호텔에 주차장이 있으며 위치는 보통입니다. 호텔에서 식사를 하지 않으면 외식하기가 불편합니다. 도보 거리에 좋은 선택이 많지 않습니다. 호텔 서비스 태도는 꽤 좋습니다

Stayed here in Jan 2024 with family. Location is in the main Medina of Rabat…and I must highlight that the Rabat Medina is relatively very new and also very well organized and with good road access, especially this section. The walk to the riad is short from the car drop off. The riad is a modern one and also functions as an art gallery. The interiors were a bright white and there were subtle Moroccan accents in between the art work. Our room was up a flight of stairs and was a long room which I think had been converted into a Triple…but all was good. We were able to walk down to the Kasbah by the seashore and also wander around the Medina easily from this location. Aircon/heater could work a little more efficiently, if I were to complain about something. Breakfast in the morning was very good…and similar to everywhere else we stayed in Morocco. My only issue with the hotel is that it was a bit noisy at night, but maybe that’s to be expected in a crowded large city. And secondly, too many young boys were hanging out in the alleyway all the time, either playing games or watching videos. In retrospect maybe staying outside the Medina is a better option in Rabat. And truthfully one could probably make Rabat a day visit while driving from Casablanca to Chefchaouen or Fes.

홍콩에서 라바트까지 18 시간의 비행 후, 우리는이 호텔에 도착했습니다. 호텔 내부는 좋고 편안하지만 내 방은 약간 유지 보수가 부족합니다. 화장실은 쇠약 해 보입니다. 그러나 수건은 깨끗했습니다. 카펫은 낡았습니다. 우리는 이상한 냄새를 맡을 수있었습니다. 에어컨 제어가 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 침대 독서 램프가 작동하지 않습니다. 방 안에서는 조명이 어둡고 복도 조명이 주제 움직임에 따라 자동으로 켜거나 꺼집니다. 그래서 소파에 앉아 있으면 복도 조명이 꺼지고 방이 좀 어둡습니다. 조절이 안 됩니다. 방 안에 그런 설정이 있다는 것은 말이 안 됩니다! 운 좋게도 저녁 음식은 맛있었습니다. 우리는 양고기와 물고기를 메인 요리로 주문했는데 요리가 잘되었습니다. 빵은 내 취향에 어울리며 나는 그들을 먹는 것을 좋아했습니다.

대사관 지역과 가깝고 좋은 현지 호텔이어야합니다.

Absolutely horrified by this Riad. They gave us a room that shouldn’t even be used by people—it’s more suited for rats. The food was awful, and the room was filthy. The quality is far below acceptable standards, and here’s why: 1. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. I had to use every bath towel to soak it up. Clearly, this has been an ongoing problem since some tiles are even missing next to the shower. 2. There are actual holes in the walls, making the room feel like it’s falling apart. 3. The hardware on the walls is cheap plastic and looks low quality, adding to the room’s tackiness. 4. The wooden door has aluminum lining at the bottom, possibly hiding rotted wood beneath it. 5. The fringes on the rug are filthy and completely unkempt, making the whole room feel dirty. 6. The armoire handle is broken, further adding to the rundown, neglected feel of the place. Overall, this room feels like a two-star disaster at best, and it’s a total disappointment compared to what we expected. Avoid this Riad if you’re looking for any kind of quality or cleanliness.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une laiterie très propre et confortable. C’est la deuxième fois que nous descendons dans ce petit hôtel et nous en sommes très satisfait. Repas très copieux et varié. Je recommande vivement cet établissement! Je remercie tous le personnel de l’établissement et espère y retourner très bientôt.

Je ne me souviens pas avoir eu un si mauvais hôtel que ce soit en France ou ailleurs. Même sans étoiles. Comment osent-ils prétendre à 4* même aux normes marocaines. Une seule chose correcte, le lit. Salle de bains: tout cassé: tuyau de douche qui fuit de plusieurs côtés. Rideau de douche à peine propre et qui pendouille. Tour de lavabo plein de calcaire. Siège de WC décroché et cassé. Ni verres ni eau dans la chambre. J'ai du aller reclamer des verres. L'hotel ne propose pas de bouilloire. La tablette de la chambre : traces de verre pas nettoyés qui s'enlèvent si on gratte avec l'ongle. Cet hôtel est une honte. Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la boite de nuit. Une chance. Mais sur la rue. Nos amis, au dessus de la boite de nuit, n'ont pas pu dormir de la nuit. Une de nos amies a changé de chambre pour pas mieux, sauf l'odeur. Le personnel de l'accueil à peine poli. Le personnel du restaurant très gentil cherche à compenser les pbs... On étouffe dans la salle à manger. Et cerise sur le gâteau... la carte bleue ne marche pas! La direction semble découvrir tout ça à chaque message! C'est une agence qui nous a reservé cet hotel... Nous ne la félicitations pas.

I was expecting so much more from this hotel that boasts multiple stars. It’s not just that it’s in need of renovation; it’s that it’s dirty. The plumbing doesn’t work properly. My fellow business travelers reported seeing cockroaches in their rooms. I had to ask housekeeping staff to re-clean my room after they had left the trash unemptied and cups unwashed. I would not have left such a bad review, but we were here for 5 days of meetings and to deal with poor service, mediocre food, and sub-standard cleanliness.
