I have stayed here several times over the last few years and 3rd to 7th October 2023 I had 2 different rooms. Both were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious (especially room 314 that is bigger than many one bed apartments) The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Seriously lots of places could learn a lot from these guys and girls. The kitchens in the room are handy and there is ample storage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is provided with plenty of towels, face cloths and toiletries. I can only think of one way to improve the place and it would cost very little. It would be better if there were some outside seats, benches or picnic tables. There is loads of land around the hotel and this would be a welcome addition. Thanks

I made the reservation day of my visit and was told by the representative that the pool and hot tub were open. It was the reason I selected the hotel as I suffer from chronic pain. Ar check in I learned the pool and hot tub were being renovated. So I was immediately disappointed. The room was nice but the sink in the bathroom was broken and new tiles on the floor had hairline cracks and slippery. The bathroom didn't have a hair dryer I don't think I ever had a hotel room without a hair dryer. The mattress on the bed was hard and not made for a good night sleep. I left the next morning more tired and sore than I was at check in. The positives to this hotel is with the staff. They are courteous, helpful and thank you for going so nice.

This hotel has come a very long way considering the types of guests that the hotel staff has to deal with. One of the workers that stands out the most is Ms. Carol. She is the front desk associate who God has blessed the hotel with to manage the type of situations that can and may arise throughout the time periods in this hotel thoroughly and efficiently. She has been blessed with a set of skills with patience and excellent customer service to keep the hotel in order. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are also excellent. They work diligently and are very hardworking. So don't forget to tip when you come and stay here.

The floor in the kitchen wasn't exactly clean... maybe cleanish, but not clean. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The last night, I woke up with blood on my neck and a dark spot above it. I discovered that it was a spider. Twenty minutes later, I saw a pretty good-sized spider in the bathroom that I had to kill with my shoe. You might have a spider problem at the hotel. The staff was pleasant; to be fair, I did not tell them about any problems. It's a nice place to stay and very convenient for the medical treatments I was having.
