Lovely room, very clean, but like other people, we had problems getting into the building on several occasions, one of which was at 00:30 in the morning which caused considerable distress. There was a 24-hour helpline and the gentleman that spoke to us was helpful and sent someone out to help us. However, the fact that there was no backup key in the lockbox, and that the app is the only way to get in (bar someone coming out) and is clearly not 100% reliable is not something I would risk again. Considering these issues, none of which were our fault, I asked for a partial refund (as I was happy with the room) but was refused. I suppose this makes sense considering how many people have difficulty with the access. I would therefore not recommend staying here for these reasons, unless the check-in process is changed.
