Essendo un appartamento e necessitando di due stanze, abbiamo potuto godere dell'intero appartamento solo per noi. Ben arredato, ho trovato divertente dover entrare in possesso delle chiavi tramite sblocco di codici a varie cassette. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni necessità (vi è a disposizione anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice). Vi sono anche le zanzariere che non trovo mai né negli alberghi, né nei B&B e che per me sono fondamentali! La colazione è composta da prodotti monodose (merendine, biscotti, fette biscottate, ecc) e in frigo vi è ciò che serve (latte, succhi, acqua, burro, ecc). Ambienti puliti e proprietario disponibile (anche se ci siamo sentiti sempre e solo tramite telefono). Ora, se posso dare due piccoli consigli: 1-non ho gradito la telecamera presente negli spazi comuni (di cui non ne sapevo nulla) che mi han detto essere disattivata, ma che per maggior zelo, abbiamo coperto. 2- all'arrivo si trova un opuscoletto con tutte le informazioni sul B&B e su come muoversi per Bologna; un fascicoletto molto dettagliato e ben fatto che ho apprezzato, ma considerando la stanchezza del viaggio, avrei voluto una spiegazione breve a voce, anziché dover leggere tutto per capire come azionare i ventilatori a parete! Per il resto, B&B da consigliare per chi vuole soggiornare a Bologna senza spendere un salasso per il parcheggio e arrivare in centro con i mezzi a disposizione nelle immediate vicinanze!

Very beautiful location, nicely kept buildings, large room. Comfy bed. Pleasant atmosphere overall. You definitely need a car, but you may also have nice walks within the large (and safe) property. The price is Ok, given that accomodation is very expensive in the area.

Quando si offre una proposta simile non si può non avere successo…. Struttura antica, immersa nel verde ad un tiro di schioppo dal paese…. Curata fin nei minimi particolari con gran gusto e sapientemente gestita da Lorenzo…. Padrone di casa ineccepibile…. gentile, dai modi raffinati, sorridente e disponibile ad una piacevolissima conversazione…. La nostra camera vantava un gran gusto nell’arredamento, luminosa nonostante fosse in una mansarda, perfettamente pulita e molto ampia… Al “Contado” mi sono sentito veramente a casa e questo è il miglior complimento che possa fare…. Altra menzione speciale per la colazione che è stata da Lorenzo organizzata secondo i nostri gusti e molto generosa nelle quantità e nella qualità…. Che altro dire? Passando in zona ci rivedremo senza alcun dubbio!!! La strada è giusta , caro Lorenzo, riceverai il successo che meriti!

Hooney Rooms Ferrara B&B super confortevole, in pieno centro, camere ampie, bellissime, ben arredate, parquet come nuovo e sottotetto in travoni di legno, splendida atmosfera, bagno ottimo sia per sistemazione sia per i sanitari in perfette condizioni (sembra tutto nuovissimo) e di ottima qualità. Pulizie accuratissime. La proprietaria, sig.ra Barbara è gentilissima e disponibile, e in caso di qualsiasi necessita' trova subito la soluzione. Il tutto a un prezzo molto conveniente. My family and I were staying on the other side of Italy but came over for a couple of nights to visit to the area. The hotel has two pools and ample seating around them . it is set in a fairly isolated part of the countryside and is very quiet. The mini apartments are doted around the property and are comfortable with good air-conditioning and modern facilities. The hotel bar is open most of the day and has a good range of drinks. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one of the nights and it was extremely good. There are various antipasti and we shared two of them. The pasta dishes are all very good, as was the slow cooked beef casserole which melted in the mouth. There is also a fabulous kid’s menu with pasta followed by a large main course which my son struggled to finish. There is a vineyard tied to the property and the wines are truly excellent (we have bought a case back to Ireland!) Finally, every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful making this stay even more pleasurable. San Marino, Urbino and the Adriatic are close by for an easy visit.

This was a small operation on the third floor of a building very close to the train station, as the name suggests -- why I chose to stay here – and because photos showed the room as a fairly spacious double, with a handy single bed to spread out my stuff. The room faced the street and was rather noisy at times. That wasn’t so bothersome but … although there were “no smoking” signs, the hallway reeked of a sickening cigarette smoke. The listing may have mentioned it, but there was no in-room private bathroom; instead, I was offered a “private” bathroom down the hall, which turned out to be a major hassle. The WIFI was good enough though it wasn't connecting 100% of the time. Other than that, my two-day stay was fine enough. The room came with a comfortable bed and everything I needed, including a refrigerator, and the proprietor was very helpful. I was offered a free coffee and a brioche each morning which, I was told, wasn’t always provided with reservations made through ******* (true or no, I was offered a lot more breakfast elsewhere during my trip across Northern Italy ... while paying less). All in all, given the fairly high price paid, I think I might have found more suitable lodging near Bologna Centrale. I struggled to give this review four stars; reading reviews by other guests got me there.

나는 일을 위해 머물렀고 (B & B에서 몇 걸음) 정말 신사의 대우를 받았습니다. 주인은 커피 룸과 방에 좋은 품질의 물이있는 모든 것을 찾을 수있게하는 것을 매우 알고있었습니다 (평범해 보일 것이지만 매우 높은 품질의 깨끗한 물을 제공한다는 점을 강조하는 것이 옳습니다). 방은 정말 매우 훌륭하고 체크인 및 체크 아웃 작업에도 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 모두 매우 똑똑하고 빠릅니다.

La vue de la chambre Altana est juste unique la literie très confortable. Mais pour le reste les services ne sont pas à la hauteur. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains. Pommeau de douche défectueux. Pas de kleenex pas de coton. Pas de verre à dents. Impossible de joindre l'hôte pendant 24 heures. Petit déjeuner dans une cafétéria en face. Aucun dépassement n'est toléré obligé de prendre un croissant à 2 € pas plus. 850 € 3 nuits je m'attendais à un service plus attentionné.

훌륭한 구조, 매우 친절한 여주인, 뛰어난 청결도, 탁 트인 전망, 세세한 부분까지 세심하게 배려한 가구, 고품질, 풍성한 아침 식사. 우리는 Cassino에 있는 친척들을 방문하는 동안 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Es riecht komisch, wenn man hereinkommt. Auf dem Esstisch, an den wir zur Begrüßung gebeten wurden, lagen noch die Krümmel vom Vortag. Die unteren Räumlichkeiten, eigentlich zum gemütlichen Aufenthalt gedacht, sind vollgestellt mit allerlei Dingen wie Büchern, Kissen auf dem Boden. Spinnweben überall, der Fußboden ist schmutzig. Ein Blick in die Küche gibt ein chaotisches Bild! Überall Kisten, Lebensmittel. Alles stand voll. Es ist staubig und irgendwie schmuddelig. Das gesamte Anwesen ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist, als wenn seit ca. 20 Jahren nichts mehr “gemacht” wurde Es ist einfach nicht sauber! Das Bad ist schmutzig und ich habe mich schon sehr geekelt! Überall sind verknorzte Ränder, Staub, der auf allen Dingen festklebt! Das Frühstück gab ein jämmerliches Bild ab. Für 4 Personen gab es 4 Jugurt, 2 Teller mit ein paar Stückchen Trockenkuchen, matschigen Croissants und eingepackten Keksen. Der Kaffee war lauwarm und hat 20 Minuten gedauert. Direkt nachdem wir den Kaffee fertig getrunken hatten, wurden die Tassen abgeräumt. Die Untertassen waren dreckig, die Gläser blind. Auf dem Kuchen war Schimmel, unverantwortlich! Dieses Hotel ist ein totaler Reinfall!

Gelso Bianco—where luxury meets laid-back charm, and the showers could double as alien technology. We stayed in not one, but two rooms. First, the lovely Luisa: charming, cozy, and home to the shower that NASA may want back. You’d better be ready for an instructional lesson here. My husband adored it, happily playing intergalactic shower pilot while I watched him experiment with buttons and levers, possibly trying to communicate with Mars. Then there’s Gelso—the room. Let’s just say, Luisa is cute, but Gelso is her fabulous, more spacious older sister. The bathtub in Gelso? Not saying it’s what lured us there, but it didn’t hurt. Now, on to the real star: the food! Upon arrival we mentioned about being hungry and the owner surprised us with snacks and a refreshing lack of culinary ego: “I don’t know how to cook, but I know where everything is in the kitchen.” And they know how to stock the kitchen for dinner, because everything that came out of that kitchen was, in a word, fantastic. Special shoutout to Mario—the young server on his path to becoming a sommelier. This guy is a walking encyclopedia of wine, which he charmingly used to get us tipsy by the first half of dinner (we asked for it). His passion for wine made our tastebuds (and heads) buzz with excitement. If you’re looking for a countryside escape with quirky charm, unforgettable food, and a young sommelier who could make a glass of water feel like a tasting experience, Gelso Bianco Country Resort is the spot. Just bring your sense of adventure (and maybe a manual for that shower).
