Well let’s start by saying on a positive note that the location to Grand Place was perfect. However, no one there to meet and greet, no combination to the door lock for 30 minutes, 2 towels for 3 persons, NO shampoo in the dispenser, we were told whilst waiting for staff to turn up they would be 10 minutes, after a 6 hr cycle ride they never turned up and got in eventually with the help of a local translator and the fact that I was given the wrong code in the first place. No bedding for the sofa settee. Overall VERY bad experience.

Très bonne communication pour les consignes sanitaires et de sécurité. Une chambre bien en place avec le sauna et la baignoire jacuzzi (et les serviettes prévues) Une attention dans le frigo avec le pétillant et un très bon petit-déjeuner continental. Juste un peu vieillissant pour le sauna et la route qu'on entend fortement.
