|도심까지 거리: 1.79kmI've stayed at many Hampton Inn's and they usually meet the mark, but this time was a miss. The room they set us up with didn't have working AC or a functional TV. They said they'd send someone over(had to request twice). This carried on until the next day(no one came the first day), they obviously thought it was user error, but it was probably confirmed in a minute by the technician that it wasn't working. We had to request a new room, but were ready to just leave and go home if this was not resolved. They call and tell us we need to pack our stuff and they'll provide a room when it's ready as we are leaving for our planned event. This made us about an hour late to our planned event. This had to be known that this room didn't have working utilities, yet they still set us up there. Hotel definitely was not booked to capacity. No apologies, no checking in, nothing. Breakfast wasn't anything special, hot tub was closed, pool was meh. Elevators need to be serviced as they are constantly creaking and seem like they will break at any moment. Seriously disappointing. Place was definitely dated but they try to sprinkle some updates to make it feel newer. The only saving grace is the restaurants walking distance and view of the river. If you have a family, we cannot recommend this place. I'd steer clear of this place and just look elsewhere.

|도심까지 거리: 1.57kmThis was a lovely hotel in Napa. It was in a great location and there are several choices of restaurants within a short driving distance. The hotel was very clean as was the room. We had some noisy people above us (very loud walkers as you could hear every step). I would suggest the top floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice, large outdoor patio area with a gas fireplace and alot of conversation areas. The hotel was very updated. No laundry so we had to drive a couple miles to a laundromat to wash a few things as we had been on the road a while. A laundry room would have been nice. They do offer limited meals and they have a nice bar in the lobby. Several snack and drink items available to purchase.

We loved the location, central to all things Napa. Hennessey House has been sold since I made my original reservation. I had to cancel in March but was given a voucher which was very nice of the new owners to do. I'm sorry to have missed the hospitality of the previous owner, but overall our stay was definitely worth the money.

The hotel’s historic vibe and cozy decor perfectly compliment its chill vineyard setting, making it a great place to unwind. My room was nicely furnished and offered a comfy spot to relax with some nice views. The service was really top-notch; the staff were super friendly and helped out with local tips and stuff. The on-site restaurant had some good food, though I think the menu could have used a few more choices.The amenities, the pretty garden and comfy lounge areas, made the stay even better. If you’re after a laid-back getaway in Napa Valley, the White House is definitely worth checking out.

|도심까지 거리: 1.2kmHad never been here so this was an adventure! Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Lobby clean and inviting. Convenience to downtown and outlet stores spot on. Although the roundabout was a bit busy during commute time it quieted down substantially soon after 6 p.m. And even with the highway being fairly close by, the inside was quiet. The room was very clean, fresh, roomy, well appointed, comfortable with table to sit and eat indoors and also another out on your private patio. Fresh, soft robes provided. Deep tub in our room. Bed sooooo comfortable (hubby and I usually sleep separate due to loud snoring on his part but he was so comfy I heard nothing from him!). A/C worked well and was not too noisy at all. The only problem for me - and this is MY fault for not asking - was we were in a room next to the elevator. ACK!!! Were woken up at 4:15 a.m. and the loud 'Clunk!, Clunk!' continued throughout the morning. Bummer! Had I understood we were going to be sharing a wall with the lift, I would have asked for something different. Suggestion to management; luggage rack was rickety and needs a fix and it would be helpful to have the soap dispenser next to the sink instead of the lotion (merely a suggestion). We will recommend this establishment to our friends and neighbors and very much enjoyed our stay and thanks to all the friendly staff.

That aside the room was 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. It was great. Both rooms were identical, clean and spacious. It is a very old building and you could hear the people above moving around, but I find if you turn the aircon unit fan on it they do drown out those background sounds. Breakfast was very good, day one was baked eggs with bacon crumble, fresh fruit and juices on the table. The downside was there was a lady who was vegetarian and she was not asked and therefore did not eat hers. There is pump coffee and a water chiller that makes hot water. Day 2 was french toast, fantastic! The rooms do not have coffee making facilities, out building had a kitchen on the 2nd floor with a large fridge you could use, bags of ice ( ice machine bit was broken), a water chill unit, which did could make hot water but did not dispense it, I used the microwave to heat water. Plenty of ground coffee and tea, though not sure how long the coffee had been ground and put in the press pots. We were given 2 bottles of complimentary wine, which was a nice touch, the promised nightly firepit does not happen, no evidence its been used for a long long while. You can walk into downtown easily in 5-7 minutes and always felt safe. Everywhere in Napa is so expensive, this Inn was a lot of $ but in line with what was available etc, with free parking. Would I stay here again? Yes

My favorite thing was the front door! Location was very walkable to downtown, across the river to the Oxbow Market, and to the waterfront area. Breakfast and “Happy Hour” were nice but the cookies were a real treat! Lastly, the people running the inn (as well as those staying there) were so genuinely accommodating and thoughtful. We had the most contact with Emily would wax always pleasant and willing to help us whenever she could. We highly recommend the Blackbird Inn!!

What the hotel lacks in polish, it makes up for with really nice, helpful staff and decent amenities. Pros: - we were initially assigned a small, first floor, cave-like room facing the parking lot and the management was able to reassign us to a much nicer 3rd floor room facing the pool! This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. - the rooms have fully operable windows which was amazing. Do great to capture the cool breeze at night instead of running the noisy, stuffy AC - Beautiful pool and nice loungey area with big towels and configurable shade structure. The pool was busy but not too crowded which was nice. Water was lovely and very clean!! -all staff were incredibly kind and helpful -free EV charging was an awesome and unexpected perk -decent free breakfast Cons - older, smaller rooms with awkward layouts. Not a deal breaker for me. - they could really improve the free breakfast with a few small tweaks: 1. Please provide real coffee cups. Drinking coffee out of paper is such a drag plus it's just super wasteful. 2. Would love to see some fresh, cut fruit options 3. Ice at breakfast would be nice. - Location is meh. Know that you will be staying off a pretty busy street in basically a business/office park. This was a fine trade off but something to be aware of going into your stay. - too many tip solicitations signs everywhere. Makes the hotel feel cheap This would be a great, economical place to stay for an out of town family visiting napa for a wedding.

The Inn is an easy walk from downtown but on a residential street. Our room faced the street and there was some noise from cars. The Inn is comfortable and very clean. The bedding and bathroom were good. And the custom prepared breakfast was a delicious way to start our days. The Innkeeper, Kirsten, was friendly and attentive to all the guests. She even provided us with complimentary tasting passes to one of the wineries we visited. This Inn is a real bargain, too. Although there are fancier places at fancier prices, Cedar Gables is a great find.

We were very disappointed with the Westin - early in the evening we discovered that the toilet did not flush. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone only to find out it didnt work so we sent a chat on the website to let them know. After waiting quite a while and sending a follow up text, for a maintenance person to come and fix the issue, the night was now getting quite late so we werent even able to go out and see all that downtown Napa had to offer. Went to bed and approximately 3am the room phone starting beeping every 10-20 seconds. We tried to assess why it was doing this but werent able to so once again at around 5am we reported it via chat with the hotel and were told that a maintenance person would be up when they arrived that morning - we checked out of the hotel at 11am and no tech was ever sent up. We mentioned these issues at check out so the next party in that room would not have the same issues, and the gal just smiled and said “oh that doesnt sound like a good night”….no kidding! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I’m sure there are much better hotels in downtown that take care of their rooms and their guests. Very disappointing experience and we would not stay here again.

A special touch was the delicious wine we received upon check-in, which made us feel welcomed right from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in the Majestic Room!

The breakfast is handmade and with good old-fashioned service. Dolly is the Manager but she serves in all capacities to make your stay comfortable. She was responsive and professional and would meet each request. We have traveled to quite a few places and this is a luxury that is refreshing to see is still practiced. We had a small fireplace in our room and when it rained all day we stayed in bed by the fire and cracked the window to have a bit of fresh cool air. our room was clean and comfy. we had secured locked doors that would open only with our code. fresh warm cookies at our choosing as well as a bottle of wine upon check-in. Dolly even recommended places to eat and a wine tour we should take and that too didn't disappoint. We left our stay feeling like we had a great visit with an old friend. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Napa. Thank you Dolly for making our stay one of the best birthday gifts I've received.

|도심까지 거리: 3.56km호텔 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 특히 프론트 데스크의 삼촌은 우리 세 가족이 보스턴에서 왔다는 것을 알고 업그레이드를 도왔고 3 개의 아침 식사 쿠폰을 보냈고 호텔에는 무료 자전거 대여 서비스가 있었고 10 분 동안 자전거를 탔습니다. 저녁에 시내로 갑니다. 라운딩하기 너무 좋고 밤에 난로에 둘러앉아 술한잔 하는것도 너무 좋고 아침에 요가수업도 있어서 대만족! 👨👩👧😄
