Loved it here. Unassuming, quiet comfort. The facilities are good, the setting in a forest peaceful, and the breakfasts are phenomenal. Ate dinner in the restaurant once. Was superb. Bergen is about a 20 minutes walk away. Known as "The Hamptons" of Holland - you can see why.

Lovely hotel which is located in a beautiful green forest. The hotel has an interesting design and blends in with the forest. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are bright and airy. Highly recommended.

Just had a one night stay here as we were travelling round the area and thought the location looked good. We enjoyed our stay but had read quite a few reviews and so weren't expecting it be be amazing. Positives are that the location is great - cyclable to the beach and to the pretty town of Bergen. The facilities are also good - a nice indoor pool, pleasant quite chic communal areas and an excellent included buffet breakfast. But don't expect a boutique feel - this hotel is quite big and doubles up as a conference hotel. We upgraded our room from standard to regular as the standard ones are very small and had a sizeable light room. Everything worked well but I felt it needed a really deep clean. Slightly tired but certainly acceptable and we are fussy. I would certainly bring kids here - works well for that. Perhaps less well for a couple seeking a boutiquey getaway.

We komen al een aantal jaren bij Blooming en iedere keer een feest. Gastvrije ontvangst goede bedden en douche. Ook in de Brasserie en restaurant kun je heerlijk eten en is de ontvangst heel gastvrij. De omgeving van Blooming is ook heel fijn Bergen de duinen en de zee. Kortom heerlijk een weekend uitwaaien met Blooming als thuis basis.
