I had the pleasure to stay at Maadi Hotel for 60 days in a raw. I have to say that I got an excellent and cordial service all the time. At the reception you will find Mr. Rady and Mr. Ahmed. Both of them speak fluent English. They will do their best to meet your requests. The Fitness center located at the top of the hotel has a marvelous view to the Nile while you are running on the treadmill. The wireless internet in the room should be improved as the variety of the breakfast too. Customers are allowed to smoke in the lobby area and in the rooms. That smoke could reach your room too. Beyond that, the chefs at the little restaurant are always willing to prepare the food you ask them to cook for you. I would say that those imperfections are greatly compensated by the Egyptian warmth and high sense of hospitality. Therefore, I conclude by saying that Egypt is a beautiful country with beautiful people! Enrique
