Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. I booked through *********** and had to give a credit card number. When we arrived we paid with a different card. The original card showed a pending charge so I questioned the staff and was told it would not be charged. The next day it was charges, so I informed them of it and was assured they would take care of it. 3 days later the charge was still there so I called them, and was told they would issue a credit to my account. Hasn't happened! I have a dispute pending with my credit card issuer. Also reported to ***********, who contacted the hotel. They refused to do anything. I've sent the proof of both charges and am hoping they can straighten this out. Horrible customer service!!!
