Il primo disagio lo si ha affrontando una scala ripida che porta al piano. Una volta preso possesso della camera abbiamo immediatamente notato che mancava un'anta scorrevole dell'armadio. Il materasso è a molle e verosimilmente datato, le lampade del letto, una non funzionava e l'altra funzionava ad intermittenza a seconda di come si posizionava l'interruttore. Alle spalle del letto è stato ricavato un incavo che contiene una luce che dovrebbe illuminare la parete per dare un'illuminazione diffusa. Non funzionava. Il bagno: la doccia ha misure piccole per gli standard attuali, e il reggi doccione non funzionava costringendo a tenere in mano il doccione per bagnarsi, cosa che date le dimensioni ridotte della doccia, creava non pochi problemi. Il piatto doccia presentava diverse filature che sono state sigillate con del silicone, il tutto dava un non piacevole effetto vintage. La smart TV non riceveva i canali del digitale terrestre, per segnale assente. Insomma concludendo, tutto era trascurato, tranne le pulizie, e si nota una mancanza di manutenzione. Ad un mio cordiale messaggio con le problematiche riscontrate non ho ricevuto risposta.

The hotel is very well located in the old center of the city. All services are nearby, as well as good transport connections to the train station and the airport. The hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are steep stairs. The apartments themselves are relatively spacious and functional. The downside was, at least in our room, that there was no window except for the stairwell. There was something wrong with the air conditioner in the room and it was really hot in the room. The bed was quite hard and the pillow was not bad. The fridge did not cool at all. On the other hand, the shower was really good and the bathroom spacious. The hotel didn't really have other services, but really all services are really close. However, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cagliari.

Proche d'Alghero en étant située au calme dans un endroit boisé à l'écart de la ville bruyante et animée. grande cour agréable autour du bâtiment hôtelier. VOITURE INDISPENSABLE Restée malheureusement juste une nuit avant de prendre l'avion ! Très proche de l'aéroport, idéal pour rendre la voiture le jour du départ et ne pas avoir à transporter ses bagages. Grande chambre, confortable et propre, literie correcte. Pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car levée aux aurores. Tarif compétitif. Un bon restaurant très proche du B&B. Propriétaires aimables et disponibles. Je recommande et y retournerais à l'occasion.

Per due volte lo staff è intervenuto per rimuoverli, ma non è comunque ammissibile. Avrei voluto essere avvertita e avere la possibilità di scegliere se soggiornare là o no. Lo staff mi ha comunicato che è un problema comune alla città quindi mi chiedo perché non avvisare e perché le colleghe che soggiornavano nella stessa via non avessero lo stesso problema. A questo punto, almeno uno sconto sarebbe stato gradito. Lo stabile è piuttosto vecchio ma le stanze, situate al secondo piano, sono nuove e pulite, e dotate di capsule caffé, kit di cortesia, acqua e phon. La cucina comune è molto utile. Purtroppo c'è cattivo odore di umidità e la mia stanza non aveva finestre. C'era un cortiletto interno ma inutilizzabile per lo stato del tavolino e delle sedie, che non venivano puliti da un po'.

건물은 역사적이며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 무료 자동차 구역에서 쇼핑하기에 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 우리는 소음 없이 아주 잘 잤습니다. 우리 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 욕실은 넓고 매우 멋진 샤워 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 매우 화창한 아침에 Bastione San Remy가 내려다 보이는 ”Antico Caffè”에 아침 식사를 하러 앉아 있는 것은 굉장했습니다. 빵, 버터, 잼, 크루아상, 주스, 커피의 선택을 기대하십시오. 우리는 돌아올 것이다.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in a June through **********. My husband and I were flying into Alghero in the evening and leaving the next morning for other sites in Sardinia. Our flight was delayed and I emailed the hotel from the airport telling them we would be arriving rather late, around 10:30. When we arrived, there was no one there. We rang the bell and no one answered we called the number posted on the door for assistance for over 40 minutes and nobody answered the phone. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay - luckily we did. I phoned ********** who spoke with the hotel - they would not refund our pre-paid money for our stay. This was terrible service in my mind both from the hotel, and from **********. I have the record in my phone of the phone calls, and photos showing I was at the hotel. Still they saw fit to charge me for a room I did not use, even when I gave them as much advance notice as I could about the late arrival. I travel a lot for work and personally and have honestly never had such a terrible experience. I will not be using ********** anymore and certainly can’t recommend this establishment.

Esperienza positiva e che ha rispettato le aspettative. Camere spaziose con bagno privato. Strada un po' rumorosa e trafficata ma buonissima posizione rispetto al mare e al Centro di Alghero. Proprietari onesti e disponibili verso le esigenze dei clienti.
