|도심까지 거리: 0.52kmBEWARE OF FRAUDULENTLY HAVING RESERVATIONS CANCELLED! On 25/09/23 I booked 10 nights at this hostel for Mardi Gras week in Feb '24. My one bed in a 10-bed mixed dorm incl taxes came to $480 for all 10 nights ... and I booked my international flight around this reservation. Two months later (on 26/11/23) I received an email from City House saying that my booking had been cancelled due to some damage to the room requiring repairs. I panicked because I absolutely cannot afford to stay in hotels and my flight is not refundable. But then I thought ... wait - it's only November. Why would you not be able to have repairs done by February? So, I rang the manager. She claimed that they couldn't get the repairs done because of the upcoming Christmas holidays ... but TBH it sounded like a run-around to me. Basically - they knew they could get more $$$ for the bed now. I noticed on the hostel website that there were still beds available in a 10-bed dorm exactly like the one I had booked, so I requested that the manager give me one of those beds instead. She said she can't do that but that I was welcome to book it myself online. However, those beds are now $200 a night (YES, in a 10-bed dorm!!!) ... MORE THAN 4 TIMES WHAT I HAD BOOKED THE BED FOR TWO MONTHS AGO. When I brought this to the manager's attention and asked to re-book for the original price she told me she could not honour that price. Nope. If I wanted to re-book I would have to pay $200/night 'because that is the price now'. I was so frustrated and upset I was near tears. Meanwhile, the manager's stance was just kind of a 'tough luck but sorry I can't help you' attitude. Even when I explained that the ONLY reason I had booked this trip was because I had found affordable accommodation and now I am stuck trying to scramble to find something else ... I received NO HELP whatsoever. Do I actually believe that the room needs repair? Nope. Because what on earth would take months to repair? And if it were true that repairs were needed then they would (and should) honour my original price in another room. No ... I 100% believe this is a case of cancelling my reservation in order to re-book the bed at a higher price. The fact that a traveller who booked far in advance is now left high and dry is seemingly 'not their problem'. TO CITY HOUSE NOLA - SHAME ON YOU. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR.

The bed was great and comfortable. Big TV, mini-fridge and nice furniture. The bathroom was huge too and luxurious. Separate bath tub and shower. I was on 16th floor and it was relatively quiet. The hotel lobby and entrance is wonderful too. Location is great and within walking distance from the main attractions. Staff was mostly nice. Only downside is the internet access. Paid around 230 USD/night with taxes but no breakfast included. A solid hotel and with good standard in luxury

But what really made our stay was the incredible staff! We were blown away with how kind, gracious and accommodating everyone was. We were welcomed so warmly. Our deepest gratitude to Maggie, the GM, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Her attention to detail during our Taylor Swift weekend didn’t go unnoticed. |도심까지 거리: 0.45km프론트 데스크의 직원은 충분히 친절했습니다. 특별히 호텔에는 주차 공간이 없지만 바로 옆에 차고에 주차했습니다. 많은 고장난 차가 있지만 다행히 문제가 없었습니다. 길거리를 돌아 다니는 이상한 사람들이 있지만 호텔이 바꿀 수있는 것은 아닙니다. 위치는 좋았습니다- 부르봉 거리와 프랑스 지구까지 도보로 멀지 않았습니다. 우리는 전체 부엌과 멋진 크기의 개방 공간이있는 2 베드룸 스위트에 머물 렀습니다. 우리 꺼내는 침대에는 매트리스가 없었기 때문에 누군가가 그것을 가져와야했습니다. 2 개의 욕실이있는 것이 좋았지 만 침실 중 하나에는 창문이 없었습니다. 아침 식사를 시도하거나 공용 공간을 사용하지 않았습니다.

Darren with the valet service was welcoming and friendly. The room was antique and historic feeling, beautifully furnished and lit, and well maintained. Some discarded clothing tags were left on the presumably unvacuumed carpet. Our junior suite was spacious on ground level Toulouse Street. At street level there is significant road noise from the metal barricade lying flat on the road. This location is very close and convenient to Bourbon street just half a block away so a lot of activity since that is the hub of the French Quarter. Ear plugs are a must for sleeping. The courtyard and pool area is very beautiful and peaceful. We took drinks there to relax. At checkout at 8:42 a.m. there was no staff in sight, we were unable to get our car or check out without waiting. The staff were all getting breakfast, then checked me out - with bacon.

His key unlocked every door. We talked to the hotel manager who had the nerve to accuse him of trying to illegally get into other rooms, instead of apologizing for the serious security breach to us and everyone staying here. Both of our keys were issued as master keys which unlock every single room. If they are so careless that they issue anyone and everyone with master keys, no one staying here is safe. We were denied help by the front desk and need to get out of here before someone enters our room against our will. Also the hotel smells musty/moldy, disguised with tons of Febreze to the point of being nauseating.

They were the most hospitable and attentive host I have ever met, and we travel a lot. They made sure our room , accommodations and stay was what we expected. We cane to unwind, from work, life and noise. The Residence Inn answered the calll. Carla and the vslet staff would have our car with airbon within 5-7 ,minutes. Everything , was wonderful. Beautifully decorated facility. The room left out nothing from the full kitchen to include the stove top, full size fridge, dishwasher, pors,pans and dishes, dining area and lighting. I'm in love. Thank you, this year marked a milestone year of the death of our beloved oldest son due to complications of cancer. Being away for a moment was refreshing but also makes us wish he were here to come also, he loved New Orleans and much as we do. Stay and lodge here at the Residence Inn. You will love it.

Unfortunately, the card I used to reserve the room was compromised and had to be canceled. I forgot that this card was used to reserve the room, and never followed-up. Nevertheless, I would think that since I only reserved the room and would still pay at the hotel, the hotel would hold on to my reservation, or maybe contact us before canceling the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience, and ended up roaming the streets in desperate need of a place to stay late at night.

You will feel the NOLA vibes throughout your stay! I want to send a special message about one of my highlights here. I witnessed firsthand Ms. Miller going above and beyond to serves guest during morning breakfast. She has the patience of Job and she keeps everything clean and ready for hungry guests. Ms. Miller helped one of the senior guest get her coffee with a smile. It was apparent the lady was having trouble and she stepped in and provided excellent service and support. I immediately thanked her for act of kindness! Kindness is a powerful tool.

Then I'm told that downstairs bar will not open till 5:00. No problem, but when I came back at 5, it still wasn't open and somebody told me it's not going to open at all. OK, pivot, I decided to go to the rooftop bar, but then I'm told it's closed for a private party. So I head to my room and I called down for a wake up call as a back up to my cell phone alarm. The next morning, no wake up call came, but my own alarm woke me up. Then I text down to valet that I need my car. I went downstairs 15 minutes later and no car and no valet person. 10 minutes later, this young girl comes walking up, clearly looking like she just woke up, and I ask her if she is valet. She doesn't even look at me, doesn't respond at all, and suddenly I get a text saying my car will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. So, over 30 minutes for my car and I nearly missed my appointment. I will say this, though, my room was very nice and, other than the valet staff, everyone else was pleasant. Still, I can't recommend this property.

Pros: - Great location, right in the French quarter but not loud like being right on Bourbon (pick a different spot if you want super quiet or closer to the jazz on Frenchman street) - Staff were really friendly and helpful - Good value for money - Small, but amazing pool! Cons: - Cleanliness was really poor. We were expecting it to be slightly run down as it is an old building, but we have beer cans and old chips on the floor, filthy air vents, dirty bathroom and moldy shower curtain. Even after housekeeping came again to clean up, it still didn't feel very clean - Bed was really uncomfortable - Room was dark and smelled like damp Ultimately, I would choose to be a bit further out or pay slightly more to have nicer accommodation

|도심까지 거리: 0.83km아이들과 함께 부활절에 멋진 방문을했습니다. 수영장은 거대하고 NOLA의 더운 습한 오후에 환영의 휴식입니다. 2 개의 침실이 있었고 기본적으로 아파트 였고 5 인 가족에게 잘 작동했습니다. 제 2 차 세계 대전 박물관과 코천과 에메릴을 포함한 대부분의 창고 지구 사이트까지 도보 거리. 아침 식사 직원은 매우 좋았고 아이들과 함께 각 가족을 위해 부활절 계란 헌트를 개최하기 위해 나갔습니다. 일요일 아침까지 왔습니다. 발레 파킹은 싸지는 않았지만 우리는 이것을 미리 알고 있었고 서비스는 빠르고 효율적이었습니다. 여분의 비용 외에도 문제가 없도록 어디에서나 타는shares를 가져 갔다.
