From the moment we entered, it felt like we had come home! The hotel lobby looked magnificent with a huge table of fresh flowers in the centre and people coming and going. Check-in was quick and efficient, although it would have been even nicer had the receptionist registered that this was a return visit for us and greeted us accordingly. Our room, with pool view, had been exquisitely prepared and the décor was light and inviting. The bathroom was a quite confined space with, as another reviewer had noted, only a single vanity unit. There was a rain shower and conventional wall mounted shower, both with excellent pressure. The tiled floor in the shower area can be quite slippery, but we did eventually locate a rubber shower mat at the back of the wardrobe. Surprisingly for Asia, there was no bidet hose (“bum gun”) in the toilet. The drawers of the vanity unit contained a hairdryer and all manner of little extras for those who arrive without their own. Usefully, there was a steam iron and ironing board in the cupboard and a hairdryer is also provided. The towels, which were of a very thick, rather rough, cotton, had seen better days and lacked absorbency. We found the bath-size towels very heavy in use. The mattresses on our two single beds were of a previous generation and not the most comfortable found in hotels of this stature nowadays. The electrical sockets in the room were hard to fathom, with quite significant pressure (disconcertingly so) required at times to insert the adapters (supplied), which seemed counter-intuitive. There is a touchscreen panel to adjust the temperature of the aircon, but unlike any touch-screen I have come across, these require a sharp tap with the nail on the screen to operate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, but we found the food options on offer around the swimming pool to be disappointing and unimaginative. The pool itself and the entire pool area are amazing, with comfortable sun loungers and an attentive service from the pool staff. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants, preferring instead to go out to eat in the evening. The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveys an atmosphere of peacefulness and serenity. The staff in all the areas of the hotel that we encountered were most helpful and polite. Despite the few little niggles that I have noted, our week-long stay was both highly enjoyable and rejuvenating and we only wish that we could have stayed longer in this first-class hotel. We shall definitely return next time we visit Saigon.

My stay for 6 days with The Reverie Saigon was truly Dream. Not only the location and extravagantly luxurious decoration of the hotel, the gist of the dream was the Hotel staffs' human attitude and delicate communication. The staffs were always ready for my demand: anything from cleaning, reservation of outing, dressing me up, in-room meal.... In particular, pre-communication by email on my schedule, Ms. Duong Le (Concierge Team) was excellent and flawless in her arrangement of my demanding requests. I felt sorry for consuming her much time and energy. Ms. Duong Le was absolutely patient, as I know I am myself haughty, boastful and sometimes naughty customer. I really thank other nice people. I remember a guy at the bar with whom I talk of happiness of human being. (I forget his name!) But I would like to point out a person, a cleaner of my room, Ms. Uyen who kindly sewed my button with charming smile. And I must also mention the SPA on its gorgeous atmosphere, tranquility and esthetician's supreme skill. ”Thank you all” is my message here. I hope I will visit again. Jennifer CHOU

매우 친절하며 대기없이 바로 입실안내 받았어요 또한 한국인매니저님(남자분) 매너가 좋으십니다~^^ 문의시 안내를 꼼꼼하게 잘 해주셔서 든든합니다. 대부분 호차민 호텔앞이 복잡해 택시타고 내리기 어렵습니다. 하지만 쉐라톤은 택시가 수시로 대기중이며 타고 내리기 안전합니다. 걸어서 투어하기 좋은 위치입니다.저의 룸은 5층바에서 조식이 가능했어요.조식권 사용 꼭 하셔요.하루두번 다림질 서비스해줍니다. 베드도 청결하고 청소상태 좋습니다. 23층 뷰좋아요. 5층 수영장 깨끗하고 음료서비스됩니다. 5층에 스파도 있었는데 리뉴얼공사중이였어요. 로비층에 구찌매장 연결되어 있구요. 바로 건너건물에 루이비통이 있구요. 근처에 쇼핑,투어,마사지,식사 다 있어 여행하기 좋은위치압니다. 부부여행 왔어요.

하나부터 열까지 다 넘 좋았어요 호치민 1군이랑 그랩타고 15-20분이면 도착할 수 있고 뷰가 너무 좋아요 얼핏보면 시그니엘 같긴한데 야경이 진짜 예뻐요 룸뷰도 미침 조식도 맛있었고 디너는 씨푸드로 나왔는데 맛있게 잘 먹었어요 친구가 잠을 자서 디너는 혼자 먹으러갔는데 매니저 같은 남성분께서 너무 잘챙겨주시고 사진도 찍어주셨어요 수영장은 이용하지 못했지만 다음에 베트남오면 또 와서 들릴거 같아요 행복한 이틀이였어요

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and we never stepped out of Mia’s at all.. the level Of personalised interaction between guests and staff I would classify as the best ever experience on all my travels. From the second you are greeted at the lobby till you bid adieu .. you are made to feel very special and how you will be missed much ! The deco is of French elegance , beautifully done and not overly fanciful.. Just the right touch of elegance and classy. The pillows and mattress so delightfully comfortable and embracing.. the river view so enchanting .. Food presented very fine dining style and crispy fresh organic veges.. a delight to the eyes and palates.. I spent hours at the spa which is equally elegant and the services were awesome… Lieu my masseuse made sure for my preferences were followed perfectly as per how I want my relaxing of mind and body to be addressed.. all my sessions were done by her .. Our dining were fully entertaining by Sam, Resi, Nhee, and the team.. ALL were attentive at any given time .. Up on the rooftop The Muse was just as fascinating .. spending the evening with the awesome view of the river and fancy mocktails ( I am a tea totaller) tapas .. of course the warm friendly services of the Muse team.. Although Mia is not situated right smack in the city you can always take Mia’s boat to go to the city .. but we didn’t do that at all.. I wanted to savour every second at Mia.. after all we had already made plans to be in the city for the rest of our stay. I must say I regretted making such plans .. I should have stayed in Mia for the full 5 nights in Saigon.. Thank you Mia you made our stay such a pleasure and we would gladly return …
