The 1st time we encounter a high floor hotel in Jakarta and it was amazing! Compared to other hotels with high floor concept that are business friendly and somehow lack of family support (tried some in Japan though), Langham Jakarta is very family friendly while still also friendly for business issues. We had staycation here for our anniversary (and plus an infant now). So much thank you to the team (Ms. Yuca, Ms. Haniffa, Ms. Lulu) helped me preparing the surprise for my wife. The decoration and cake are simple but very pretty. Oh, and its very nice to have your romantic event here. Either dining at Tom's or making it in room dining, views are supporting your wish for the night. The breakfast also great! Haven't taste a good breakfast in Jakarta besides 1 other hotel near it. So far, I can rank breakfast at Tom's at 1st.

편안하고 훌륭한 숙박, 멋진 라운지, 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다

We just drop-by at the St Regis Jakarta for tea as we were staying elsewhere. Lo and behold you come to an opulent designed hotel with a signature aesthetic so synonymous of the brand. We asked for the lounge and was greeted by associates signed as lobby Ambassador. We were drawn to the Drawing Room(no puns intended) and plonk our selves on a rotund sofa, so comfortable. As we set, within minutes were served, entertained and made a couple of new friends. The service was the ultimate delight. The High Tea serve was pinky red naturally commemorating the special month. It was so good, the pianist had the upmost repertoire of music selection. My brother and I are so glad that we decided to visit the beautiful St Regis Jakarta. Shout out to beautiful Aryl, Rizky (Kiki), Anissa, Rasyad, Anthony and Chef Kevin Lee - The Drawing Room and beautiful Cherry - Lobby Ambassador.

자카르타 호탤중에서 최고의 시설과 서비스를 갖춘 5성급 호텔입니다. 호텔 예약 후 도착 전부터 확실하게 케어 받고 있는 느낌을 받았고, 도착 후 체크인~입실 전까지 완벽한 안내를 받았습니다. WA를 통해 개인 버틀러 서비스를 제공하여, 머무르는 동안 불편함이 없게 해주었습니다. 특히 Ms. Rhany의 환대와 서비스로 지금껏 5성급 호텔 어디에서도 받아본적 없는 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 매달 가족 휴식을 위햐 방문할 의사가 있으며, 이것은 Ms. Rhany와 같은 훌륭한 직원들의 서비스가 있기에 가능한 것입니다.

호텔은 아름답고 호텔 근처에 푸드 코트가 있어서 좋습니다. 그런데 방에 들어가보니 슬리퍼에 더러워진 얼룩이 있어 포시즌스 기준에 미치지 못하는 것 같았습니다. 해당 문제에 대해 운영팀에 문자를 보냈더니 추가 예의 없이 바로 내 방으로 새 직원을 보냈습니다.

We did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling. Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

일단 공사가 마무리. 안되 상태에서 오픈해서인지 자체 식당도 없고 로비공사가 안끝나서 임시로 골방같은데서 하고 있음. 출입구도 주변사람에게 물어봐시 찾았음. 룸컨디션은 좋은 편이나 TV가 방크기에 비해 너무 작음. 또한 방에서 미세한 소음이 나서 잘때 거슬림.4월중에 로비공사가 마무리된다하고 6월에 호텔을 오픈한다고 함.
