Excellent hotel. Great staff . and what a fabulous food ........ During our stay , the weather was chilly and the temperature drop to 4 . Aman the manager was always handy to guide us on the places to visit and offer us to tips on things to do ,once we got there we followed his tips and had a wonderful time.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. Please do not visit here if you don't want to spoil your trip. Apart from valley view from the room there is not a single reason to stay here. - Very poor and unprofessional entrance - Dirty kitchen (if we call under construction basement room a kitchen) - No lift and you have to climb more than 30-40 difficult steps to reach your home. Not possible for elders to climb those. - Sooooo many architectural issues inside the room. - Dirty rooms - Towels and napkins are not clean and new - No water in one of their 'so called' top class rooms (room no. 403 and 404) - No proper system of dinner, no menu available. Very limited choices in food. Food is OK though. - You feel like you are staying in a very low grade, cheap and under-construction property after paying 3-4 star room charges. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PROPERTY IF WANT TO ENJOY A PLEASANT STAY.

Hotel location is at very peacefully. Far from market. Rooms are medium but with balcony nice view. Food quality is basic but homley type which is very good. Manager vikram and staff like manoj tiwari is very helpful and cooerative.
