We had to make an unexpected stopover in Bendigo, and needed to find something within walking distance of the Lake. There are a few hotels along that road and were so pleased that we chose the Tea House. We needed 2 rooms to accommodate both our small groups. The rooms were lovely, they looked updated and modern, very clean and tidy, and welcoming! It was great to see a large fridge, microwave and all the cutlery/crockery a family might need. We had a great nights sleep, and if we’re in Bendigo again we’d certainly re book here.

We are now in our fifth year of spending our annual holiday at The Tea House … with occasional short stays as well. Friends are intrigued, of course, because we live less than 4kms from this tremendous tropical themed motel, ideally located opposite Lake Weeroona. We have done our share of travelling … and it is now the destination alone that matters … a problem solved by having one of the most relaxing motels in the State on our very “doorstep”. The clincher for us is the 18-jet in-room spa, which is BY FAR the best we have ever encountered …. anywhere. Yep … the pleasure of staying at The Tea House …. on top of our time and fuel savings …. is a win-win situation.

Best ever pillows and when I contacted them to ask about where they got them they were very helpful. Rom was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. If i ever go back I would stay there again. Great amenities. Room was also nice and quiet - couldnt hear other guests or noise.

The room was really cosy and clean. I was really impressed by how stocked up the kitchen was with pots, pans and even cutlery. Overall a really nice homey place that i would definitely stay in again ☺️
