Ça serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage

My husband and I were UNLUCKY enough to have lived at the Winter Haven Gardens for 3 months. The staff there are ignorant and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A GUEST. We were very disappointed in the front desk employees down to the maid service. The management (if you can call them that) have a long way to go and more to learn just to bring them up to be polite and helpful. If any of the management there worked for me, well let's just say they would never work for me. But your management is only as good as the owner and his willingness to pay for good help. Your management should set the pace and the atmosphere of the hotel. The management, especially the head of the maid service and dining room, is the worst of all of them. She gets into everyone's business, even the guests. They never had.any clean towels or clean linen. I ended up buying my own. The washers and dryers there are filthy and leak water. Most of the washers take your $2.50, and the machine never turns on. It was hit or miss with the dryers too. And don't think you're going to get a quarterback when you lose it, because the front office will tell that the sign says that you wash at your own risk. I thought that sign meant that if your laundry was stolen, they were not going to be responsible. But I guess that's a sign with many meanings!! The room was nice and I kept it clean. I did a much better job than the maids did. But if I were getting paid the money that they are getting paid to do that job and work for nasty people, then I would not care about the job that I did either. There are too many dogs there. The room had a wet dog smell about it when we first got there. And our No Smoking Room smelled like they hadn't taken the curtains down to wash since the day they were hung. The bedspread smelled like smoke too. There was trash in the breezeway and on the weekends, the team would pile up outside of the overstuffed trash cans all around the property. The management Do Not Know was ice was. You can not get a piece of ice anywhere in that hotel. They have several ice machines in the breezeways, but not one of them works, kind of like the washing machines there. This is a terrible place to go and stay. Their prices are high and the quality thereof everything is low. If you want to go to a decent hotel, then go next door to the Howard Johnsons Hotel. At least they are still run by Americans......

The check-in and front desk guy was very nice and smooth. The room wasn't really good but we were ok like that until the night came and we went to sleep. The room started having a bad smell and we couldn't sleep at all because of that. Early morning we went to the bathroom and we saw 2 roaches around the toilet. Then, we also noticed the toilet wasn't attached well to the floor and when we used the toilet was moving to the size, lining creating a gap between the floor and toilet. I went to the front desk to tell the lady, who was there, about the issues and she told me someone would fix it before our return. So, before we left the room, I stopped again to confirm everything was clear and the owner was next to hear listening to me and she confirmed again everything. I told her they would have all day to make these corrections from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Guess what! We came back around 6:00 pm and the room was exactly the same as we left it. even the roaches were on the floor killed by us. Not even new towels, or cleaning or nothing was done and the same smell and roaches. So, I went back to the front desk and this time was a guy and who told me he would have to call the owner (the same person who knew about this). So, they sent a man who did not know English (we don't care if they know what to do) with a gallon of roach killer from Home Depot to spray while we were there including my 6-year-old son. I asked him about the toilet issue and he did not know anything about it. Finally, they offered us to move to room #106 and which was a little bit better but still had some smell. It was horrible experience especially for that price.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I enjoy staying at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. On a recent leisure Amtrak trip I decided to visit Winter Haven, and chose this property as it appeared relatively close to the station and nearby many chain restaurants. The walk between the station and the hotel looked to be a little dangerous, as there are no sidewalks on the road west of US 17. So I called Uber, and a short ride brought me to this hotel. I had checked in online the day before and chose my room, so I went directly there upon arrival using the Digital Key. The room was certainly ample for my needs and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and had good counter space. No issues with hot water. The area is a busy commercial district, and as such there was a lot of traffic making it difficult to cross the street when going to my dinner place of choice. Spring Break in Winter Haven? Breakfast in the morning was good and it tided me over until my next meal back on the Amtrak train later on. Since I had enough time and the weather was beautiful, I decided to risk walking carefully back to the station. My concern with the walk along R Street was not my biggest problem. It turned out that there was heavy intersection construction at Cypress Gardens Blvd. & US 17, and all sidewalks and crosswalks were technically closed. With a suitcase it wasn't easy dodging the cones but I made it. Should have sprung for the car service in this direction too. Overall I recommend this property and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience at this Courtyard! We came to Legoland a day early and needed to stay here before moving to the resort. The beds were comfortable, night auditor was great, and the rooms were very clean. We were blown away the next morning by the staff going out of their way to make our son feel special for his birthday. Tishann, Eva, and Alisa presented him with a gift and a birthday card that they had all taken time to sign, and they even sang ‘Happy Birthday’! I’ve never experienced that level of customer service and kindness in hospitality. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future. Fantastic experience all around!

My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. 가격 대비 이길 수 없습니다! 모든 객실이 외부로 열려 있는 오래된 단층 모텔입니다. 아침 식사는 제공되지 않지만 아침에 커피를 마시는 것처럼 보였습니다. 프론트 데스크와 하우스 키핑 직원은 매우 친절했습니다! *참고* 하우스 키핑은 일찍 라운드를 시작합니다 (오전 8시)! 내 방은 킹 사이즈 침대가 있어도 거대했습니다. 바닥에 퀸 블로우 업 매트리스를 쉽게 맞출 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 더 어려운 부분에서 세부 사항 / 깊은 청소를 사용하여 지역을 청소할 수 있습니다. 침대는 편안함에서 평범했습니다. 바닥만큼 단단하지는 않지만 결코 푹신하지는 않습니다. 킹 매트리스는 바닥이 너무 커서 한쪽에 약간 매달려 침대 옆 가장자리에서 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 베개는 평평하고 울퉁불퉁했습니다. 그러나 나는 4 박 내내 잘 잤습니다. 케이블 TV가 제공됩니다. 샤워는 훌륭합니다. 매우 뜨거운 물이 매우 빨리 나옵니다. 샴푸와 로션 냄새가 좋습니다. 방의 전체 바닥은 타일입니다. 책상 의자는 놀라울 정도로 편안했습니다! 그들이 어디에서 얻었는지 알았다면 집으로 하나 사야 할 것입니다. 미니 냉장고는 아주 잘 작동했습니다! 내 작은 물병은 조금 얼어붙었습니다. 객실에 전자레인지도 제공됩니다. 조용한 지역입니다(근처에 디젤 차량이 주차되어 있고 깨어나기 전에 시작하지 않는 한). I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I enjoy staying at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. On a recent leisure Amtrak trip I decided to visit Winter Haven, and chose this property as it appeared relatively close to the station and nearby many chain restaurants. The walk between the station and the hotel looked to be a little dangerous, as there are no sidewalks on the road west of US 17. So I called Uber, and a short ride brought me to this hotel. I had checked in online the day before and chose my room, so I went directly there upon arrival using the Digital Key. The room was certainly ample for my needs and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and had good counter space. No issues with hot water. The area is a busy commercial district, and as such there was a lot of traffic making it difficult to cross the street when going to my dinner place of choice. Spring Break in Winter Haven? Breakfast in the morning was good and it tided me over until my next meal back on the Amtrak train later on. Since I had enough time and the weather was beautiful, I decided to risk walking carefully back to the station. My concern with the walk along R Street was not my biggest problem. It turned out that there was heavy intersection construction at Cypress Gardens Blvd. & US 17, and all sidewalks and crosswalks were technically closed. With a suitcase it wasn't easy dodging the cones but I made it. Should have sprung for the car service in this direction too. Overall I recommend this property and would stay there again.

We drove 7 hours for my husband to attend our daughter first father/daughter dance. This hotel was one of the worst I have ever seen. For the last 26 years my husband has traveled all over the U.S. for work. Due to this we are no strangers to hotels and know from experience some are nicer than others, some cleaner, some quieter and some that people are permanent residents in and they have a whole community going on. Because of this it has to be really bad for us to complain and even then we just ask for what we need and will change bed sheets, sweep, clean tub etc. People have bad days and people forget just like we do and we understand. This one was so bad that staying the night at my husbands ex wife’s house was accepted with no hesitation. The fridge and microwave still had food crumbs in them the lamps looked like they haven’t been cleaned, ever. There was what looked to be food or drink running down both sides of the bathroom door and door jams. The bathroom knob was in backwards so you can be locked inside but not keep someone from walking in on you. The light above sink had piles of dust hanging from it. The ceiling in the sink and closet area gave the expression that at any moment you would turn around and someone would be looking at you through the ceiling. The floors had not been swept or mopped and the previous swept trash was swept under/behind the bed. What looked to be black mold was on the walls behind one bed. The curtains and corners were covered in holes, dust and spider webs. The smoke detector had wires hanging out the side. There was also a wire running out the wall by the bathroom across the floor under the bed and all the way to the windows into the ac unit and the wires were hanging out and exposed. The vent on the unit also had what looked to be mold on it also. The toilet when flushed poured water out the handle The whole time you held it to flush the toilet. The tub fixtures were filth along with the light switches. The only thing that looked to be done was the beds were made but I’m willing to bet they were only made not changed. It was so much of a nightmare we gladly accepted the sleep over with the ex wife where we at least knew the sheets were clean the bathroom at least appeared to be clean and we weren’t waiting to see an eye ball peaking through the ceiling at us.
