The hotel room was fine, but my experience with the staff and mgr was frustrating. We found we were charged for a reservation the night before (we stayed 1 night). The reservation was made online. I received notification of the reservation for the night we stayed via email and had it in my Bonvoy app as well. No other notification was received. They said we were charged for the night before and had a different reservation # for that date. Again we never received any notice of that reservation. When trying to talk to the mgr. , we were told by staff she would call me back. 2 days later in my 3rd call I finally reached her. She argued that she had an online reservation and I was charged for not giving notice. When I questioned why that reservation had not appeared on my Bonvoy app or email, she did not have an answer, but refused to remove the charge and told me the only thing I could do would be to dispute it with the credit card co. This is my first negative hotel review ever and the first time I have had to dispute a bill. Needless to say I am now suspicious of Marriott and will be staying elsewhere in the future.

This establishment has ****** workers and are thieves! I was a victim of discrimination from the very first time I walked in with my son. The receptionist was rude, extremely ugly attitude and above that - was refused my money AND my stay! My wife booked this property, unknowingly that the company adhered to such a strict ”guest” policy. The receptionist saw me and my son and her attitude was not even inviting. When she realized that I had a family of 5, she let me know that the reservation could only hold four people. NEVER being a situation like this before, I asked if my wife and kids could be checked in and I would even sit in the lobby so she could watch me, if she was worried about my lying. She refused that option, stating the reservation was in my name and it could not be switched - I would have to book another room under my wife's name. When I let her know that was not an option for me, I requested a refund - at which time she told me to go through **********, which is where I made my reservation. I did that. ********** reached out the hotel to ask for a waiver on the stay and they refused the waiver option. At that point, I asked if only I could check into the room then, since I could not receive a refund. For no other reason - I was told NO. During this whole time, the woman stared at me with hatred in her eyes. My wife came in on my behalf to get understanding and she was extremely hostile and haughty with my wife to the point where my wife had to ask her why she was looking at me so angrily. It was clear that the woman had a clear problem with me and why? I will be pursuing legal actions to the furthest extent due to the treatment against me; and after two full contact with Choice Hotels corporate team neither conversation ended with me receiving a refund or even a voucher for another stay! Matter of fact, their solution was for me to sign up for a Choice Rewards account and ”give me 3,000 points”! My wife looked to see how many points would equal one stay and it was 8,000! How else was I supposed to ”earn” these points? By BOOKING more rooms with the hotel? Why would I do that with such an experience like this? Even worse, you **********, in which I have a membership with refused to accommodate us in ANY way based on the “policy of the hotel.” But where was the policy that gave the receptionist the right to discriminate against me and then STEAL my money, and NOT honor my hotel reservation?! ********** didn’t even bother to offer us a voucher for another room. All I received was apologies while I had to find another accommodation for the evening and still ROBBED of $50.84!!

What a amazing great advocated staff!!!! We spent a night in Hampton inn Oklahoma in our way home to Georgia. My husband left his valuable watch in room in this hotel. We made a call, and they said they talk to manager. Mrs. Jasmine mailed the watch to our house in georgia. How we can say thank to such great staff. Plus we really enjoyed our stay, such amazing clean room and what a wonderful breakfast. We both thank you all!!!!
