It was a very short stay. I checked in at 2 in the afternoon post my lunch meeting in Pune as my flight back home was late in the evening. I must say that it's the finest property that I have experienced in Pune. I have had the opportunity of previously staying at The Conrad, The Westin and other properties while I was around here on my business trips and The Ritz Carton will sweep you flat in every regard. The staff make this place all the more special. Genuinely there to help you. All smiles and with sincere efforts to make your stay special. The room service was amazing. Food was delicious and served hot. In all it was a very memorable short stay for me. I would surely be here again. Kudos for the Hotel staff and please keep doing what you guys are doing 🙂🙂🙂
