When we arrived we were greeted by a cast member in the lobby. She made sure that our magic bands were linked and then took us on a brief tour of the hotel. Despite being the first hotel built on the property, it’s very modern with clean lines and open spaces throughout. We were early but our room was ready within 10 minutes. We stayed on the 14th floor in a Club Level one-bedroom suite. The room was enormous with a large living and dining space. There was a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom had two queen beds with ample storage space and a large bathroom. There was a second full bathroom off the foyer as you walked in. The balcony ran the length of the room and was nicely furnished. We had a perfect view of the Magic Kingdom and could watch the fireworks every night. The lounge was directly up the hall and they were constantly serving food and beverages. It was very convenient. There are several restaurants in the hotel. You can also catch the monorail on the 4th floor to go up to MK or one of the other resorts en route. The food at the restaurant is good but not great. But it’s definitely passable and very convenient right in the hotel. There are also some cool shops where you can get Disney-licensed merchandise. Some people have mentioned that the Disney theming is lacking and I’d agree with that, but that didn’t bother us in the least. The look was modern and sleek and definitely felt “contemporary.” Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again for the prime location, proximity to the monorail and buses, along with great service and a terrific suite that gave the three of us plenty of space and privacy.

This is the morning of our last day at Wilderness Lodge and it has been absolutely great. This is the third time we have had a two week stay at Wilderness Lodge so what more can I say! The room was perfect thoroughly cleaned every day and most days the room was serviced in good time. We had a lovely courtyard view. The pools are lovely, we went in both but strangely preferred the main pool, as the life guards that are present kept their eye on families with young children so adults were not constantly jumped in on unlike Boulder Ridge pool. The only other negative would be the saving of sun beds/pool furniture. At times, the pool was quite quiet but almost all pool furniture had towels or random personal items which had been left on purpose. The entertainment at the main pool was fun for all so well done. We ate at the Geyser Bar and the Roaring Fork; also enjoyed drinks in the Territory Lounge and these were good. My only suggestion is the Geyser Bar could do with a bit of a clean. The tables and floor area need attention. Especially the floor near the bar. Cast members were great!! Everyone we had contact with was so friendly, professional and hard working. Thank you!!! The location of the Resort is perfect for us. We enjoy eating and having a drink at the monorail resorts so love to take the boat. Especially now the Contemporary Resort boat is back. Also perfect for Magic Kingdom. We had a car but when we did use the buses they all arrived in very good time with very minimal wait. When you arrive at the Lodge the look and feel of the whole place is breathtaking! We love it! Also the smell when you enter is so good. All in all I would absolutely recommend it.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

We visit Disney once or twice a year. Have stayed all levels Value, Mod, Delx. We travel the USA frequently and in other cities stay in 4 or 5 diamond properties (Vegas, Denver, CA resorts). For the past several years we have stayed at the Disney POFQ Moderate for 8 days. We had already booked a bounceback offer for the Yacht Club for 8 days in April 2025, so for this shorter Long-Weekend trip we tried the Yacht Club, and unfortunately when we got home, contacted our Travel Agent to cancel/switch the Yacht Club for the upcoming April trip to either Poly or POFQ. The following is why: Pros: 1. Yacht is great location for Epcot (via walking or boat) and HS (via boat). Buses not busy (only AK, DS, MK) since most guests going to other parks. With Early Entry this was GREAT and allowed us early entry where we rode Mill Falcon, Toy Story 3x in a row, etc with no more than 10 minute wait for all those rides and then also Remy with no wait since back entry before front entry guests could get there. 2. YC is a hotel not a motel, so once inside, rooms accessed via interior halls. 3. Front of House staff very nice and helpful 4. Had ”end of hall room” which meant no guest on one side so VERY quiet. However, early one morning another guest made a very loud work call right outside our door...good thing I wasn't a competitive company as I heard the entire call (smile) 5. Bath room larger than Moderate, and enough cubbies with doors to ”put away” all items and luggage for a clean room. Cons: (reasons not staying here again) 1. Had a balcony but it was unusable as it looked out at ”swampy” area with mosquitos. 2. MAIN reason we booked Deluxe was for a couch, but got a chair instead? Travel agent said ”not guaranteed” and reserved for parties of 4 or 5 (so couples don't matter? Wish she would have told us that before booking) 3. Food choices were awful for us. We don't eat beef nor chicken and eat breakfast and then one afternoon meal only. This is a place for steak eaters and those who eat late (many lounges or restaurants do not open until 5 or require reservations or mainly serve meat dishes). Even the Marketplace sandwiches were ”pre-made” so no substitutions. We literally ate a child's grill cheese in room, steak fries (not on menu but requested) and a wedge salad at a lounge, and then PB crackers we brought from home). We could have walked back to Epcot, but due to the extreme heat and humidity by the time we got back to room, just couldn't fathom that so maybe during different time of year that would be a difference. No idea what family's with kids would eat here--as even the Ice Cream Shoppe required a reservation. 4. Most staff was great, but had one negative incident with bartender in a lounge. Mid-day after park, went to lounge for cocktails and lunch (where we found fries only). Started out great and had two rounds and fries, but then another couple of parties came in. 에프콧에 가깝고 특히 보트로 갈 수 있다는 점이 매력적이었습니다. 폐원까지 에프콧에서 놀고 보트로 화려한 건물로 둘러싸여 돌아 왔기 때문에 만족감이 높았습니다. 호텔에는 분수와 크리스마스 트리가 있으며, 상점과 레스토랑도 충실했습니다. 호텔의 인구 모래 해변과 수영장은 매우 플로리다를 느낄 수 있습니다. 체육관도 충실했습니다.

We stayed at the Beach Club in a club level room for 6 nights during our stay in Orlando with the prime aim of visiting all the Disney theme parks and maximising magic hours. We chose the beach club based on location and had two interconnecting rooms for our family of 4. We also chose the club level to enjoy the extra facilities that offered. It delivered exactly what we wanted. The club level lounge was brilliant for a quick breakfast before we headed out early each day, the drinks (including alcohol) snacks and coffees were perfect for a quick recharge, rewind whenever we needed during the day. The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable after long days in the parks. The location was great for the skyliner, boat and bus to various parks. We also walked to Hollywood studios (about half an hour) to save on transport waits. Epcot was on the doorstep so that was great. The only downside was the bus timetable was not very clear unless you found it buried in the Disney app so we found we timed this wrong a couple of days which impacted our magic hours. This could do with being publicised better, maybe as a ‘live departure’ board in the club lounge or reception. Overall though a great choice for a Disney break and we’d definitely recommend.

절대적으로 아름다운 리조트. 우리는 운전하고 매우 늦게 도착했고 직원들은 수용하고 있었고 우리가 매우 피곤했기 때문에 즉시 우리를 우리 방으로 데려갔습니다. 직원들은 최고 수준이었고 방은 깨끗하고 환영했습니다. 선택할 수 있는 여러 수영장, 선택할 수 있는 여러 레스토랑. 그들은 야간 영화, 청소부 사냥, 수영장 파티, 타이 염색 셔츠, 일주일 동안 선택할 수있는 많은 예술품과 공예품과 같이 우리가 머물렀던 주 내내 재미있는 가족 활동을 제공했습니다. 너무 재미있었습니다! 우리가 가진 유일한 불만은 발굴 현장의 수영장 주변의 새들이 수영장에서 계속 똥을 뜯고 있었기 때문에 수영장이 유지 보수를 위해 계속 닫혔다는 것입니다. 청소를 위해 계속 닫고 수영장 pH를 다시 확인하는 것이 좋았습니다. 어느 날 90°가 매우 더웠을 때 여러 번 문을 닫았기 때문에 무엇보다 짜증났습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다! 카페테리아 음식은 훌륭했고 우리는 또한 훌륭했던 3 개의 다리 레스토랑을 시도했습니다!
