|도심까지 거리: 0.93km호텔은 해변에서 바쁜 도로에 있습니다. 방은 괜찮 았지만 욕실은 업그레이드가 필요했습니다. 침대는 편안했다 수영장 지역은 ok이었다, 레스토랑의 음식은 꽤 좋았다. 그러나 서비스는 느렸다 호텔 뒤에는 말 그대로 텐트 / 노숙자로 가득한 공원이있다. 나는 호텔이 매우 안전 해 보이며 문제가 없지만 거기에있는 동안 귀중한 것을 남기지 않을 것이라고 지적해야합니다. 솔직히 사진만큼 좋지는 않지만 산타 크루즈 호텔이 가면 꽤 좋습니다.

They got us rooms together and proceeded to give us some beers for staying with them. Hotel is a 10 min walk to boardwalk. The rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Bathroom nothing special but functional. Little patio to hang out along side a small putting green. This is not a high end Hyatt but if you are looking for a good value hotel, this is one is hard to beat.

|도심까지 거리: 1.19kmThe hotel rooms for both my family and the friends that we traveled with were both unacceptable dirty and unmanaged with a number of broken, dirty, and unsanitary items. The refrigerator was filthy it had tissue, hair, and a pool of standing water at the bottom with a broken pen floating in it. When the staff (women in plain clothes) came to fix the TV which wasn’t working she used one of the rooms hand towels to wipe it down as she said they didn’t have cleaning supplies ( I asked for them telling her I would be willing to clean down the room myself if she could send over the supplies) she dipped the towel in the dirty water at the bottom and proceeded to wipe down the refrigerator, microwave, and dresser. Keep in mind there were only 2 hand towels in the room and she never brought more each time I asked I was told they were short on towels and that they were being washed. Room had no smoke detector, door was broken, ironing board was broken into 3 pieces and was unusable, lights were falling out of the ceiling, blankets had cigarette burns and what appeared to be some type of glue stuck all over them. This stay was our first at this location the stress was very draining and not our normal Best Western experience.

|도심까지 거리: 1.2kmUpon arriving, the front office had a bad smell. When we got to the room, the fridge, microwave, and blowdryer did not work. After mentioning it to the front desk, they waited until the next day to replace the fridge; so the food we brought with us went bad from being left out over night. The flooring was sloppy and there were gaps around the doorways, and we had to hang a blanket on the window because it only had a see through shade on it with no blinds or curtains. The WiFi was slow and sometimes went completely out. When I called the front desk about it, he hung up on me and gave me no further information. Additionally, housekeeping only serviced our room once during our 5 night stay, leaving us with dirty towels for most of the time. The parking situation was rough and some nights we would get back and there would be no open spots. Finally, their website states that they include free breakfast and have a pool, however this is completely false. There is no pool or breakfast and when I asked about it the front desk just said that their website has had out of date information for 2 years. This place has a lot of potential as it is in a good location and at face value the rooms aren't bad at all. They just have a lot of issues with amenities, information, and staff that need to be worked out. Overall not worth it especially considering the price and would recommend looking for a different place to stay in Santa Cruz.

The upper level has a little patio to sit out on which is nice as it was just outside of our room. The stairs to the upper level are a little sloped and could use an update. The parking is a little tight. The inside of the room was fairly clean but the vinyl floor could have been mopped and underneath the beds hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The outside of the hotel was very dirty. The pool maintenance person was pouring what looked to me like straight chlorine bleach into the pool. The staff were nice. I probably would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

Whilst basic, it was very clean, spacious and well equipped. I can’t speak highly enough of the owner/manager - Mr Anand Shah. He was polite, helpful and more than happy to share his tips on the main attractions in Santa Cruz. He also gave us a recommendation to the Special Noodle restaurant which was exceptional I would certainly stay here again if ever returning to Santa Cruz

Also, it was the least expensive option we were able to find that would accommodate our family of 5 on short notice (booked about 3 weeks prior). Staff was polite and helpful. The accommodations though were not so good. You can feel the wire springs on the beds. Overall conditions of the walls, floors, windows, ceiling, bathroom showed a lot of poorly installation & repaired damage. Electrical, plumbing, appliances worked fine and we all slept well, but the place really needs a detailed remodel.

|도심까지 거리: 1.09kmChose this hotel for my birthday weekend in Santa Cruz, trying to stay within the Choice Hotels group to earn points, and it was the only one within our budget. When making the online reservation 1-2 months ago, I specifically asked for a lower level floor due to being a senior (62), and recuperating from knee surgery a few months ago. When we checked in, I asked about the lower level, and no rooms were available with a king size bed. He stated that they had a queen size, but that was already reserved. The alternative? A room on the second level close by steep stairs. Too many trips up and down slowly with some knee pain, so very unhappy with this. When we parked in the handicapped space, the clerk saw this and came to our car and said ”sorry”. Our check-in process was a little challenging with the language (clerk was E. Indian). We were not told where the ice maker was, and my husband had to search to find, which was located at the opposite end of the motel on the bottom level. We were not told about breakfast and those hours, therefore we never used. The room was somewhat updated, but carpet was dirty, as my husband's white socks got dirty black stains on the bottom over both nights of the two-night stay. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. The configuration of the room was odd, as the bathroom door blocked closet door; one has to be closed in order to access the other. Wasted space in an area where a desk or table w/ chairs would have been nice to use for additional seating. Not enough room between closet shelf and clothing rack, as it was difficult to remove hangers ( see picture). The king size bed was not too bad, but we bought our own pillows and had some comfort. Room was quiet, but at night, when we returned to our room there were a couple of people walking around that looked a little rough, so we made sure our car was locked and did not have any items visible. It looked like someone looked in our car, because palm handprints were found on the back passenger window that we saw the next morning. The window air conditioner could have been a little cooler, even after leaving on high when not in the room. This was ridiculous, given we were in an area where the temps were in the 70s, but there was some humidity in the area. The frosted window above the air conditioner did not have curtains, so at night there was a bright light shining in from the parking lot next door, so the room was not completely dark, and it was hard to get to sleep. The curtains were torn and knotted, and ugly to look at (see pictures). The coffee maker was small and okay, but not a Keurig unit. Please do not label me a ****** on my next comments, but there must be a culture thing with the Indian people who are running/owning these establishments. They need to focus on speaking clearly and doing better with customer service and to ensure that the rooms are in good shape and that their visitors receive all pertinent information about th

The people Working there seemed to only tolerate the guests and did not seem to communicate well with us or their own staff. The parking is horrendous! Getting in and out is tight and they kept telling different guests different things. They have “double parking” spaces but double booked cars in them. This caused much confusion and chaos. The rooms are fine, some updates, particularly in the bathroom. The beds were good and they have full cable. It is not a quiet place but with proximity to Boardwalk is what many probably find appealing. We had just checked out of one of the rooms and forgot the food in the fridge. When we went back in they had already thrown it away. The staff were extremely rude and the price for the hotel was way way too much. Not worth what was being offered. The breakfast ran out of items quickly and staff did not seem to care about replenishing. Would not recommend this hotel, especially when there are so many others to choose from.

It's across the road to the beach and a short walk to the pier and its restaurants or the famous Boardwalk. It's about a 10 minute walk to downtown where there are less crowded restaurants. Check-in was easy and the front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a family room and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel so it was also pretty quiet. We took our dog and there's a gated area for them with gravel. We'd definitely stay here again.

First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.
