station3 이라서 오히려 좋았어요. 1,2는 너무 붐비는 느낌인데 여긴 적당히 붐비구 1,2로 가고 싶으면 걸어서 20분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 괜찮아요. 리조트 엄청 넓고 조식두 꽤 나쁘지 않아요. 다만 리셉션 응대가 너무 느리고 불편하고 안되는게 넘 많아요. 다른 곳에 전화 예약을 부탁 했는데 그런것두 안되나봐요.. 좀 이 때 마음 상했는데 미지막 날 안경 쓰신 남성분 응대가 넘 좋아서 마무리는 잘 하고 떠났어요. 다음에 보라카이 올 때도 여기 오고 싶어요! 아참! 치약 칫솔 없으니 준비 해가시구요, 물은 탭워터 같은건 있지만 생수 무상제공 아니예요. 숙소 바로 옆에 큰 마트 있으니 거기서 사면 됩니다.

이들에게 NO라는 말은 없습니다. 무조건 YES만 합니다. 무엇을 이야기하든 무조건 오케이이고 항상 친절하게 응대합니다. 룸컨드션 당연히 좋았구요. 수영장 키즈카페 조식 헬스클럽 뭐하나 빠지는것 없는 완벽한 여행이였습니다.

The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

보라카이에 3 번째로 갔을 때 처음 페어웨이 & 블루워터 리조트에 있었지만 너무 멀었습니다. 두 번째로 빌라 데 오로에 머물렀고 3 번째로 La Carmela에 머물 렀습니다. La Carmela에서의 우리의 체류는 클러치 결정 이었지만 정말 기억에 남는 결정이었습니다. 우리는 La Carmela에서 2022 년 새해 이브를 축하했습니다. 우리는 9 박 동안 거기에 머물렀다. 그러나 일부 직원은 그들이하는 일에 그렇게 헌신적이고 열정적이지 않습니다. 모두 매우 수용 적이었던 보안 요원을 제외하고는 말해야합니다. 나는 나 자신, 나는 프론트 오피스 에이전트이며, 그들이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 성실함을 느낄 수조차 없습니다. 저는 사실 라 카르멜라에서 많은 것을 기대했는데, 그 외에도 보이 아분다씨가 항상 모든 공연 중에 이 리조트를 홍보해 왔기 때문에 많은 유명인사와 영향력자들까지 라 카르멜라에 머물며 그들의 서비스를 좋아했던 것 같습니다. 그러나 실망스럽게도 불행히도 모든 기대가 충족되지 않았습니다. 음식은 평균이며, 매일 아침 식사는 항상 얼음 냉각으로 제공되었으며 수영장은 거대하고 아름답습니다. 해변 근처에 있고 다른 모든 곳과 가깝기 때문에 위치는 가치가 없습니다. 저는 그들이 손님에게 개인 서비스를 포함하여 서비스를 강화할 수 있기를 바랬습니다. 특히 경쟁자로서 이미 많은 호텔이 호황을 누리고 있다는 사실이 가장 중요합니다. 나는 La Carmela가 이미 수년 동안 거기에 있었다는 것을 알고 있으므로 그들의 유산을 좋은 것으로 만들지 않겠습니까? 전반적으로, 우리 방은 괜찮 았고, 우리는 우리 MUR를 위해 너무 오래 기다렸고, 어머니의 방의 AC는 잘 작동하지 않습니다. 나 같은 저예산 여행객에게 완벽한이 호텔을 다시 고려하고 싶습니다. 파트너, 어머니, 여동생과 9 박을했으며, 접시 아침 식사를 포함하여 모든 것을 위해 PHP 25k 만 지불했습니다. 내가 언급 한 모든 점을 고려해 주시기 바랍니다. 곧 see겠습니다. The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

Contemporary, clean, and very nice 5-star hotel in Boracay. Located in the eastern part of the island, it’s about less than a 5 minute ride from the hotel pick up/drop off point of D’mall (station 2). It has a huge pool at the center of the property and a smaller pool that’s near their private and relaxing beach (sand is not as fine compared to the western part of the island). The landscaping of the property is very well maintained. The ambiance and design of their restaurants (Qtchen for the included buffet breakfast and Seafood for dinner) are also contemporary and tastefully done. The hotel is composed of several buildings and they are named after the different bodies of water. We stayed at the Indian (ocean) building and we booked in their premier one bedroom suite which was very roomy and nice. It had its own kitchen, dining, and spacious living room, the bedroom had a queen size bed. The bathroom is also big with a bath tub. Our room also had a wrap around balcony overlooking the main pool and and garden. Very nice. We used the main pool during the day and night and both times the water was warm but the pool isn’t heated. The huge pool was divided into different depths/areas wherein the depth ranged from 1-4 feet. The three feet area had the jacuzzi type function. Very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes and the majority changes everyday. They had a noodle and egg station. Most of the local and international dishes would taste as expected. Was a bit disappointed with the bacon because it was tough instead of crispy. I enjoyed the daily congee and the noodle soup station. Dinner at Seafood was a nice experience. We had a drink voucher with our stay. The ambiance is nice, good for a date night. Servers are very knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining the components of each dish. They were also very attentive. Food is good and I especially liked the lechon rice which was delicious and generous. The experience was not cheap. Room service was excellent. Food was also generous especially the noodle dish and all were very tasty. Tip: you’re entitled to two mineral water bottles per person each day, if you have room service, ask for additional pitcher of iced water if needed. Great staff, good facilities. We had an overall wonderful stay at Aqua Boracay, except the shower. In our room, B1-205, it was so difficult to get the right mixture of hot and cold water. No matter how big or small the adjustments one makes, the water would either be cold or too hot. I called the attention of the front desk about this during my checkout and I hope they resolve this. Another suggestion for management, pls have better quality bedroom slippers because what you provided were so thin and cheap. Lower starred hotels have much better bedroom slippers. And have your brand printed on it.

Great location on the Main Street in Boracay. 2 minute walk to the D’Mall a warren of streets with countless shops and restaurants. A 5-minute walk to the beach. It was rainy season while we were there (experienced a typhoon and never-ending bands of rain for several days), but we got 2 days of sunshine, which was nice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We added breakfast with our room rate, but it was minimal, so we didn’t eat it most days. The bar by the pool had tasty food and good drinks. Their fruit shakes were excellent. Comfortable rooms, small bathrooms. Storage was an issue (as we found with another property we booked for our Philippine vacation). Their on-site spa was very nice.

All you guys are amazing, friendly and very acccommdating. The room is very clean and comfortable. Thanks sa pag upgrade ng aking room. 😍 Sulit na sulit ang bayad and most especially the very Instagrammable place from Castle Like entrance, the hotel building, the highest dome in the island and the beach view and the secret beach. 웰컴 드링크도 주고 풀이 정말 좋았어요. 근처에 많은 레스토랑도 있었지만.. 단점이 클럽처럼 노래를 늦은 시간까지 틀어서 너무 시끄러웠어요. 그리고 화이트비치랑은 약간 거리가 있었지만 그건 문제가 되지 않았어요. 시끄러운게 가장 큰 문제에요.

진짜 대박 좋았어요!! 도착해서 야외 리셉션만 봐도 황홀합니다 ㅎㅎ 발리에서 느꼈던거보다 더더 자연친화적이더라구요 새소리가 정말 많이 들리고 가까이서 많이 봤어요 ㅎㅎ 테라스 뷰도 너무 예뻤고 방에 벌레도 없었고 자연의 소리 들으며 진짜 찐 힐링 하고 왔습니다. 프라이빗 비치도 너무 좋았어요. 비치 내려가자마자 작은 동굴이 있는데 들랑달락 하니 성인인데도 재밌더라구요 ㅎㅎ 사람도 없고 깊이 들어가기 부서워서 파도 부숴지는 부분에서 놀았는데 파도 때문에 모래가 날려 조금 뿌옇게 보였지만 물고기도 있더군요^^ 음식도 맛있었어요! 레스토랑도 가고 조식도 먹고 룸서비스도 시키고 다 해봤는데 맛좋았고 수영장에서 음료 시켜 먹으면 천국이 따로 없더라구요 ㅠㅠ 수영장도 얕은 구간 깊은구간 나눠져 있어요. 중간으로 갈수록 깊어지네요 ㅎㅎ 수영장도 돌로 만들어서 짐수하고 놓았는데 그 빛이 너무너무 예뻤습니다. 그냥 일반 호텔 수영장 같지 않아서 더 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ (파란수영장 아님ㅋㅋ) 아무튼 강추입니다. 크리스탈샌즈 3박하고 아샤 2박 했는데 엄청 시끄럽고 방음 인되는 헤난에 있다 가서 그런지 더 행복했답니다 ㅠㅠ 룸도 넓도 깨끗해요. 다시 가면 꼭 들릴거예요 ㅎㅎ 가성비 갑인 숙소입니다!!
