The purpose of this review aims to provide a true & fair view for all the travelers who are interested in booking with BELAKANG KONG HENG. I hope the management can take this feedback into serious consideration & take any necessary actions. We have arrived at 9.20pm & aware that it has way past the check-in hour. There was no one was at the counter to attend to us the moment we arrived. So we made a call to ask for help. The staff, Andy picked up the call & started to rant about our late arrival as if we’ve committed a very serious mistake & there’s no solution to it. We couldn’t help as the traffic was terrible & we were really tired after the long drive so we asked for solution. The next moment he instructed us to go to the mailbox right next to the gate to get our room keys. I mean he could have just skip the ranting & blaming part & tell us straight that the key is just right at the mailbox. Understand that it has way past the check-in hour & the staff might be off duty, however this is not the service that I expect from a so called 5-star hotel customer service. Since the room’s soundproofing is bad, we were given another chance to overhear how Andy takes his customer service skills to the next level in the next morning. He was ranting about our late check-in & request for hair dryer at late night (oh ya forgot to mention that the room doesn’t come with hair dryer & only one bottle of universal shampoo or cleanser whatever you call that to clean your entire body or maybe even the toilet bowl also) in a very frustrated & rude manner. FYI, we did request for hair dryer from Andy but he said the counter has closed & no hair dryer & hung up the call. So we gotta go around to see if there’s any staff around to ask for it. Luckily there was an abang cleaning the room & gave us one from one of the rooms. We overheard & just kept quiet as we were still getting ready to check out in the room. We confronted him at the counter when we check out & Andy truly amazed us when he defended himself by saying he was just talking to his staff & he doesn’t think there’s any problems with being rude. Nevertheless, the hotel is undoubtedly stylish & comfortable in the sense that it truly provides an industrial-chic design with preservation of old building located at the heart of ipoh town surrounded by plenty of eateries & points of attraction. But the customer service, particularly this guy called ANDY, sorry I will never come back again as I don’t expect to pay so much in return for such hospitality.

TV 앱 채널을 볼 수 없습니다. 도착하기 전에 whatsapp을 통해 입장 카드를 얻는 정보가 사전에 받았습니다. 또한 우리가 밤에 약 10pm에 도착할 것이라고 알려졌습니다. 그러나 도착 시 잘못된 우편함 잠금 암호가 제공되어 Whatsapp 전화 및 메시지에 대한 고객 서비스에서 신속한 응답을 받을 수 없었습니다. 도움을 청하기 위해 IWH에서 다른 사람들에게 연락하기 위해 다른 접근 가능한 번호를 찾아야했습니다. 액세스 카드(주차장 및 아파트)를 얻으려고 30분 이상의 고문 끝에 정보가 있는 주차장 수준에서 유닛에 할당된 주차장 번호를 찾을 수 없었습니다. CS가 잘못된 주차장 수준을 알렸고 실제로 1 레벨 아래. 이런 비슷한 상황을 다시 피하기 위해 지원이 더 잘되기를 바랍니다.

새로 오픈한 가게는 매우 좋은 서비스와 훌륭한 위치를 가지고 있습니다. 타이핑 호수 공원은 바로 문 밖에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 깨끗하고 위생적입니다. 매니저는 아름다운 중국인이고 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 역시 좋은 중국 아저씨가있다! 따뜻한 환대에 감사 드리며 다음에 타이핑에 올 때 집에 머 무르십시오!

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

Utensils, cups, snacks & water. Rooftop with 360 views, Poolside, Games Room, Gym, function room . (sadly when we chevkin, pool was closed for maintenance) Amenities Surronding : Many food and ahops within e vicinity. Nearby to many must visit area. Grabs/In DRive apps are easily avail.

나는 2 명의 가족과 함께 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 주차장이 좁고 협소하여 주차를 조심해야 합니다. 체크인은 다소 쉽고 빠르며 보증금이 요구되지 않았습니다. 호텔은 체육관, 수영장, KTV 및 영화관과 같은 많은 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 내가 예약한 패밀리룸은 넓고 3인용 짐을 넣을 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있습니다. 욕실이 가장 만족스럽습니다. 욕조와 2인 1 히터가 있는 스탠딩 샤워실이 있으며 수압은 조절 가능하면서도 충분히 강합니다. 그러나 방 에어컨 스윙 기능이 고장나서 고정 방향으로 불고 더 먼 침대를 식히지 않을 수 있습니다. 또한 내가 방문하는 동안 소파 의자의 한 쪽은 젖었습니다 :( 전반적으로 내 체류는 많은 불편없이 괜찮습니다.

We loved this hotel, it’s at good locations, especially the bar near the hotel, very good band. But it’s poor sound insulation, hope can do some improvement.

The look and feel of Sarang Paloh is lovely. It has an old world style which we loved. The location is also great, ten minutes from the station and close to lots of restaurants and spots in the old town. The room has a nice style to it as does the garden you walk through. The room facilities were lacking, with no fridge and no safe which we would expect at this price point. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last long and they provide a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner, again something we wouldn’t expect at this price point. The hotel also doesn’t offer room cleaning. This may have been because we stayed for two nights only but this is not communicated on the website or at check in. This meant used cups or water bottles aren’t cleared nor is the rubbish bin emptied. We were also not made aware of locally available discounts for staying at the hotel. All in all an ok stay but several small things made this not value for the money we paid.

I strongly recommend English comfort house if you’re looking for a good place for staying in Ipoh. Although it is not located near to the city centre of Ipoh, but you can easily access it if you’re driving. The house provides you with everything that you need. comfort beds, high speed internet, food and drinks, board games, and etc. Rachel responded promptly to questions and provided clear instructions for check in/out procedures. You will surely want to continue staying with them again next time when you are back to Ipoh.

향수를 불러 일으키는 말레이시아의 오래된 기억을 가진 여행자라면 Taiping에는 Sojourn Beds & Cafe라는 홈스테이가 있습니다. 말레이시아의 역사적인 도시인 Taiping ...이 홈스테이 소주 베드룸 & 카페는 방문 및 정확한 지점이어야합니다. 리셉션 카운터는 저녁 7시 이전에 문을 닫습니다. 호텔의 1 층은 커피 하우스이며 2 층은 숙박 시설입니다. 1960 년대 말레이시아에서는 집의 디자인이 가족의 취향으로 가득 차 있었고, 여기에서 하룻밤을 보내면 잊을 수없는 경험과 특별한 추억을 가질 수 있습니다. 리셉션은 오후 7시 이전에 이루어져야하며 1 층은 카페이며 1 층은 숙박 시설입니다.말레이시아 60 년대에는 가족으로 가득한 집의 디자인이 느껴지며 매우 특별하고 잊을 수없는 경험을 할 것입니다. 밤 여기 B & B의 위치도 매우 적당합니다. 근처에 타이핑 몰이 있습니다. 정통 음식을 좋아한다면 길 건너편에 있습니다. 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 주요 도로 맞은 편에 현지 음식을 원한다면 타이핑 몰이 근처에 있습니다. 동시에 타이핑 호수의 아름다운 경치와 가까워 커플이 함께 산책을하면서 좋은 추억을 만드는 데 더 적합합니다. 또한 커플이 산책하고 추억을 위해 경치를 즐길 수있는 타이핑 호수 옆의 최고의 위치에 가깝습니다. 말레이시아 최초의 박물관, 타이핑 시계탑, 타이핑 시장 등과 같은 일부 유적지 건물은 도보로 10 분 거리에 있습니다. 일부 유산 건물은 박물관 (말레이시아 최초의 박물관)과 같은 도보로 10 분 이내의 거리에 있습니다. 타이핑의 시계탑, 시장 장소 등 ... 나는 당신이 특히 소주에 살았을 때, 당신이 매우 다른 경험을 할 것이라고 약속한다. 그리고 당신은 당신의 여행을 더 완전하게 만들 것이다. 소주에 머무는 동안 매우 흥미 진진한 여행을 할 것입니다. 여행계획을 완성할 것입니다.

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.
