I've stayed at the Wyndham Riverfront in Little Rock on previous trips to the city. On the whole it is a good buy. The rooms are clean and well kept, there is a dependable airport shuttle, and downtown is a two minute drive across the Arkansas River. The hotel breakfast is excellent, much better than most reasonably priced hotels offer. There are two good restaurants at the hotel, BUT the excellent steakhouse is only openThursday through Sunday and the Benehana, a sushi and hibachi place is likely to be fully booked if a reservation hasn't been made in advance. Fortunately, there is a whole district with good places to eat a five minute walk from the front door. My one serious complaint is that the hotel offers a day before online checkin option that promises ”just pick up your key and proceed to your room” that failed miserably. the airport shuttle dropped us off with a half dozen or so other guests who had not checked in online who immediately tied up the single staff member. Even though those guests did have reservations, the process of registering them seemed exceptionally slow. When I was finally able to ask for my room key, All I had to do was show my ID, have my credit card scanned, and learn how to find my room (this is a HUGE hotel, my cousin described her room as ”in the next county”). The promise of ”just pick up your key” can't work without a second staff member whose primary responsibility is to handle already checked in guests. The shuttle is an asset, BUT it inevitably creates multiple guests arriving together. Only one person handling the desk is predictably inadequate.

This is the most magnificent hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The property itself is gorgeous, our large room was perfect, and the bed was so very comfortable with the most fluffy pillows! We ate at the Capital Grill and while the portions were rather small, it did leave room for dessert which was delicious. Breakfast in the One Eleven restaurant was superb both mornings. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the porch of the hotel. A great experience! Compared to similar priced hotels, the Capital Hotel was head and shoulders above and exceeded my expectations both in comfort and value. You have to stay here if in Little Rock! I know I will again.

The hotel rooms are in serious need of paint, chairs that are not peeled/peeling, caulking in the bathroom etc. This was my third stay in the past five months and I am a diamond member. I was upgraded to a large two story room and that was wonderfully nice and a significant improvement over my prior stays. Yet, light bulbs burnt, some peeling paint, worn and dated. It was okay. The only major negative this time was there was no hot water for the morning shower. That was lovely- cold shower to start the day. The front desk person apologized, and while I was waiting for her to correct the bill, she said I could choose something from the market area- so, nail clippers, iced tea, soda. That appears to be the going rate for a cold shower. The staff with one or two exceptions are nice and great and hospitable. Ivan at the front desk desk, in only a month or two has made significant improvements there.

This hotel isn't more than a year or two old, if that. Everything was new, clean, functional. Beds were comfortable. There's an arm chair with lamp for reading, also a fridge and microwave, as well as coffee maker. Good sized bathroom with the shallowest tub I've ever seen. While the room was spotless, we only had two pods of coffee -- one regular, one decaf. There was no place to hang a hand towel, which wasn't such a big deal as we were just there overnight. Good toiletries. Good linens. I honestly don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, and even egg white ”omelettes.” The usual yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, breads, etc. Decent sized breakfast area. The only down side is the construction going on around it, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel and won't last forever.

이 Courtyard는 고속도로 바로 옆에 위치하고 있으며 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 대부분 조용했습니다. 음식과 음료가 필요한 경우 호텔에 비스트로가 있고 바가 있습니다. 애완 동물 친화적 (그리고 저렴한 애완 동물 요금!!!). 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 그날 밤 프론트 데스크에서 일하는 여자는 가장 친절하지 않았습니다. 요즘 훌륭한 직원을 찾기가 어렵다는 것을 깨달았지만 호텔에서 일한 사람과 상호 작용한 첫 번째/유일한 사람이었고 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 아마도 그녀는 쉬는 날을 보내고 있었을까요? ! 전반적으로 숙박은 괜찮 았습니다.

So yet again we booked based on location off the hiway, price, photos , and pet friendly , wow, I do not recommend it at all, sketchy area, no morning breakfast but coffee, no cups though, no Kleenex, sink was plugged so I snaked it with a coat hanger, see pic, I had to do the same to the shower/ tub to get it to drain, pillows “ all 3 “ should go in the trash, best part was the elephants ! Yes elephants ! They came in at 3 am, and stomped around till 5 am, then slammed the door as they left, we told the counter fellow about it, he said we should have called him, what at 3 am? Yeah sure! Toilet was dirty with urine and genital hair behind seat, and floor looked clean but yet again made my socks dirty, room coffee maker was filthy, view of a empty lot, very scenic, and bathroom fan? Not sure what was going on there! ,not a good choice on my part nor should it be on3 of yours, apparently workers like to stay weekly here, but hey you decide, cheers

Stayed here for one night during the eclipse. The hotel was completely full. They did a great job. The room was clean and quit. It was small and sparsely furnished. The breakfast was good and even though the place was packed, they kept the hot fresh food coming. My only compliant was the price. Almost everyone jacked up the price for the eclipse. I paid over twice what the room was worth. I understand supply and demand but DAMN!!

We’re diamond members with Hilton. We’ve stayed at several of their properties. This is may be the very first time or the first time in a while that we’ve stayed at Home2 Suites. I was definitely impressed with this hotel. First off, the staff was friendly and helpful. I also want to express that I feel like I got more bang for my buck here. I paid about the same as I would for most other Hilton properties, but got a bigger room and I felt like it had better amenities. I have no complaints at all about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again

Wingate is my favorite hotel in its class. If you have an option, stay at the one on Shackleford. This one in North Little Rock was nowhere near their professionalism and cleanliness. The first room we were given the door was propped open with the lock, the room had a strong smell of smoking in it, and the pillows were scattered on top of the bed. Called front desk and was offered a different room with no problem. The new room smelled much better! A couple of hooks on the curtains were broken, the chair was filthy (Literally, dark stains all over the fabric), there were smudges on the headboard that I’m afraid to find out how they got there, there was dirt and urine stains around the bolts of the toilet, there was something glued to the bottom of the tub that felt like dirt, and finally the bed springs popped when you got in it and you could feel that the mattress was very worn out. My husband is still complaining of neck pain from that bed. We have stayed in a Wingate several times and have always had a good night of rest on their comfortable beds. We will not choose this Wingate ever again.

All I expect from hotels/motels is for them to be clean, have a good hot shower, and a comfortable bed/pillows. This motel 6 was in a good location (safe and little road noise) was very clean, had a great shower, and the bed/pillows were one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. I bring my own soap and always request a room close to the lobby so coffee is near in the morning. I learned all hotels have the better coffee in the lobby anyways. If you just need a good, clean place to get a shower and a good night sleep for half the price some of the other chains, this it. Only thing you need to be prepared for is the $50 security deposit. If you don’t have cash, it takes up to 10 days to get a refund. It seems a little inconvenient to those of us that doesn’t try to steal the paint off the walls…but I get it. There are people that steal or destroy everything they touch with no second thought.

Although our room was clean, this hotel provided only the barest of essentials. There were two guests in our room, and yet we were only provided with 2 bath towels and ONE hand towel. No wash cloths. We didn’t discover this until showering in the a.m. We had a king size bed with only two small pillows. When we asked for extra pillows, we were told there were no extras available. Our door fit badly, and there was a gap all around it, allowing light to enter. Our bedspread had stains and burn holes, but the sheets appeared clean. In the morning, there was no breakfast on premises although there was a room designated for it. There was no coffee pot in our room like at other Red Roofs, and the lobby coffee pot was empty. The desk clerk did make a fresh pot. The desk staff was friendly but dressed in very casual clothing. Upon check in, there was a man watching tv in the lobby dressed in shorts/t shirt with his dog. I thought he was a guest, but upon ringing the bell on the desk, I learned he was the desk clerk. The windows in the lobby eating area were filthy, and the pool you could see from there looked very uninviting although it was not yet opened for the season. We would not stay here again. There were about 6 other hotels in the same area and would have been a better choice for a stopover.
