We stay here often, we have family that we come to visit about every month or two and we rent 2-3 rooms. Always the family and kid suites when available, I recommend these room types if you are traveling with kids and need a spacious room. We always stay here so I'm posting from TripAdvisor instead of my IHG member app as I normally do to protect my identity. I don't want any animosity for future stays, I love the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the breakfast is always good and most of the staff is wonderful! I NEVER thought I would ever consider staying somewhere else but with the recent change in management the atmosphere has changed as well. The new manager (Linda?) has come off as aggressive, not to myself but to the people that checked in ahead of us and then I overheard a conversation between her and Am”ie” while I waited at the counter for a good couple of minutes before either of them noticed me. Their ”private” conversation wasn't very kind, as I listened it seemed they were mocking a guest. I can also tell the difference in the employees that have been there for a while. They are always welcoming and professional, very friendly and eager to make our stay perfect. But when I would bring up Magda or Drake (I have known them both for years) the mood changes and they just don't seem as happy as before. It's actually really sad to see. I am giving 1 star only even though this hotel is worth 5 but I really had an issue with my last 2 stays and this is what the lack of stars is based on. Amie ”with an IE” Amie ”with an IE”. Am”ie” is really nice, to nice! She is very flirty with men and based on some of the reviews on the hotels website I think that's how she gets them. Her name has uncommon spelling, if it wasn't for her constantly telling my husband as we walked past the frontdesk that her name is spelled A-M-I-E I would have automatically spelled it ”Amy”. Every chance she had she would directly flirt with him. It made me very uncomfortable. We tried to avoid using the front doors as much as possible but of course the side door only worked when it felt like it. I thought I was being to sensitive until some family members came back to visit after dinner and witnessed the interaction between ”Amie IE” while her coworker fixed our keys and he later joked in the elevator that she was fishing for attention. Don't get me wrong Amie seems nice but I feel like she is only interested in getting good reviews by asking and reminding of the spelling of her name and all her reviews are from men just back up my assumptions. There was also a person complaining at checkout on Sunday that somebody had gone into their room the evening before on saturday AFTER they checked in and left a greeting card. They said they had personal items laid out in the room (it sounded like they were here for a romantic evening) and didn't expect or give permission for anybody to enter their room. They were creeped out and had said they wanted to cancel their stay but couldn

We had a very long travel day and just wanted to relax and watch television before another long travel day ahead. Unfortunately, the television screen kept freezing up on every channel therefore, we did not get to enjoy the relaxing evening we had planned. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was informed that they had been experiencing issues for a while with the antenna in use for the second floor. He said he could move us to another room but could not guarantee the television would work. We were already unpacked and dressed for bed to relax and watch television so the last thing we wanted to do was re-dress, pack-up and move with no guarantee. He told me to ask for a certain front desk person who would be on duty the following morning and that she would address the inconvenience we experienced. When I spoke with her, she advised me that there was nothing she could offer. It is totally unacceptable that a hotel of this caliber would have an entire floor with an unresolved antenna issue leaving guests without access to a basic amenity. We stay at this property every year (some years multiple stays) and have yet to experience anything negative. It is unfortunate that we did during this stay, and nothing more than an apology was offered.

Upon arrival I had to ask for a room upgrade 5 times before the front desk clerk actually heard me. Mind you my voice carries when I whisper but for some reason she couldn't hear me and we were face to face. Front desk also didn't add member number so I could receive my points. Ac didn't cool my room until around 5am , toilet ran water alllll night. However the appearance of this particular location was nice. The owner was not pleasant. Stared us down as if we were criminals,never said hello, never asked if we needed anything never smiled never just glared at us. I'm real big on customer service and when a owner conducts himself in that manner I definitely will not be giving him my business again. I asked the morning clerk what his deal was towards me why is he staring and frown glaring so much she told me it was a free country they can look at the guest however they choose. I was just out done by the staff except the over night person that brought up 2 waters.

며칠 밤 동안 괜찮은 저렴한 방이 필요했고 Quality Inn이 청구서에 맞습니다. 깨끗하고 조용하며 군더더기 없이 바로 우리가 찾고 있던 것입니다. 제빙기가 작동하는 경우와 엘리베이터가 있는 경우 두 가지만 더 좋게 만들 수 있었습니다. 방이 2층에 있다면 계단으로 운반해야 하기 때문에 많은 수하물을 가져오지 마십시오. 전반적으로 우리는 훌륭한 숙박을했고 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

침대 버그 !!! 나는 5/14/21의 Broken Arrow의 EconoLodge에 체크인했고, 방 134에 열쇠를 받았다. 134를 열었고 매트리스가 한쪽에 있었고 다른 가구가 움직였다. 나는 책상에 전화를 걸어 방이 준비되지 않았다고 말했다. 그녀는 옆집 방에 열쇠를 가져 왔습니다. 첫 번째 주목할 것은 침대가 편안하고 덩치가없고 단단하지 않았으며 샤워 실에는 벽 틈이 있습니다. 오전 5 시경, 엄마는 팔, 목, 얼굴에 BED BUG 물린 채 잠에서 깨어납니다. 나는 프론트 데스크에 전화를 걸었고 그녀는 홀 아래로 방을 위해 열쇠를 가져 왔습니다. AC는 방에서 연기 냄새를 막으려고 방에있었습니다. 우리는 빨리 그곳에 머 무르지 않기로 결정했고 지난 몇 시간 동안 길을 따라 다른 호텔로 체크인해야했습니다. 매니저가 오전 7시에 있을거라고 들었기에 오전 10시에 다시 확인하니 책임자 없이 라스베가스에서 휴가를 보내니 안갈거라는 생각이 들더군요. 바로 통보를 받고 그 날 전화해 달라고 요청했습니다. 오늘, 5/24/21, 나는이 끔찍한 경험에 대한 전화를받지 못했습니다. 나는 그들이 침대 벌레에 대해 알고 있다고 의심한다. 그리고 그것이 우리가 주어진 첫 번째 방이 끝난 이유이다. 여기 머 무르지 마라 !!!
