they would fix the bedding. It was really uncomfortable even on thai standards (we have been staying in much cheaper places with decent mattresses). Luckily there was heavenly spa that helped with the aching muscles 😜
