The receptionist on Tuesday morning was wonderful. Most professional and gracious. I was assisted immediately and shown a room. The rooms are great and roomy. I will return. Views are fantastic 🙏🌈 the location is super convenient... Close to Blouberg Beaches and close to the city.

This place used to be a nice and convenient hotel. Stayed here 2 years ago and at that time it needed TLC. Now coming back again the place is totally deteriorated ! No maintenance is done on the rooms and aside of the fact that it is not at all welcoming there health and safety issues too: smoke alarm deconstructed, electrical wiring loose. Furniture is not from this era aside of this its filthy. Carpets are stained or ripped. Cabinet doors broken and hanging out of their hinges. The location right at the sea is the only attraction the hotel rooms surely not! For same amount you will find much better places. Personnel is not geared for the hospitality service - or any customer oriented support. Booked a sea view room and was put in H16 - facing a building ! They changed it to H15 not that I would call the view of this room ‘sea view’ so the mentioning of sea viewing rooms is misleading ! Not again - pity as it used to be a lovely place - avoid it now !

The best place for a holiday destination, offering an exceptional view from the balcony and one of the finest views from the restaurant, especially during morning breakfast. The surrounding atmosphere is excellent, providing a serene and enjoyable experience.

Always good to stay with this friendly bunch of helpful people. The reception is always helpful and friendly. Will stay with them again.
