So many problems. In order from when we arrived: I checked in on the kiosks as only one person was at reception and was busy dealing with a customer who had no reservation. Only on e of the 3 kiosks was working. The kiosk, it turns out, does not provide you with the wifi code you should get when checking in to a premier plus room. So I had to return to reception to get this. I was in the furthest room on the highest floor so that was fun exercise. Turns out reception knows the kiosk machines don't do this so why this is not fixed when the company is aware if a mystery. The fridge was broken. This was the main reason for paying extra for the plus room. The mattress was broken and had a spring sticking out that cut you when you sat on the edge of the bed. It had been like that a while as it had created a big hole in the side of the mattress. The room was too hot too sleep. it was 5 degrees outside but you can't open the window. You can't turn down the aircon (although it never reached the temperature set anyway) or get it to bring in outside as it is permanently set to recirculate as if I am some child who can't be trusted to know what settings I want. The anti-slip finish in the bath has worn away so it is dangerously slippery and make getting out a lethal activity. Reception was not manned when I tried to get help for the temperature and they do not answer the phone despite it ringing for several minutes. When you report the problems to them they get combative about not being told at the time, when you tell them they did not answer the phone when you called at after midnight they aggresively respond that I should have come down to reception (the same one that had no-one to answer the phone) despite it being the early hours of the morning. All in all an experience that shows that they should be avoided.

We chose the Boleyn because it was in a quiet street close to the town and had plenty of parking. Our Executive King Room was as expected, spacious, clean, with a well equipped modern bathroom and air conditioning (necessary, as we chose the hottest day of the year to check-in). Our stay didn`t include dinner, but we found the menu was Indian food only, breakfast rather lacked choice but had the usual English and Continental offerings. The hotel had a uninviting bar which remained closed during our 2 night stay. Our room needed a new mattress and better housekeeping. Our overall experience was only fair.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 어떤 질문에도 항상 답변해 주었습니다. 음식도 매우 맛있고 가격도 합리적이었습니다. 그러나 방의 청결도는 아쉬운 점이 많았고, 욕실의 거미 잔여물, 테이블 위의 이전 사람의 끈적한 속눈썹, 침대의 부스러기 등이 많이 남아 있었습니다. 침대 바로 근처에는 콘센트가 없으며 반드시 어댑터를 가지고 있어야 합니다.
