The recently updated rooms are large, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The pool grounds are fantastic and well staffed, offering bar, food service and ice water accessible to all guests. A relaxing massage made the stay extra special. The staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive to guests. Maegan at the front desk was super sweet, helpful and made sure that all of our requests were taken care of. Overall this was a perfect 4 day getaway.

|도심까지 거리: 4.07kmI recently stayed in one of the Villas and checked out on April 29. We were three friends traveling together, celebrating my birthday, I was very disappointed. The hotel was very understaffed. I had a few bad experiences with one employee, whose name was Christina. The first time, my friends and I ordered lunch at the pool bar. We were given a number that clipped onto the table. The number was not facing out directly, but on a slight angle. Christina came up to us with a plate of food, that was not ours, and in a nasty tone said, ”How can I see the number if it's not facing me”. After we finished lunch, my two friends went to the bar to settle the bill. They were standing there waiting to pay the bill and Christina was just ignoring them. Then my friend, Larisa, said something like “can I pay?” and Christina just kind of looked at her and rolled her eyes and said you should’ve said what you wanted. Then Larisa asked her why she had an attitude, and Christina got very defensive and said, ”I do not have an attitude, you have an attitude.” And Larisa reminded her of what happened at the table with the number and that you should never argue with customers, but she was still very defensive. And then after a while, just said she was sick. When we were at the pool, we noticed that all of the cabanas were unoccupied. We called the number that was on a chain and asked what the cost was. We were told by Margaret that it was $200.00. We offered $100, and Margaret said ”We would never accept that amount.” The next time we had a run in with Christina was while my friend and I were waiting at the Starbucks counter for at least 10 minutes. Christina walked past us several times and not once asked if we could be helped. I finally asked if we could place an order, and she responded in a very nasty tone, ”You have to wait in line.” We then stood in line and placed our order. I ordered a Grande Americano. She made a tall Americano. I told her the order was wrong, and she proceeded to argue with me ”That is what you ordered”. She changed the coffee to a Grande, and we sat at a high-top table to eat. While sitting at the table, we noticed that the food and beverage manager passed us, so we stopped him to tell him of our experience. Jeff told us that Christina was on our way out, and at her last review she was disciplined due to her attitude. I also mentioned to Jeff that we offered $100 for a cabana rental and Margaret said no. He told us he would buy a round of drinks at the pool bar and offered us a cabana on Sunday. When we went to speak to Jeff on Sunday to get a cabana, he first told us to take any one. Then he said ”No, they are sold, take number 4”. Well Jeff lied to us. No other cabana was occupied that day. Several employees did stand out though with exceptional service. |도심까지 거리: 1.2kmOnce you finally can find the building, the ‘condo’ is modern & clean with outstanding amenities (although for a $20/day fee) Good: Condo is well supplied for short visits: - TV with Netflix etc & sound system. - Washer & Dryer. - Rooftop lounge and sitting area, nice gym - Beautiful swimming area with bbq's. - Clean modern condo with big patio Not so Good; - no patio chairs - no pool towels - not sound proof - smell of **** in hallways and comes in through your windows. - parking costs $25/night - get ready to walk miles to find your unit. Massive building with / elevator areas and a fire escape that we used to go to rooftop and pool floors. Bad: - Impossible to find. Apple Maps takes you elsewhere (other side of Mercedes dealership but condo on next road). Google gets your there to the back but you have no idea where you are. The problem is the building is in a horseshoe and the back faces the main road w/o any signage or addresses. Brutal! If you arrive after hours - you would be out of luck. - Pool area is beautiful but has glass doors that you can easily walk through. A kid running would break their neck. -Only 2 elevators and one fire escape that we used to access rooftop (5th) and pool and social/games area (2nd) -This is not Old Town Scottsdale. be prepared to walk 15 minutes.

The outdoor pool was very cold, but the hot tub was just right, and the surrounding deck tempted us to sun bathe. Breakfast was the usual HIE fare. The staff were friendly and helpful, laying up our stock of dry ice in their freezer when we discovered that the frig in our room did not have a freezer. The one curious feature here was the absence of a microwave in our room. This was a first in more than 500 HIE stays! It forced us to take our dinner plates downstairs to warm in the communal microwave adjoining the check-in counter. This was mystifying because it was transparently obvious that there had been a microwave in our room, and that it had been removed. Forcing guests to use a communal microwave during the midst of a pandemic is an incredibly bad idea; I implore the General Manager to address this issue at once.

From the moment we arrived, the hostesses made us feel welcome, sharing the rich history of Luna as they guided us to our table—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. Our server, Amanda, was exceptional, recommending one of the finest bottles of red wine I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the family-style servings that made the meal even more enjoyable. A special highlight was when GM Paul personally stopped by to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. It was my brother’s birthday, and they went above and beyond, surprising us with a couple of desserts, including one with a candle. Great vibes, fantastic food, superb wine, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making the evening so memorable!

Our last night, we were going to eat there and menu was even more limited--ended up going out for dinner. Not sure where the “bar/lounge” mentioned in literature was unless it’s one by pool.--yes, there's a bar but certainly not what anyone would call a loung. Wanted to go to 1st floor restaurant (this is actually the pool bar). Someone took us there by elevator but then had to go through the kitchen. Wanted to go to pool—had to go through kitchen. There was no elevator available to take you directly to pool or restaurant.. My husband has difficulty walking after ankle surgery. He cannot climb steps. We received notice that there were things not completed No mention that there is no elevator access to first floor to get to restaurant/bar/pool Lots of construction noise at 7:30 in morning even though they said they would do “quieter” work in early hours . Toilet wouldn’t flush first day No grab bar or seat/foot shelf in shower Banging coming from bathroom—recorded—one night. Had to call down twice before it stopped—this was at 6;30-7 at night Have to pay to have microwave in room—motel 6 would have a microwave Patio flooded one morning after short rain Very few directions on how to reach restaurants, pool No entertainment as previous visits Staff certainly tried to accommodate and were very pleasant

The shower did not work.At 3:00, I asked the same lady for help and she says, ”I'm sorry, our maintenance man has left for the day. I'll send him over tomorrow morning at 6:00 am”. I said what about another room?” Nope, sold out!” then turned away and walked back into the back room.Next, There was no microwave in the room so I walked back again and said don't all rooms have a microwave? Yes. Not in mine.Oh! Ill get someone to take a look.I said ok and walked back to the room, key did not work.Walked back to the front, she did not say a word, reprogrammed the key. 7:30 pm, walked back because still no microwave, new guy up front and said I will get me a microwave in the next ten minutes. Guess what? Nothing. Went out to eat, back at 9:00, another guy, very helpful but when he looked up my room, he said, you are not supposed to be here. ???? He said there is no reservation of me being here at the hotel so he cannot help me. after showing him my reservation, he Walked over himself and gave me a microwave and opened the door for me. Closed the door, my key didnt work, again. He fixed it so the key worked but it happened again the next morning. Good area tho

|도심까지 거리: 16.29kmFirst, check in and check out was very easy, no issues here even when I had a Marriott gift card that the front desk associate never esperience before. Room was very clean and quiet even though the first night we had some kind of junior high sports team staying there. Good location, near what we wanted to do. BUT-- we stayed two nights and their policy is that they clean and replace the bedding and towels after the second night. Starters there only enough towels for one night. If the guest is staying two night you should expect towel and room make up service. Also, the room was small for a king suite. Maybe great for one person but not for 2 or more. As always for most motels, there was not enough lighting and it could use more outlets for our electronic devices. We had to charge everything from cells to hearing aids. So extra outlets would have been nice.

|도심까지 거리: 16.03kmTricky to give a review really because they were having so much building work done I actually think they should not have had guests staying in the hotel while it was taking place. We were advised there would be some work taking place when they accepted our booking and that some amenities may not be available but they did not say just how much work was being done. We stayed here because my husband was working at the Mayo Clinic and this hotel is placed well for that. I had joined my husband and this hotel was the end of a road trip we had taken before he needed to start work. We were in a room on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor if your European and reading this) in the far left corner. When we got to our room there was someone in the room who looked shocked we had turned up and at first I thought we had gone into an occupied room. But no, it was a house keeper (I assume) who appeared to be taking a break as she quickly left gathering her phone, snacks and a plate leaving a slightly rumpled bed with a warm spot where she had obviously been laying! She did not speak English sadly so could not explain herself and just rushed off!! Room itself was comfortable and clean. We were told on a note in the room there would be no house keeping for the whole time we were there and to ask if we needed anything. Fair enough, this didn't bother me. TV channels were pretty rubbish with some not even working with sound or clear picture. As the building work continued it became harder to get in and out of the hotel. I got told off by builders (contractors) twice during my 4 night stay which I was not happy about. Once was when I returned to the hotel via an Uber one afternoon after shopping and the Uber dropped me at front of hotel. The main entrance was taped off and you could not enter that way. The Builder shouted ”You can't be go in that way”. I”m not blind, I had seen the tape and also already been there 2 nights so knew I had to walk around the side of the building! I did not need to be told off like a child. The front of hotel has a turn around so easier for the Uber to drop me there! Next telling off was when I went up in lift/elevator to my floor and walked along corridor (which we had done before when we arrived) only to have builders tell me that corridor was closed to guests. There were NO signs, elevator still worked and went up to that area. The walk round was much further. Again, I am not a child and PUT SIGNS UP IF YOU DON”T WANT GUESTS TO GO SOMEWHERE!!! The hotel looked closed from the main entrance and one evening when I waited for a pizza delivery out front, I had to help two couples in their car who did not realise the hotel was actually open still. Signs with arrows on them were tricky to see from the driveway and so small. I guided both couples to the side of the building they had to enter by. I DO NOT WORK THERE!!! I would not return to this hotel EVER even once they are finished their refurbishment. Really sh

The staff make you feel like part of their family and provide excellent support throughout your visit. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included a nice variety of options. The hotel is modern, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and ideally located for exploring the area on foot. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the room, and the helpfulness of all the staff at the front desk, who went out of their way to guide me through places to visit in Scottsdale. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for my staycation. A surprisingly fun jazz evening with good tapas and nice wines added to the experience. The hotel's location is perfect, and the breakfast was really good.

|도심까지 거리: 16.16kmWe stayed here for six nights in early October as part of a vacation to Arizona where we saw the Arizona Cardinals-Cincinnati Bengals NFL game and also took a day trip to see the Grand Canyon/Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon. This hotel — and the staff — might have been the best we've encountered on a U.S. vacation. The pool was big and wonderfully refreshing (highs were 97-99 degrees while we were there), and plenty of towels were available at the pool every day. There was a restroom next to the pool (we've stayed at places where this isn't the case, and it's incredibly inconvenient). The hot tub and fitness center were near the pool and looked nice, but we didn't use either. Our suite was big and the balcony was nice, everything worked like it was supposed to. We only ate breakfast at Agave, the on-site restaurant, but the Huevos Rancheros was beyond amazing. Hashim was our server all 3 times we ate there, and he was terrific; friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond repeatedly with his service and kindness. Ditto Jim driving the shuttle, and Dominick working the front desk when we checked in and driving the shuttle. They offer free shuttle rides (though you should tip) anywhere within a 5-mile radius. As is custom for my wife and I, we went to a grocery store nearby when we arrived to stock up on drinks, snacks, etc. Jim helped bring the groceries up to our third-floor room, and he and Dominick offered plenty of tips and helped whenever possible. We are Marriott Bonvoy members, and that came in especially handy on this trip. In addition to using points to pay for the stay (we still had to pay sales tax & a daily resort fee), we received a daily $30 restaurant credit & free bottled water whenever we wanted it. The landscaping was solid (plenty of palm trees, which I love) and cactus plants throughout. The setting, with the McDowell Mountains to the east and TPC Scottsdale right next door, was good as well. There really isn't anywhere you can go (restaurants, shopping, etc.) within walking distance, so either rely on the shuttle, drive and pay the $20/day parking fee (we opted not to) or Uber/Lyft everywhere. The parking fee kinda stinks because the location really doesn't call for it unless TPC is hosting an event. Finally, housekeeping was really, really good (daily service, which is increasingly rare) and the rooms, furniture, and bedding were all clean and in good shape. Just an incredible experience from start to finish. When/if we have reason to visit the area again, we'll definitely stay here, and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone staying the Phoenix area for any reason.

Alan was top notch on service and suggestions on what to get. Will definitely be back!! We moved here after a bad experience in the Old Town area of Scottsdale and although a ways away from the shopping and dining areas of central Scottsdale, it offers a quiet, comfortable stay. Only downside during this stay is almost every food item wasn’t available - apparently they are changing the menu. Not really acceptable because there are no other restaurants nearby without driving. We wanted a light dinner without leaving the hotel. Plenty of on street parking if you don’t want to pay for parking.

|도심까지 거리: 1.6kmThe Scott is beautifully designed with a chic, tropical vibe that makes for the perfect getaway. It was an ideal spot for a relaxing girls’ weekend! A highlight of our stay was the amazing spa experience. I had the best facial and the spa itself was beautiful. The resort was also an easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale and nearby shopping. We walked into town and adventurously took a Waygo home - a very futuristic driverless car experience! While the food was delicious, the service at the restaurant and Cabana Club could use some improvement. We found ourselves waiting quite a long time for our orders. The Club may have been short staffed as we had to put in our own drink orders at the bar as servers didn’t come around, and glasses were left unattended around the fire pit area, which detracted a bit from the ambiance. All in all, though, the inspiring design, relaxing atmosphere, and incredible spa made it a wonderful stay.

Over all a fairly clean hotel. Now the free breakfast. It is served 7am-10am. They do not refill any of the food so what it put out is all there is. We got there at about 9:20am. No more eggs, oatmeal empty, the orange juice was rancid. There were sausage links that were just barely cooked as well as biscuits and gravy. So if you want to eat get there early. The others surprise is there is a $250.00 hold on your credit card for “incidentals” not sure what that meant and all the clerk could say was it was incidentals. He couldn’t give us an example of what that would be. It fit the bill for what we needed.

Everything was clean, and the towels were fresh and smelled really good. The walk-in shower was a bit dated but worked fine. The beds were too squishy for our tastes but were overall comfortable. The heater worked well and was quite a bit quieter than most hotel heaters. The WiFi works pretty good. Oddly, Verizon coverage was weak at 4g 1-2 bars. There is a limited breakfast, and it goes fast. It was quiet since the hotel is back off main road a little. We would stay here again.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gema, Liz and Margie who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was our Golden Wedding Anniversary while we were there and the staff secretly put Prosecco, chocolate coated strawberries and a congratulations card in our room. We were very touched by this kind gesture. Our suite was very nice. The food in the restaurant/bar was excellent. A nice surprise was the outdoor pool area which was spacious and well maintained.
