Great resort with lots of potential. The reindeers are super cute and friendly, nature is amazing, there are nice options to take a walk (even on the frozen lake), the lunch hut is stunning with the inner fireplace. The spa area is also very nice. However, we faced quite some “new hotel” issues, I hope that they will work on them: 1. The staff at the reception was not sure about the opening hours of the restaurants or the spa and they were also not sure how many times can we use the spa area. We stayed in an igloo and they wanted to charge us for the spa usage on the last day, however, luckily a supervisor clarified the situation and let us know that we can use the spa on our last day. Training of the front desk staff would definitely help to minimalize inconveniences. 2. The Bluetooth connection was not working in the igloo, the front desk staff offered an option to switch to another igloo (once they check availability and Bluetooth connectivity), however they never got back to us. We were waiting for more then an hour and then asked them on WhatsApp if moving is going to happen; only then they informed us that we can’t move to another igloo. Keeping the guests informed in time would create more pleasant experience. 3. The restaurants are quite good, and cozy, food was great, however the restaurant staff was very keen on closing the restaurant after the service hours. On our first morning one of the staff said at 9:43 am that they close in 2 mins so we better hurry up, however breakfast is open until 10 am. Same thing happened in the lunch area. Communicating with the guests could be improved to create a welcoming atmoshphere. 4. Overall, more information on DOs and DON’Ts would be appreciated. For example we asked one of the staff if we can drink the tap water in the igloo. In the beginning we were misinformed, but then luckily they let us know that the tap water in the igloo is not drinkable. In addition, more info on the property (where to walk, where not to walk) would have been appreciated. 5. Lastly, a common lounge area would have been great and would have made us stay longer. The lunch restaurant could be a great place to be used as a common area, however it was open only between 11 am and 3 pm. Keeping it open for longer could be a thing to consider.

The cottage was what was promised in the description. It fit 2 adults + 2 teenagers and 2 dogs just fine. The kitchen equipment was good, everything you needed was found. We will definitely come again

A beautiful holiday home from the outside and newly renovated from the inside. Unfortunately, this home is not maintained and it is coming no feeling good. The kitchen was not cleaned and the leftover dirt from the previous tenant, including a full fridge
