Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness at an enviable level. I recommend this hotel if you want to be located in the city center. The restaurant may be smaller, but I certainly didn't use the kitchen services, so I don't know that much.

A truly magnificent hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff, magnificent facilities in terms of the rooms, spa, great breakfast and bar and Twenty two restaurant. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day soon! Fabulous! ❤️ Location is perfect for short access to the city centre and Tesla museum only about 8 minutes walk away!

Location exceptional, All reception hosts they were incredibly friendly, really appreciate they helped me book the taxi and they came with me to make sure I get in the right taxi. Theirs is no noises during the nights, really good rooms and good curtains so light couldn’t portrdude in the room. I honestly really recommend this suites.

Best option. Luxury, all kinds of service, perfect furniture, TVset, bathroom, ect. Smooth bed and double pillows. Carpet. Chairs for resting. Big window from wall to wall with excelent view to Novi Beograd skyscrappers. Ideal breakfast, with too many options. They had also an old bus to take us to the airport.

아침 식사는 1인당 20유로가 들지 않았습니다. 위치가 썩 좋지는 않습니다. 주차 요금은 1박에 10유로입니다. 서비스와 환경은 좋은데 호텔이 가성비가 좋은 편은 아니지만 약간 비싸긴 하지만 장식이 굉장히 디자인적입니다.

Let start from the very unhappy and distanced not friendly reception. Coffee and her phone was much more important then several clients. Stairs and stairs. No way to avoid them with a huge suitcase. I was thinking of people in wheelchairs? There is not to enter. Room plain and with sign that window cannot be opened it is broken. 4 lamps and only one working. Behind the bed there are so many wires half of them dangerously covered with a basic scotch tape. Not to believe. Hair drier has only a super cold air , you’re better off outside then drying your hair inside. Faucet old and rusty and not clean at all. More then anything was a attitude of personal. Maids do not say hello or good morning. No! They give you a look like what are you doing here. Very loud and super not professional. I used to love this hotel. Stayed here numerous time. What had happen to it ? Really not good for your stay. Avoid. There are so many other. Serbian hospitality is known but not in this place. I have hope that next time they’ll change those people and make rooms better
