Amazing staff so welcoming and friendly, even had free chocolates for national dark chocolate day, would recommend this premier in to anyone travelling on business or pleasure great facilities and even better staff, thank you to the staff who welcomed me so nicely!

We regularly use Premier Inn as we always find they are clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite and helpful. On this occasion the staff went above and beyond, when travelling with family we had a number of rooms booked. The staff were more than helpful when needing to change rooms to accommodate for accessibility. Then we had members of the family who celebrated birthdays while there. The staff went to the effort of putting up balloons and banners within the room, even being so thoughtful as to get a present and card for each birthday. Would definitely recommend to others and we will certainly be returning. Thank you Kerry and team!!

We came here from Premier Inn Birkenhead and this was a much improved experience. The room was in much better condition with clean walls and ceiling. It was also bigger. The staff were friendly and even helped us warm some dinner. I'm still not sure where it is possible to buy such uncomfortable pillows and the Premier Inn policy of non opening windows and controlled heating makes room comfort a bit of a challenge.
