Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. No reception personnel, only a big screen and you talk to someone that’s in home office!!! That’s why you don’t get an answer when calling!!! If something is missing or you need assistance…… Room is acceptable taking out the fact that a renovation wouldn’t make any harm

A decent hotel directly adjacent to the new train station. The hotel is nothing extraordinary, but it s very convenient & comfortable. The staff were super friendly, warm & welcoming. Breakfast is where it really shines , with a beautiful, bountiful supply & appealing presentation. The dining area is kept exceptionally clean & well stocked . The town of Bulle is quaint & cute with not a whole lot to do , however it is very near to The Callier chocolate factory, as well as the city of Gruyère ( cheese )

I stayed in the hotel in April 2022 with extended family. The location of the hotel is convenient, near the train station. The ladies at the reception are very friendly, they speak good English. The rooms are clean and in good condition. We got the rooms on the back side of the building, there was no noise from outside so I could sleep with window open. The rooms are poorly soundproofed indeed, you can hear every sound from the hall/ the neighbour rooms, but I was lucky with neighbours and they did not bother me. My family members got neighbours who came back to the hotel at 4 am. Wi-Fi works perfectly. The breakfast is not very impressive, but it has all the basic stuff including the fresh orange juice. In general I had a positive experience. Good value for money.
