Where to begin. Well my family and I checked in, given card keys and went up to the room. As I opened the door, a smoke smell came through. 2 bedroom suite. Well I see only 1 queen bed in each room. This was very off because on the website of the third party I booked this through and the Marriott website, that 2 bedroom clearly showed double beds in 1 room and a single bed in the other room. Well lo and behold, apparently telling “general manager Jami” was the worst thing I could’ve done. I went down and explained the situation in which she yelled and said “ Well I’m the general manager and I’ve never seen that here. We don’t offer that”. Literally yelling at me in front of others. I’m asking her questions but she clearly had other ideas and proceeded to keep yelling at me berating me and belittling me like I was no one. She wouldn’t let me talk at all! I thought to myself, wow this is how you treat people? Is it because I’m Hispanic/Mexican?? Have no clue what went up her alley that day but the response from her was completely unacceptable. Jami you need EXTENSIVE training on how to treat customers. My toddler behaves better than that. One of the nights there, the ac completely stopped working. It was 79. Went downstairs to let them know and a lady not sure of her name, asks if we would like a fan because once again, management is out because it’s after hours. I told her no fan and would like another room with working ac. We were switched to smaller room which we were ok with but everyone in the front lacks completely sympathy and empathy on you. You’re pretty much on your own here. I’m pretty sure if you were to turn the tables around, you know she wouldn’t have it with just a fan. Breakfast was scarce every morning. Lady working the breakfast area seemed bothered if you ask her a question. Seemed like my family was a huge burden on her for us just simply being there. The whole time you’re trying to get breakfast, it’s very awkward because it’s a small little area and tons of people are walking by bumping into each other. That lady just seemed pissy the whole time we stayed there. She was speaking Spanish and I heard her get upset because someone had spilled something. Like ok, I’m sure it was an accident geeze. She was cleaning up while complaining. Last straw was after checking out. We left that hotel and we remembered we left some clothes in one of the closets. It had only been a few hours after we had checked out from that place and when we called, lady in front said yeah we just had to go up there and get our stuff. Well we get there and to our surprise they said oh no, nothing was left. At that point we knew housekeeping kept the clothes. That’s such a pity for them to do that. I mean you steal someone else’s stuff because why?? It’s there, no one will watch you and you know how to get away with it?? Insane but true, don’t leave anything behind because staff here is very dishonest and you will never see your stuff again. Shame on

I chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor.

ROSS, TARGET

Old and poorly kept hotel. We picked a sixth (top) floor room. It’s constantly very windy there and something was continuously squeaky, a wood squeaky sound. All day and all night. The worst part: they allow pets, which we didn’t know so someone next room to us had a small yapping dog who barked just a few times at the most inconvenient times- at 5 a.m. , during the day, middle of the night etc. We were here for a funeral, stayed three nights and it was horrible. We were exhausted all the time, barely got any sleep. We are never staying in a Hilton ever again. I would have gladly paid twice to have a peaceful room where we could get some rest. Forgot to mention they have events, so we walked every night through large loud crowds of teenagers behaving obnoxiously, smashing into the piano by the reception and in general through uncivilized, unhinged crowds.

We went to visit our son who lives less than a mile from this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive, the hotel itself was lovely and our room was clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast included warm scrambled eggs and make your own waffles.

직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 필요한 모든 것을 도와주었습니다. 아침 식사는 직장에서 긴 하루를 혼잡하지 않는 것이 매우 좋았습니다. 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 놀라운 깨끗한 깔끔한 침대가있는 깨끗한 방에 왔습니다!
