Great room with great view very spacious and comfy .Just a quick mention for Olivia in the bar who went that extra mile to help My partner and I out the review is based on this so hopefully the morning service will live up to her standards ,great customer service Welll done

Stayed here with my daughter who was competing in sports trials in UL the following day. Could not sleep because of music coming from function room that was so loud you could hear it over the tv. The first time I rang reception I was told it would be finished by 11pm. At 11 30 I rang again and was told it would be going until 2am and there was nothing they could do about it, the room shouldn't have been allocated but there was no other room to move us to. This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel for UL events but never again. Would not recommend especially if god forbid you actuatlly expect to sleep.

Everything was lovely!! Definitely would stay here again. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality and even got into our room a bit early. We had flown into Shannon and arrived early in the morning. We had breakfast in the Cafe and it was absolutely delicious. The Bedford Townhouse was centrally located to shops and a close walk to the Cathedral of St Mary and St John's Castle. The room was beautifully decorated, relaxing, clean and a perfect respite after an overnight flight from Massachusetts to Ireland. Sharron, the manager, was so attentive and helpful. My husband and I cannot say enough about the place and the people.

Castletroy Park Hotel Suite war groß und geräumig und über dem regulären Standard hinaus ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserkocher (Kalkablagerungen) und er wurde Spätabends noch anstandslos ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker. Die Innenstadt von Limerick ist per Bus gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wie würden hier wieder übernachten.

”We had an incredible time at Fitzgerald's Woodlands Hotel! Our two families, with a total of seven children, were warmly welcomed into spacious two-bedroom suites. The festive atmosphere began with mulled wine and hot chocolate, and the kids loved meeting the friendly llamas. Dinner was a hit, offering a wide range of options for both kids and adults. The evening entertainment kept everyone engaged, with bingo, a table quiz, karaoke, and discos. The kids were thrilled with their gift bags, Santa letters, and selection boxes. Breakfast the next morning was a feast with plenty of choices. The leisure center pool and pet farm added extra fun to our stay. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a family getaway!”

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and decor was luscious. The whole ambience was zen and wonderful. Very close to city centre and a lovely park right across the road, best of both worlds. The food and the cocktails were also fantastic. Looking forward to returning very soon.
