|도심까지 거리: 0.19kmI travel nearly every other weekend for sporting events. This was BY FAR the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never stay at this location again. I tried to check in at 3 P.M. (an hour ahead of check in time, I arrived early) and was told to come back at 4 P.M. as my room wasn't ready, no big deal here, totally understand, I arrived early. However, I came back around 5:30 P.M., and was told my room STILL WASN'T READY. I wasn't offered so much as a bottle of water for the inconvenience or an apology, and was forced to change clothing in a public bathroom, because I had an event to attend. Finally, upon returning after my event, my room was ready around 11 P.M. I walked into the bathroom to take a shower, and realized there was some sort of brown sludge/liquid on the floor....the toilet was leaking from the base, and I assume this is why my room wasn't ready on time. When I woke up in the morning, the towel I had put down was soaked, and the corner was brown, as the toilet clearly continued to leak throughout the night. The next morning upon check out, when I received my car from the valet, it was full of flies. I don't mean 2 or 3, I mean no less than 12 flies were in the vehicle. I drive a newer Land Rover, when I dropped my car off the windows were rolled up, there was no food in the vehicle, etc...someone must have rolled the windows down and left the car next to a dumpster or something overnight. There were still flies buzzing around my car multiple days after I checked out. When I got home (after making a two and a half hour drive with a car full of flies) I reached out to Marriot customer service, and received a response that my complaints would be forwarded to the executive team at the hotel, and I would receive a response within 3-5 days. It has been over a week, and I've received no communication at all. I've read other reviews from around the same time that say they had to have an intense argument with management to finally get their room comped. Absolutely terrible experience, terrible customer service, and still no resolution.

|도심까지 거리: 0.61kmThe entire staff from the associate greeting us at the door, to the front desk, to other associates in the lobby, pool area, outlets and housekeeper are amazing. It may sound cliche but it's true - this team is thee best in the area. Their 4th of July Eve event set up was spectacular to say the least. Having a well planned an executed process to order and pick up typical 4th of July delicious, by the way, meals and refreshments, ran like clock work - NO ISSUES. NO WAITING. Even in the 100+ heat, the pool, patio and veranda areas offered plenty of room to relax. While the actual pool is small, we still enjoyed a dip in to cool down and sat in a nice cool area enjoying the festivities. They had seating available for firework display outside, and our room faced the display too which I only found out after I ran up to the room for a quick trip, since our dog did not appreciate the noise. To top that off, they kept the grill going AND had a staged area for photo ops with props inside. Our accomodation were spotless.I was a hotel procurement manager in 160 cities for an airline and know what to look for - this hotel has an A+ .Plus I have been a Sales Manager and Star Training for another Brand. Dinner that night at Copeland's was awesome and our server Michael made my 96 year old dad chuckle about carding him for a glass of wine as he tended to our every need for refreshing our sweet tea and water. Bravo Michael. Can't say the same for the breakfast buffet hostess who needs a lot of training in hospitality. Yet, the servers for the breakfast buffet made us feel warm and welcomed even though we strolled in at 1040 and my children at 7 minutes to 11 - and told ”WE'RE CLOSED THERE'S NO MORE BREAKFAST”. The servers jumped in got them something to eat and we were out by 1115. So this hotel will now become our tradition for July 3 and 4 and we will extend our stay to longer next year as well as other dates throughout the year. The GM, Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager and F&B Manager ALL are fantastic. We can't wait to go back.

|도심까지 거리: 29.54kmWe bought a Groupon with some friends on at the spur of the moment and decided to forgo our weekend usual of being at the lake and instead drove 12 miles to this lovely hotel. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our overnight stay was top notch. The pool is bigger than most hotel pools and very, very quiet. We packed a cooler and made a day of it at the pool. Eric, the shuttle driver dropped us at a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant for dinner and then picked us up when we called him. He helped with the mini refrigerators we needed and even provided extra pillows. We had a great time at the hotel. So much fun that we did it two weekends in a row!!

I booked this room several months in advance and had a rate of 254.00/night and honestly this is at its best no more than a $89.00/night rate place. Old building, ceilings very low, maybe 7ft, and the little things were missing… no coffee pot or ice buckets provided in rooms. That’s unheard of these days! Also parking was sparse, drive around for nearly 20 minutes trying to find a place to park and avoid all the warning tow away signs from neighboring businesses. Was about to go somewhere else and have to Uber back when luckily a space came available on a side lot with a bunch of large containers. I was concerned about my car all night. Didn’t look like a safe/secure spot. I can’t believe I paid that much money for this room. The room was very tiny, we had two queens, but two people let alone 3 could not move about the room comfortably. No countertop in bathroom for toiletries, just a small sink area. The only positive I have is that the room was clean and they at least had coffee in the lobby. Hilton needs to take their name off this hotel.

|도심까지 거리: 3.79kmI stayed at the Arlington North location for 2 nights April 24-26th- 1st night I was checked in using my same card that I use for incidentals. I wasn’t informed about what kinda of card this location preferred. But I was told, after already having my card swiped and keys made, that the WiFi is out due to some storm damage. The next day I went to extend the stay, since the WiFi was out, I couldn’t finish my assignment, and needed the extra rest. Since I used a third party site, I had to make a whole new reservation for each stay. Which meant 2 separate incidental fees. I go to check in with the front desk and at that time I was told by Candice, That TownePlace suites don’t take prepaid cards, and she would have to inform her GM. From that point, I observe that there is no communication between staff or lack of training, however I explained to them my concerns and how that this information was new to me and how I felt about the situation and in turn shouldn’t be reprimanded by false information or lack there of. Consequently they were responsible for the miscommunication and honored the agreement. I was also informed that they don’t want people using prepaid cards as forms of payment because they take up to 7-10 business days to refund the money, unlike the normal 3-5 business days Im custom. As of May 4, I still have yet to receive my refund. As well they were still showing pending on my account summary. I immediately contacted my bank and they informed me, that not only were payment status read pending, but they have the ability to hold my money until MAY 11th!!!! I was shocked and very upset at this new information and reached out to the location. They of course just repeated the same thing that they said before. Only this time they were very unapologetic, didn’t emphasize with my problem and proceeded to make me feel as if their hands were tied and conducted themselves in a nonchalant manner and was hesitant to give me the corporate contact and they’re names. GM Alyssa I believe, I never seen her face and refused to call her superiors. Stating, once again misinformation, that the office was closed. Without even suggesting leaving a voicemail or email. In addition, she stated that this was a franchised location thus the brand standards of Marriott were not applied nor informed. Seeing as they were not being any kind of help. I located the contact information for cooperate and left my own voicemail. When I reached out to Marriott, I was dumbfounded by the policy method that the use for this situation. This is to send you and your concerns back to the location where they were placed and hopefully they will handle it. In other words send you on a wild goose chase to get absolutely nothing done. Everyone I talked to disassociated from taking accountability and gaslight you till you move to another and then it’s one person after next repeating the same script as to Confuse and convince outsiders that they are an organized and stable. Nice lobby with new carpet and nice big Christmas tree The gal at front desk was the rudest and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. 1st she had ear buds in and was face timing some guy who appeared to be laying in bed. (I’ll explain shortly how I know that) She didn’t acknowledge me at all, she just stood there staring at me and talking to someone Finally I said I’m here to check in. Her response was just Drivers license. I won’t bore u with all the details but 1- I was not only one there at desk having issues with her. 2- reservation was under husbands name so she was refusing to let me check in. When I told her I knew my husband had told them during reservation he would not be with me. The front desk gal then stuck her phone up to the glass in front of my face. First thing I saw in the corner of the phone was a guy laying in a bed with a blanket on. Originally I thought it was the manager or something. No she was putting the phone to my face with a screen shot of the reservation and proceeded to ask me where on the reservation I saw my name. I proceeded to call my husband who then called reservations. Reservations told her basically to let us check in. When she got off phone she smirked and said they told her she couldn’t do it. LIE!!! Finally reservations rebooked it in my name and after doing a security deposit she let us check in. We got stuck in elevator briefly and when we got to the room it was aweful. My 15 year old niece wouldn’t even sit down in the room. The phone didn’t work and I know at least 2 other rooms had same issue. The carpet had stuff all over it, lamp shades were broken and torn, towel on tub was stained, large stain on the sheet of one bed, paint slopped all over the place. Over all was just horrible. We immediately booked a room at SpringHill Suites. When we went to check out less than an hour after the hour ordeal of checking in and no one was at desk. My mom rang buzzer several times and when front desk gal returned she started yelling at us for ringing it more than once as she was in bathroom. My deposit should have been put back on my credit card thanksgiving day after 11am. 5 days later it still hasn’t been refunded. I will never stay at a days inn again because of this. Not only because of how disgusting the room was but also because how rudely we were treated. It was very obvious that the owners and staff couldn’t care less about the property or the guests. There is no way I would have slept on that bed, showered and sure wouldn’t eat breakfast there. Amazing that they made the effort in the lobby but absolutely none anywhere else. No pride at all

|도심까지 거리: 3.45kmI have stayed here before with my mother and had a good experience. I was told they are going to remodel as the hotel has been outdated, but they have not. All that they have done was paint the exterior. The hotel has front desk employees ONLY at the Courtyard side with NO EMPLOYEES on the TownePlace side to monitor pedestrians coming in and out of the doors on that side of the hotel which is a SECURITY RISK! I saw some ”characters” coming and going that were clearly up to no good as one could not stop fidgeting with themselves and the other was chewing at something that was not in his mouth, clearly a sign of someone on narcotics. Sure they will claim to have CAMERAS, but ALL businesses have cameras, but having actual employees to report things to in close proximity allows one to feel SAFE AND SECURE while at their hotel. For the hotel being as outdated for a TownePlace as this one is, they do a decent job upkeeping the rooms. I had 2 issues during my stay: 1.) A guest was openly smoking in their room which is a violation of the ”hotel policy.” and I was told by someone at the Courtyard front desk, ”We will have housekeeping investigate the hallway.” The hallway? You MUST knock on a door and have the guest open the door to CONFIRM the guest is in violation of your hotel policy, NOT simply walking the hallway. The hotel doors are heavy and well-isolated. I offered to have them enter my room to confirm and smell it for themselves and was told, ”Housekeeping will walk over and take a look.” I have asthma and upper respiratory issues so smoking makes it very uncomfortable and hard to breathe. Why is the hotel's ONLY remedy to this situation was to have me move rooms when they can remove someone for violating health regulations and their own hotel policy? How about getting one of the managers sitting in the back office to investigate and actually knock on the doors of the 2 rooms on either side of my room to FIND the violator and actually ADDRESS THE ISSUE? Management and the employees at the Courtyard front desk could careless nor be bothered to help a guest find solace. 2.) Roaches. Multiple roaches were in my room. I was only able to get a picture of one (please see picture). Was there ANY form of remedy/compensation for the roaches? HELL NO! ”Someone will be available to spray tomorrow” was the ONLY response received from the Courtyard front desk employees. I made sure to contact the Courtyard front desk to have an employee come and see for a fact that there were roaches in my room both times. I understand bugs and roaches are normal in Texas. But when it is MORE THAN ONE and there was NO form of remedy/compensation for the dirty conditions brought by roaches and bugs tracking all over the room was disheartening. Again, the general, ”No one cares nor cares to be bothered” was my only attitude from the hotel staff

America and Kadjia were so efficient and fun checking us in!! A great first impression! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The location for us was perfect. We also met the manager (Logan) who obviously takes pride in making the Signature Hotel one of the best places to stay in Fort Worth. As far as we were concerned it was indeed the best place yet in Houston!! Bobby makes sure everything is in working order and he also seems to be doing a great job!! There is also a great Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is very unique as it used to be an old bank! It is a must to check out! Thank you to your staff for an incredible stay!!

However the main reason I personally chose this property over a handful of others was due to it advertising an indoor pool which I promised my family swim time. Their excitement was shattered when we went down to the pool and it was too cold to use. It may be indoors but they do not heat it, and the temperature in the room actually felt colder than outside.
