The hotel provides Mercure prices at an old Ibis standards. So, in other words a lot of improvement is need it. No classic amenities in the bathroom, no sleepers, the safe box doesn't work and the flat screen advertised on website is a 15 years old TV with a decider that doesn't work. In the room the pillows are from 80s, so please visit IKEA. The room cleaning should be improved also. The breakfast is very low: no vegetables except for some small tomatoes. Fruits are from canes...and the usual ham and scrabbled eggs. The coffee machine doesn't work and the juice machine is from 20s...The tea offer is also very low quality. No diversity or fresh approach. In a country with an excellent coffee, a lot of cheese, fruits and vegetables to provide such a low quality breakfast is a management issue and lack of customer attention.

Uno scrigno nascosto. Dalla strada si vede l’insegna di questo b&b, suoni il campanello del cancello d’entrata, fai il vialetto e ti viene incontro il proprietario dandonci il benvenuto. E già qui capisci che sei in un posto ospitale. Ci accompagna in questa casetta su tre piani e ci mostra la nostra stanza e ci da tutte le informazioni necessarie e anche consigli per la ristorazione in zona. La camera ha una giusta grandezza, così come il bagno. In più vi è anche un bel terrazzino. Tutto pulito e ordinato. La finestra affaccia sulla piscina, che si trova nel giardino, riscaldata e illuminata di sera. La colazione al mattino è gestita dalla proprietaria che oltre al classico dolce-salato sforna strudel e biscotti fatti in casa. Ma oltre alla comodità ciò che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno qui è la simpatia e cordialità dei proprietari, ti fanno sentire veramente un ospite gradito. Grazie e complimenti, come prima esperienza in b&b è stata eccezionale.

We arrived before the time set for arrivals and we were given direct access to the room. The room was clean and well appointed. Our luggage was brought to our rooms when it arrived. The front desk staff were very helpful with all of our inquiries.

The staff were very kind. All were graciously able to offer English as needed. The room was large, light, modern, and well-decorated. The place is extremely clean. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty. The location is very central to Rovereto shops and cafes.

Piacevole soggiorno, la piscina graditissima, forse da migliorare la colazione, posto strategico vicino a qualsiasi meta, per noi comodo per spezzare il viaggio per le Dolomiti, da non perdere i musei di Trento e Rovereto, Torneremo sicuramente grazie a tutti
