Simply incredible experience. From the moment at check in to check out this was a 5 star experience. I was travelling solo to visit family about 20 minutes away and the staff happily helped me find my new favorite coffee shop, as well as great places to chill out for a meal and a cocktail that were friendly on my wallet with the vibes I needed. The car/shuttle service was on point and was offered before I even had to ask once I knew the direction I was headed. I got a king corner room and it was amazing in itself. Great views, comfy bed and after the cleaning staff made the bed they put my book back on the bed with the page opened to where I had left it. Nice touch!! My only regret here was that I didn't get the names of the guys working the counter and the drivers. You were all amazing - thank you. I will be back.

Best thing about the Marriott Courtyard on Reno is its location. It is about 2 blocks from the Bricktown area with restaurants and riverwalk. It is adjacent to the Paycom Center where the OKC Thunder basketball team plays. It is about 1 mile from the OKC Bombing Memorial. The worst thing about the Marriott Courtyard on Reno is its location. There are lots of people walking and driving outside the hotel in the evening. It is pretty loud. There is a freight train line across the street and the trains are loud. Hotel is clean. Housekeeping did not clean our room or give us clean towels. I didn't see any statement that they were skipping days for housekeeping. Bathroom was ok. Sink did not drain well. Thermostat was erratic. Sometimes room was too hot; other times too cold. Clerk checking us in said breakfast wasn't included. Fortunately, we had printed confirmation that said it was. Breakfast was a buffet for $19 a person. Food was ordinary, except for an omelet station where the woman made great omelets, but only 1 of the 2 days.

Please keep in mind I have NEVER had to complain about any hotel stay ever this far in life. While in town for a concert, my brother and I stayed here for two nights. The afternoon following the first night, my brother noticed red raised itchy bumps all over the back of his legs. We assumed they could only be from the hotel, as we only left one time since checking in to get food. After looking up pictures of bed bug/ flea bites we confirmed that there was no other option of what they could have been. When checking out, we showed the receptionist the pictures of his legs as well as our disgusting molded/ brown duvet inserts. They reacted very quickly and asked for no additional information as they quickly said they would comp one of the nights. Which made us assume this might be a frequent problem due to their reaction. They later told us to send in the pictures and they would get back to us on comping the second night. We were then rushed to end the conversation and leave the hotel. When I called in today to check on the status of our refund, I was told that they sent someone out to test the room for bed bugs and it came back negative. We received no call with an update and were told that we would no longer be getting the second night comped after it was promised. This situation was handled extremely terrible by staff and my brother is still having major issues with his bites days later. We also had the maid service knock on our door three times, once at 8am, 9am, and 10am before checking out at 11am (1 HOUR BEFORE REQUIRED CHECK OUT TIME) Will never be returning to this Sheraton or staying at another one ever again. We were gifted two nights at the Omni Hotel OKC in October of 2024. What an amazing experience from parking the car, to checking in, to the spa, to the restaurant options. The views of downtown OKC were awesome. The proximity to some cool experiences around OKC is phenomenal. The room was comfortable, and the service was stellar. The Omni is an incredible experience and my wife and I will be back!

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.

Stayed for business 3/12/24- 3/15/24. First impressions were good. Hotel is centrally located near the convention center, paycom center and walking distance to brick town and other sites in downtown OKC. There are downsides. The biggest being it is on a loud street and the busy BNSF railroad. The hotel doesn’t seem to be designed to alleviate noise pollution. Between the traffic, trains, thin walls, and thin floors it is a very noisy hotel. The beds were not to my liking either. Also, There was a lovely view of a homeless encampment from my room which really complimented my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were not the most pleasant front desk I’ve encountered in my travels, but they were not all bad. I didn’t take names so I can’t specify what staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, your team is only as strong as the weakest link, and there are a couple weak links that I encountered on this trip. My biggest gripe is feeling like an inconvenience to the front desk staff when asking them to make simple corrections to my invoice, and snapping at my coworker when he asked to do the same on his. This took place upon our checkout on 3/15/25 at approx 3:15am. I’m so sorry to inconvenience the resting night audit by having him make a couple simple modifications to the invoices. Side note: There should be a dress code of some sort for the front desk staff. The pajama/sleepy/un showered look is not appealing, nor expected from a corporate brand such as Marriott. Bleh. Next gripe, I tried calling the hotel directly on 3/17/24 to see if I could have my bonvoy number added as the front desk staff didn’t add it when requested at check in and most likely wouldn’t be bothered to do so if I had noticed at the time of checkout on 3/15/24 (that assumption being based on the attitude from the crabby snappy sleepy front desk agent we had the unfortunate luck of encountering during our check out on 3/15/25.) Lindsey answered my call and the call lasted about 20 seconds total. Not a single attempt or care from Lindsey to try to resolve my issue. It seems as though Lindsey and the front desk staff are only trained to say no to customers and deflect the issues back to the customers. I then asked for a corporate number to which the response from Lindsey was “there’s probably an 800 number, but I don’t know it.” I’m disheartened by the customer service I’ve received from Marriott during this trip. I’m not accustomed to this type of service from Marriott, and this will act as an unfortunate reminder that I will need to explore other options for my future business and personal travel needs.

This is a pleasant, well-maintained property that delivers an experience consistent with what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. Common areas were well-kept and inviting. Front desk personnel were friendly. I inquired about a late checkout and was cheerfully offered a 2 PM checkout, which I appreciated (things like that are remembered). Parking (self-parking) is $15 per night, with in-and-out privileges. That seems reasonable for an urban hotel near the heart of a medium-sized city. The parking is in an outdoor lot behind the hotel, with access controlled by your room key activating a swing arm (a swing arm also guards the lot exit, but it lifts automatically; no key card is required to lift it). Hotel guests may keep their cars in the lot during the afternoon after checkout provided they do not leave the lot and attempt to re-enter the lot. The ”Bricktown” development (seemingly Oklahoma City's attempt to replicate the San Antonio River Walk) is a short 2-block walk from the hotel. A stroll along the canal is a nice experience. The complimentary breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express fare, with staff doing a nice job keeping hot items restocked. Hot items included a pancake machine, freshly made oatmeal, sausage links, potatoes, and pre-fab cheese ”omelets”. The fitness center is fairly run-of-the-mill for mid-tier lodging, with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bike, a weight machine, some dumbbells, medicine balls, and a weight bench. I appreciate that the room had a microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator. A couple of small nits: (1) The fitness center had music coming through speakers in the ceiling, and it was loud. When standing on the elliptical machine, the speaker was within a short distance of my head. Hey hotel: it's 2024; people generally bring their own audio entertainment to their workouts. (2) While I appreciated the late (2 PM) checkout, I did find myself locked out of my room at 1 PM so had to go back down to the desk to get the key reauthorized. Overall, however, I would recommend this property and would stay again were my travels take me to downtown OK City.

(아침에 수영장 주변에서 쓰레기를 줍는 사람이 있어서 그런게 있을 것 같아요) 3번째- 공용공간, 수영장 주변, 그리고 우리가 머물렀던 호텔방에서 가구, 융단 등 다른 물품은 더럽고, 얼룩이 나고, 았습니다. 엘리베이터의 스티커 장식은 장소에 찢어졌고 그냥 싼 모습이었습니다. 4th-hotel room 자체. 싱크대와 카운터가 깨졌습니다. 수압은 머리카락에서 샴푸를 rinse하기에 거의 충분하지 않았고 샤워 실의 조명이 너무 어둡습니다. 타일은 잠시 청소되지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다. 침대는 충분히 편안했지만 더블 침대가 2 개있는 방에 의자 1 개 이상을 제공해야합니다. 에어컨은 괜찮 았지만 약간 곰팡이 냄새가났습니다.
