|도심까지 거리: 2.34kmThis hotel was the closest to the medical center we had an appointment at. Walking distance just around corner. The room was beautiful, clean, & well stocked. Small kitchenette with dishes, towels, microwave, fridge & a garbage disposal. Bathroom has a pocket door, large shower with shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable, queen size. Drawers & closet for your clothing, as well as a sofa bed. Breakfast & coffee served in the morning. Big spacious dining room. We are considering using all Home2Suites for our travels.

|도심까지 거리: 2.23kmWe spent a weekend here as a couple during September 2022. There was a home game, (Ohio State) and quite a few wedding guest at the hotel. The check-in process was quick, efficient and professional. We unloaded the car at the lobby pull in section then parked in the free parking garage that isn't a far walk. I'm not a huge fan of the garage because of vehicle break in possibilities so we parked on the top deck were hotel rooms were looking down at the vehicle hopefully making it safer. We did not have any vehicle break in issues. We had a corder king room, considering the hotel was FULL, game day weekend, and wedding guests, this location was remarkably quiet. The location is great for getting to anywhere in Columbus you need to be. While we did not use the amenities, we were very please with all aspects of our stay. I can definitely see what this hotel is ranked #1 in Columbus on trip advisor. Ever since our stay, we always look at this hotel for rates prior to deciding where to stay.

|도심까지 거리: 15.51kmHaving sworn-off the Red Roof chain many years ago because filthy, run-down properties, we went out on a limb to stay here based on the good reviews and the need for a place to stay that accepted pets without charging an arm and a leg. We were impressed. The hotel and grounds were well-maintained, rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was good. Is it the Ritz Carlton, no, not at this price point. The towels were nice though the amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. were in wall-mounted dispensers. Ho-hum. But we slept well and the hotel was quiet even though we were only one room away from the elevator. The cable TV package wasn’t exactly robust but acceptable. There wasn’t anything in the line of a continental breakfast which has become a staple of most places but they did have coffee makers in the room and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The room (Suite King w/sofa Bed) was large and well-lit with ample charging outlets for electronics but required an angled view to watch TV unless you watch while in bed. The bathroom was oddly small but not a deal-breaker. Just don’t count on a large vanity and be prepared to stack your items efficiently. We can’t comment on the Wi-Fi since we travel with our own Hotspots. Strange, but there weren’t any trash containers to be found in the hallways and one could easily be added next to the ice machines. If there was anything that could have been better, it would have been a bit more flexibility on the part of the hotel in allowing a late check-out. We requested a check-out of noon vs. the standard 11AM but we’re only given an extra 30 minutes. Really? Had we not worked in the hospitality industry some years ago, this might have been a non-issue. But on a Monday when the hotel was less than fully occupied the night before, this *really* rubbed me the wrong way. Would we stay there again? Yes though we’d be more insistent on a little more cooperation on what’s generally a non-issue.

Street traffic woke me up multiple times between 2-6am. Poor value, too expensive for quality. Rooms Issue was Quality and Cleanliness. Splatter of dried blood found behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Needs vacuuming. Superficial uplifts, but outdated overall. Beaten up and used. Old shower style. HVAC are old, noisy, and do not regulate temp well. Room was loud. 13th floor, but still could hear traffic between 2-6 am, including music from occasional cars. Service When I book the room over the phone, requested adjoining with the Marriot central booking agent (not the hotel, but main number). He did not book the correct rooms (cannot book the typical king and double rooms. Must book a suit and adjoining room). He did not place the appropriate note within the reservation. However, front desk appropriately addressed the concern. They were very pleasant and supportive. Overall, good service in the end. Location Location is great with close access to OSU and downtown. The only drawback, the hotel does not have parking. You either park with their valet (45/night) or park in an unaffiliated lot distant from the hotel and walk (not sure how far, we just placed in valet).

A single clerk was doing the best he could do, certainly not reasonable to only schedule one desk clerk. The rest of our stay was great, no issues or complaints at all. The hotel was a longer walk than advertised, but walkable for sure. Able to stay out of traffic and enjoy the weekend. We certainly recommend for stadium goers.

And no matter what we did water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower. Thankfully I bring disinfectant wipes because the doorknobs looked like something dried on it .. and yes that is what I thought it was too. Office chair in the room was filthy and broken. We didn’t use it. Very disappointed the adjourning rooms are only on 2nd floor and no elevator. My wife is disabled and it made it difficult going up and down the stairs, but we had to have adjoining rooms. There was a group of construction workers that had a party in the parking lot grilling food at 10pm with loud music playing until after 3 in the morning.

|도심까지 거리: 11.32kmHotel was sold out so the rooms were already assigned when we checked in. This wasn't an issue until the 4 of us on this trip walked in to a 1 king bed room. We went back downstairs where the front desk acted like they weren't going to be able to switch us because it was sold out. We checked in a little early so there's no way everyone staying had their rooms already- it should have been a quick switch. Finally I pulled up the reservation to show we had booked a 2 queen room. We went to the new room and dropped our stuff before heading out to a concert that we were in town for. When got back to the hotel after midnight our experience got even worse. One girl went to shower and noticed mold on the shower ceiling. The rest of us were welcomed with wet feet from the damp carpet. We were so tired that we just decoded to climb in bed. Imagine our auprise when ALL of the bedding was just as damp. It was so icky and uncomfortable none of us could fall asleep. I called the front desk to let them know around 2am and they said they'd send housekeeping up at 6am. No one ever came. I also mentioned all of this to the lady during checkout and wrote a note to have the manager call me when she was in on Monday. No one called. I've called now 3 days in a row and nothing. Very disappointed in our stay and in the hotel's communication.

I was there for about five nights for a Church Conference, and found the service to be exceptional. From my check-in with Titan and Beverly, to the courtesy extended by Chuck, our porter, my heart was kindly touched. Did I mention the kitchen staff provided a variety of delicious selections for their guests? College students were staying there preparing for their freshman year; however, the atmosphere was always tranquil. This was one of the best and blessed trips I’ve had in a very long time.

|도심까지 거리: 2.28kmVery helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room, and everything worked. Breakfast was better than the general run of such breakfasts, but this is not the same as good. A couple of quirks: Don't cut the corner by the cupboard where the coffee stuff is--it's just the right height to give you an unpleasant little gash. And speaking of coffee--the coffee pot in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since Warren G Harding was President; check it before you make any coffee in it. The shower door is without a handle on the inside, so you can open the door from the outside, but it's hard to pull it shut once you're in. Still, overall a pleasant stay. Especially handy if you need to be near the Ohio State campus for any reason.

The room itself was quite poor. The couch was disgusting and should have thrown out years ago. All furniture was old and heavily worn. The bed was very soft. The bathroom was obviously recently remodeled and nice. A note of caution the tub floor was EXTREMELY slippery. The property was ni e and the common areas were ok. The elevator was slow and not in good shape. From prior reviews there were mentions of car break in s. ALough I did not experience this, I did observe several places that had auto safety glass on the ground. Take that for what it s worth. If I paid Flagship Marriott prices for this room I would have been highly disappointed and complained. For 97 bucks it was ok. I would not return here and would explore other options in this area

|도심까지 거리: 3.16km1 night first time stay at this HI Express in Columbus. The hotel is easy to find and has enough parking area available on-site. Outside of the hotel are also sufficient parking opportunities. This HI Express is situated closeby German town. With a lot of good places situated relatively closeby the hotel offers a good base to head out at night. Service at front desk is average. However we were on the way to the rooms quite quickly. Rooms have all amenities and meet IHG standards. However a refresher on the rooms and AC would be a good improvement. Breakfast is OK. Lot of plastic is being used which could improve. All together OK hotel if you are in Columbus but definately nothing special.
