나는 30 명으로 구성된 그룹과 함께 2 박 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 매니저 Mr.Anuragji는 놀라운 사람입니다. 그는 손님이 적절한 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 돌보고 있었습니다. 그들은 어떤 문제에도 직면하지 않습니다. 음식은 아주 좋습니다. 객실은 세면 도구와 차 /coffee 메이커로 니트하고 깨끗합니다. 방에 생수 2 병이 보관되어 있습니다. 호텔 위치도 좋고 차선을 검색 할 필요가 없습니다. 그것은 매우 좋은 경험이며 몇 번이고 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

Royal rajwadi rooms, still very reasonable pricing. Rooms, entire facility in top class condition. Owner has own farms and cattle shed, so quality of food ingredients is really very good, also cook Kusum prepares nice, tasty food. Manager Chandresh Upadhyay is very hands on, down to earth and very helpful for everything including visiting tourist spots or any issues you have at GH.

Prayagraj의 중앙에 위치한 이 숙박 시설은 현재 보수 공사 중입니다. 예를 들어 1층에 있는 레스토랑은 일시적으로 1층 연회장으로 이전되었습니다. 호텔에서의 경험은 이것에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 우리의 3층 스위트룸은 엘리베이터로 서비스를 제공했습니다. 객실에서 바라보는 전망은 거의 흥미롭지 않은 인접한 플롯에 있습니다. 4개의 포스터 킹 사이즈 캐노피 침대는 꽤 눈에 띄었습니다. 편안하고 객실 자체는 비교적 조용했습니다. 스위트룸은 미니 냉장고, 전기 주전자, 충분한 의자와 업무용 책상이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 모두 작동하는 많은 전기 충전 지점이 있습니다. 우리가 찾은 Wi-Fi 연결이 좋지 않았습니다(314호실). (리셉션 로비에서 연결이 더 나은지 확인했습니다.) 평면 스크린 TV가 2대 있었지만 1대가 고장났습니다. 또한 케이블 TV 연결은 BBC 또는 CNN 국제와 같은 국제 뉴스 채널을 구독하지 않았습니다. 욕실과 화장실이 있었습니다. 메인 욕실에는 핸드 샤워도 면도 거울도 없습니다. 기본적인 세면도구와 충분한 깨끗한 수건이 제공되었습니다. 그러나 가장 중요한 것은 뜨거운 물이 없었다는 것입니다. 우리의 의견으로는 이것이 이곳의 가장 심각한 장애였습니다. 2박 숙박의 마지막 날에 우리는 리셉션에 문제를 제기했습니다. 우리는 문제를 관리 직원의 감독에 비난했지만 그들의 응답은 즉각적이었습니다. 두 사람이 확인하기 위해 돌아와서 간헐천에 결함이 있다고 결정했습니다. 30 분 이내에 수리되었습니다. 아침 식사 스프레드는 매우 괜찮습니다. 점심 / 저녁 식사의 음식은 우리 취향에 너무 매웠고 준비하는 데 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 전반적으로 우리의 체류는 즐거웠습니다.

It was my sister’s wedding at Hotel Allahabad Regency. We booked the hall for 2 days and Lawn for the wedding. On Day 1: They didn’t started the AC even after the guest arrived and they were just putting on the chair covers even 2 hrs later than the event start time. They were not serving the snacks and food items as decided in the menu. Moreover quantity was not sufficient as per the requested guest list. And to add up more they were shuffling the snacks between the 2 events ongoing at the same time. There was zero professionalism for such a big brand of Allahabad. There was total 3-4 waiters who were switching between food and bar. No dedicated Bartender. They charged us Rs.11000 for liquor license but when asked for a copy of it they were not able to produce one. They are fraud people. On Day 2: Wedding day was the heights of unprofessionalism and rudeness. For a gathering of 200-250 we could see only 5-6 waiters who were serving to the guests. And even those were just roaming where there was no guests without even asking them as a courtesy. The linens used for tables and chair were dirty and shabby. As per the contract 50% of the amount was to be paid before the function and 50% after the function. But there useless and rude manager forced us to pay almost 85% of the payment before the function. And for mere 15% of the payments he removed the plates from the counter in the middle of event. And the complimentary room provided to us was worst than a roadside motel with size so small and AC not working. However while making the booking he promised other room to us. There are 100’s of other things which cannot be described in the reviews but i would just say this was the worst experience faced by me in my life that too from so called reputed hotel of Allahabad. And this review cannot be closed by special review for Mr. Mandal the event manager. He is the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful manager. Since it was my sister’s wedding i was bound to maintain the decorum of the event without making any fuss, otherwise i would have thrashed Mr.Mandal. He don’t deserve to be a manager of such a so called reputed hotel. He is a disgrace to the hotel and should be fired immediately if Hotel Allahabad Regency wants to continue with its reputation. Highly NOT recommended for any event.

This is my first experience to stay in prayagraj stay hygiene is good food facility is not available till now may b start soon overall good experience

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.

The room was large and well furnished. And there the positives end. The large window overlooks a tin shed where very many cars were parked. Was it a workshop? One bedside light was broken and the other not working. The spacious bathroom had a bath enclosure, but the door was missing resulting in the water splashing out and wetting the entire bathroom floor. at least 25 liters of water had to go waste to get a semblance of warm water (the explanation was that the boilers were located on fourth floor). leaking WC shower faucet aided the missing door in wetting the floor. The manager's excuse was that the hotel was one of the oldest. There was a wedding on the last day of our stay. Thankfully, it was not loud, so we were not disturbed. Our last dinner could not be served for full one-hour in spite of us ordering what we were told was ready. And once again we were the only diners. We had to catch a train early in the morning and were assured by both, the restaurant and the reception, that some sandwiches would be packed and kept ready for us by 5 AM. They started preparing the sandwiches when we came down with our bags. We got the sandwiches at 5.30. We would have missed the train if it was not late.
