    I stayed at this wonderful apartment hotel from 12.12.24 till 19.12 24.in fact I am still here. But I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were great and cleaned regularly and the balcony was so big.The food I have enjoyed and so much choice.The staff have all been brilliant and very helpful and friendly I would just like to give a special mention to the people in the dining room they went out of there way to be there for me and all the diners Frederico, Very, Alona,Joanna,Pablo, Raimon, and all the chefs in the kitchen they are a credit to the hotel.Also a mention for all the housekeeping lady's that cleaned my room and others. We have been to Puerto Rico a few times, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Our room (207) was very spacious and clean. We booked through Jet2 holidays, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a private taxi waiting to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. Apparently this is due to the location of the hotel, and that your standard coach struggles to turn around once they have dropped you off. The pool area is great, and the lifeguard is always cleaning the area. He takes pride in his work. Reception staff are also great, and the gentleman who works there in the afternoon, is always happy and smiling. Overall we had a great holiday, and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again in the future. The weather was fantastic during our 5 nights stay.

We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night! Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble. We would definitely stay here again

On arrival at the hotel, there was a warm welcome at reception. Got to our apartment and was blown away with the size of the balcony, table, chairs and 2 sunloungers, everything we needed to relax. The next day our shower flooded the bathroom, spoke to reception and in the 30 minutes we had been away to get some shopping it was fixed and towels replenished as we needed them to mop the floor. Was down hill to the commercial centre, so we taxied back after dinner, only 4-5 euros. We had sun on our balcony from first thing in the morning until it went over, so it was perfect for sunbathing all day. The cleaners were lovely and the apartment was kept spotlessly clean. The on site shop was great and prices were very reasonable. On our last day we used the pool bar for lunch before our pick up, food was lovely and so was the service. This hotel ticked all the boxes for a relaxing holiday, we have already booked to go back next year.

I am writing this review over half way through my week’s holiday at the Marina Suites Apartment Hotel. I am currently in a lot of physical pain and am due to have an operation in two weeks. The Marina Suites is the ideal place for me to build up my strength and create a positive mental attitude. My husband and I are in a spacious Premier suite on the fifth floor with a beautiful view over the harbour. It is absolutely ideal. It is extremely quiet with the sun coming on the balcony late in the afternoon. The cooking facilities are good and the staff had a bed made up ready for me in the large lounge area for when we arrived. All the staff are friendly but particular mention must go to Sadaq, on reception, who has gone out of her way to accommodate and please us. Thank you Sadaq. Paula at breakfast and Alan the life guard are also helpful and a delight to talk to. The 44 metre infinity pool has made the holiday for me. I am a keen swimmer and used it for therapy twice a day. It has never had more than three other people in it and usually I swim alone. It is just the right temperature and the views are stunning. I can honestly say that it is the best hotel pool that I have ever swum in. The apartments are slightly out of the bustling,small town which is touristy and full of restaurants and gift shops. There are two good supermarkets close by and a huge Spar a little further away that sells everything. We went by taxi to the Spar as it is uphill and walked back. I would highly recommend Marina Suites and suggest if you have any particular requirement requests you email them direct, they respond very promptly and genuinely do their best to please. We will be back.
