Our stay at the Holiday Inn express in downtown Lincoln, was maybe the best experience we’ve ever had while working on the road. Whether it be Greg, J C, Carmen or Allen parking our vehicle for us during our stay, they were always courteous and prompt. When we checked in, Larissa and Catherine were incredibly helpful and gave us service with a smile. Over the next several days Linda, Tracy and Shyne continued the impeccable service we received from each member of the front desk crew. Each morning breakfast was inviting and enjoyable with Helen and Lin always willing to help with a plate or fix a drink. During our weeklong stay there were many times either Martha, Guadalupe, pearl, or Josephine we’re available to freshen our rooms and make sure we had plenty of towels and toiletries. Again our stay at the Holiday Inn express in Lincoln Nebraska will be a stay that we were member as the best hotel during our 2 weeks in Nebraska.

우리는 대학 방문을 위해 도시에있었습니다. 호텔은 대학의 단계 내에 위치하고있어 위치가 완벽했습니다. 우리는 5 인 가족이므로 스위트 룸은 우리에게 완벽하게 적합합니다. 로비는 이해하기 쉽고 돌아 다니기 쉽습니다. 요금을 지불하면 주차 대행을 할 수 있거나 거리에 많은 주차 공간이 있습니다 (우리는 하루 주차 요금을 청구하지 않았습니다. 왜 그런지 모르겠습니다!). 호텔은 중간에 일반 오픈 공간이 있으며 소음이 귀찮지는 않지만 우리가 방에있는 동안 다른 사람들이 귀찮게하는 곳을 볼 수 있습니다. 내가 말했듯이 방은 완벽했습니다. 욕실은 약간 날짜가 있었지만 일을했습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 아침에 모두에게 완벽했으며 저녁 식사 시간을 제공하는 가벼운 간식도 좋았습니다. 수영장과 체육관이 있지만이 여행에서는 시간이 없었습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 다른 메모는 많은 장소가 직원 문제가 없다는 것을 좋아합니다. 식당에서 매우 분명했습니다. 시간이 지남에 따라 이것이 스스로 해결 될 것이라고 확신합니다.

Our family booked three rooms for Thanksgiving night and had a nice stay. The rooms did cost more than usual due to the holiday, however each room was clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby area and large breakfast area, complete with coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, and packaged baked and snack items. The rooms were very clean, had some travel size amenities, coffee maker, and decent space. The beds were very comfortable, if not a bit tall, lol, and each came with four pillows, which we appreciated. My tall husband noted the shower head was positioned pretty short, but water pressure was good. The TV worked well. Overall, it was a good overnight stay for us, and we would stay here again.

While I can't speak for the actual accommodations I can speak for their customer service. I 1000% do not recommend booking this motel. I had booked a two night stay for a military drill weekend. The night I was flying out my flight ended up being delayed and then cancelled at 8pm so I could not get to Lincoln. I immediately called the motel and advised them my flight had just been cancelled and that I would not be able to make it and needed to cancel the reservation. I was told they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours of the reservation. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one was not available. I called the next morning and spoke with the same individual and was told again that they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours and there was nothing they could do. I asked if that was for the one night or both nights and was not given an answer. Therefore, I had to pay nearly $300 for a motel room that could not be used due to no fault of my own. I understand the policy and the reason for the policy however when a customer can't get there and there is no grace that is terrible business practice. The website indicates a great cancelation policy and they appear to support military but this is not the case for this location. I contacted corporate regarding one of their affiliates and they advised that there was nothing they could do as it was an independently owned franchise. They did however forward the response from the manager who offered a 50% discount on my next stay. That will never happen and good job on losing a customer. Super 8 should be embarrassed and I would recommend Wyndham not associate themselves with this motel.

4:00 check in time is unacceptable. It is not rocket surgery – service vacated rooms first, allow guests in when they arrive. This does not cost the motel anything extra, it is just better management. There were no USB charging stations. The rooms at Comfort Suites East were properly designed with a solid bathroom door that locks. We have been thoroughly disappointed by the recent trend to translucent, unlockable sliding bathroom doors. Our double queen room was large and fully equipped: big TV with lots of channels; fast enough WiFi with no password; desk with office chair; microwave; a couple of large drawers; sofa; upholstered chair; closet with door and wooden hangers; luggage rack; padded footstools/coffee tables; controllable HVAC unit under the window; night stand between the queen beds; fairly effective black out curtains, plenty of lights; iron and ironing board; enough counter space in the bathroom; hair dryer; coffee maker; ample hot water in the shower. Room did not meet my definition of a suite, but there is a partial room divider between the beds and sitting area. We suffered repetitive problems with magnetic ***** key cards in a couple of rooms, might take ten tries to properly scan, sometimes we would get the green light, but the door handle wouldn't “catch”. Our bed was short sheeted, I hate to have to remake a motel bed. Included breakfast was standard Comfort Suites fare: three kinds of dry cereal; DIY waffles; bagels; scrambled eggs; sausage; yogurt, and more, I found it satisfying.

This is a newer place that we found was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was betty than at other places, but the eating area was very small for a hotel of this size. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when we discovered that our reservation got lost. Luckily, the hotel was not busy. Our only concern was the breakfast lady who seemed interested in watching us eat, and sitting in a chair that could be used for guests eating breakfast.

We stayed at Horizon on our way to and from a trip to Colorado. We chose this hotel basically because of the low price. That could be a real risk, considering where many low-cost hotels are located. This hotel is not in a bad neighborhood as someone else commented on. It is right off I-80 near the airport and very easy to find. Because of their location, there is nowhere to really get out for a nice walk after traveling a long time. There are some gas stations nearby. We chose to go to town to find a good restaurant to eat at... and there are places within a 10 minute's drive. Staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean. The beds are a bit firm, but comfortable. Wifi actually worked. The in-room compact refrigerator was handy to keep our things from spoiling. Good water pressure made for a decent shower. One thing they could improve, perhaps, are the towels and washcloths were a bit on the scratchy side. The A/C worked very well. The entire hotel was well kept. Breakfast is definitely a continental style breakfast. They had a waffle maker for those who enjoy something more than cereal, bagels, etc. Noise levels being near an airport? We had no airport noise whatsoever during either stay. Would we stay here again if we had the opportunity? Sure would. Appears to be family owned and we support small businesses any chance we get. Thank you for a good nights' sleep, Horizon! Ya did good!!

Currently in the middle of my weekend stay at the hotel. Booked here because of close proximity to Doris Bair Ballfields and price. Hotel is nice and clean. Room are just your basic rooms- clean, microwave, mini-fridge, comfy beds, good wi-fi, nice rooms! What really sets this hotel apart from others is the front desk associate Beth! What a gem! We were warmly greeted upon arrival, made too feel welcome, she made sure we were taken care of and even remembered/asked upon arrival back to the hotel after a game how it was and if we won. Give this woman a raise! Thanks Beth!

Great Choice hotel! Comfy beds like Comfort Inn & Suites! Friendly staff, clean rooms, very quiet at a mile or so from I-80, many nearby food choices, snack area with items to purchase - drinks, candy, ice cream, frozen dinners, Mac & cheese, etc. Free cookies at check in. Breakfast area clean & sweet lady was constantly checking ever& refilling. Many protein choices - eggs, sausage, yogurt, string cheese, peanut butter, etc. Also has in door pool & hot tub. Nicely lit & landscaped outside Skip the higher priced hotels and stay here! We will be back!

Nice surprise - it's not every day one gets to stay at a really new hotel. Open since this past May, the new hasn't worn off; bright colors, (very) clean... what's not to like? But everyone knows 'its about the people...” Staff is terrific! Engaging, knowledgeable and apparently, (mostly) hospitality careerists who understand the business and have a personal stake in success. We especially appreciated Dawn and Nichole for their engaging personalities and enthusiasm for their work. A few points - the breakfast is good but if you're looking for cuisine, you might want to go elsewhere. The coffee during our stay was well maintained, all day! (Thanks!). The hotel also has an awesome lobby with various nooks/areas for kids to play, have quiet(er) meetings and work alone. The rooms have a sparse, Scandinavian decor that might seem cold to people looking for richer woods/carpet/window coverings but that's just part of the Tru brand... of which I have one complaint; the soap tubes can be hard to squeeze (certainly not the fault of this or any Tru, more a corporate-thing. Anyway, it'll only be new for so-long but if they keep the level of customer attention and facilities management up, this Tru will stay shiny and new for many years.

I came in to grab dinner with my boyfriend and had a fantastic time at the bar with sruthi. She recommend and made me a French cosmo which was off the menu but delicious. The braised short rib (which was a special) was also amazing so highly recommend the food and drinks here at the well and good bar!!

This hotel had easy access off of I-80 which is what I needed for the night. The room was clean and comfortable, this is the only place I have stayed lately that still had carpet in the rooms. Pool was super cold- like straight out of the garden hose. Breakfast selection was smaller than usual. Hotel lobby ceiling had water damage, stairwells needed vacuumed- they haf lots of dirt / debris. Hall and room carpet MUCH better kept.
