We just returned from a 4 night stay -- there are simply not enough superlatives to adequately express our appreciation for every member of the warm and welcoming staff. Talk about being made to feel like you were family and at home ! A great location - large rooms filled with comfortable furniture a great bed, fabulous amenities and ”quiet”.. It surely checks all the boxes. It is evident that the standard across the board is ”Excellence Plus” we look forward to our next trip to DC as we know where we will be staying!

I’ve never been to a hotel where the hospitality and customer services were higher than the sky itself! I was greeted at the door, brought up to the room, and a lovely maid came in every three hours to see if I like the towels to be replaced. I told them that I was good for the rest of the week, but she came back with a water bottle with chocolates. Such a sweetie! I really enjoyed the customer service and the attention that we have received at the hotel. I was able to walk around in the neighborhood and meet some of my friends. The bed was amazing, I loved the bath, and the toiletries that came with the room. There is no question that I am coming back, believe it or not

우린 워싱턴 여행을 준비하면서 파크 하얏트 워싱턴이 포인트 할인을 해서 1박을 하게 되었다. 7월2일, 3일을 머물게됐다. 여기오니까 한국 사람 Kyle Cho 라는 분이 Office Manager로 일하고 있어서 룸을 Corner 1 bedroom suits 로 업그래드를 해 주셨다. 룸 타입의 정확한 명칭은 모르겠지만 룸이 호텔이라는 느낌보다는 집의 느낌을 주는 아주 편안하면서 고급스럽다. 아침식사는 글로벌 리스트에게 무조건 포함되는것이 아니라 하루 $120 사용 할 수 있도록 해 준다고 한다. 룸 서비스로 사용 할 수도 있다. 하지만 아침 식사에만 사용 가능하다. 우린 일요일이라 브런치를 먹고 싶기도 하고 ,또 저녁에 Bar 에 가서 사용 하고 싶지만 아침 식사에만 사용 할 수 있다고 한다.^^ 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 도착했을때 valet parking 은 호텔에서 하는 것이 아니라 Parking만 따로 다른 업체에서 하고 있었다. Parking 하는 사람이 너무 불친절해서 깜짝 놀랐다 ^^ 파크 하얏트의 첫 이미지마저 나쁘게 느껴졌다. parking을 다른 업체에서 하는 경우라면 도어맨이 손님의 차가 도착했을땐 빨리 나와서 도와줘야 당황스러운 일이 없을것 같다. 하지만, 큰 문제는 아니였고... 우리는 편안하게 쉬고 있고 내일 파크 하얏트의 아침식사를 기대하고 있다.

I had a comfortable two day stay, location is divine in Georgetown and easy to get to anywhere in the city in a few minutes by car. Food is excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner, staff friendly, and I was unexpectedly upgraded to a nice one bedroom suite with a large bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. A few things to note if you’re a Rosewood regular like me, this hotel is quite small without much in the way of common areas (no proper lobby, a small room with a fireplace and a covered rooftop bar/lounge) but luckily with the upgrade I received I just hung out in my room when I had some down time. I’ll also note that given the hotel is a bit older, the room technology is a bit clunky, not enough outlets and some of the plugs don’t work, no USB ports etc like at other properties, the soundproofing isn’t great, and one of the elevators squeaks as it goes up and down so if you have a room next to it as I did, you will hear it (luckily I travel with ear plugs to sleep so it didn’t disturb me at night). Despite this, I’d gladly return for the location, food and service, this has a decidedly non-corporate feel which is a bit rare for DC and quite refreshing.

Exquisite..Everything I was hoping for and more! Were in DC early prior to scheduled work training..opted to splurge prior to checking into the hotel required for work training. From the minute we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Our room was luxurious and extremely clean and comfortable with the most delightful bath-body products. I could literally marinade in the body lotion made exclusively for Hay-Adams by Etro. I convinced the super friendly concierge-Brian to let my buy some additional lotion after I was unsuccessful tracking it down online to purchase. The location is ideal with very close proximity to White House and some lovely restaurants. It was a SAD moment when we checked our to schlepp to the hotel that was required for work. Just absolutely wonderful!!

Truly phenomenal experience in Washington DC. We are a family of 6, our youngest is 14. This particular Ritz-Carlton is absolutely wonderful for a family staying multiple days for the 4th of July. We booked rooms with Club Access, which made it wonderfully convenient for everyone to grab fresh breakfast before we headed out for the day, as well as fun snacks at night after a long day of sightseeing. DC in July can be really hot and humid, and the Ritz made it so that our teens loved the hotel experience. I want to highlight the professionalism of the management and staff. We had a slightly odd interaction with one staff member in the Club, but the general manager of the hotel was impeccably professional and everything was smooth sailing. The hotel is well-managed and the staff are all so kind and thoughtful. We were sad to leave, it was such a wonderful experience to celebrate the 4th of July in DC at the Ritz-Carlton.
