We stayed for 4 nights in a1 bedroom ocean view. These units are perfect for a little getaway, they are roomy, air conditioned, very clean and have everything you need including a spa bath and an amazing view of the ocean with lots of action to see (boats, JetSkis and parasailers). They are located directly across from a beach, perfect for setting up a cabana and just wallowing in the calm water. The pool is beautiful and clean and these is a nice little hot spa. Close to a coffee shop and within walking distance of Kings steak and seafood and Vinnies Italian restaurants, both have superb food and brilliant service. Check in was super easy and staff were very welcoming. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend Aqualine Apartments and will definitely stay again.

Disappointed with our stay at Aqualine this weekend. There were a number of reasons which I will outline. Room was dirty, we had to wash our dishes and cutlery before using them We had to wash down the bench tops - sticky and had food stuck on them Bed was awful, seems like hole in the middle and I believe is broken Shower dirty Top of cupboard doors on sink filthy, food stains and sticky Dishwasher fell on my foot when I opened it, not screwed into the cabinet It was difficult to feel comfortable Lift doors and lift bUttons - absolutely disgraceful - Covid clean is doubtful. We had to clean the apartment as soon as we walked in, we shouldn’t have to do that Floors we also dirty, not vacuumed Balcony has not been cleaned for what seems a long time. Finally, why advertise a hot spa and the water was cold I am not one to complain ever but this time I have no choice. No feedback from hotel manager or owners after email request.

Third class service and specially management is very very poor. Forgot the name of that manager but he is the one who handles bookings and refunds, never received our 4k, trip got cancelled because if covid restrictions + flight got cancelled, called him, never got proper answer, said we've prepared everything so if you wanna come here or not up to you.

Aqualine Apartments just warming to anyone wanting to book here in Gold Coast that they may just decide to cancel your booking the reason was they said they "We encounter far too many fraudulent credit cards these days and don’t wish to take the risk in this case" even though the card holder would be there with ID and credit card used which meant we had to find a hotel which was more expensive as they cancelled not to far before we were traveling in Nov this year what I believe the real reason was as we had a good rate and they wanted more money as there was nothing available after they said they cancelled booking I paid the deposit and it was only when I rung to give credit card details to pay the remaining amount they said ok which they were quick to get off the phone didn't want to talk it was Glenn and Bill who I was emailing and phoning then after off phone get that email about didn't want to take booking I wouldn't recommend this place as if I didnt ring might of turned up and not had a place to stay
