This my 8th time here since my bday 2021 and my 3rd birthday so I’m quite familiar w the hotel and staff. I truly enjoy all the amenities, location , ample parking , sauna and steam …on site spa…Yada yada yada. I had a problem last year and mgmt stepped up and went above and beyond to make me feel special. This time they had a convention and wound up giving away my reserved room ( I booked my flight 23 Nov 2023 soooo I’m positive I booked the hotel same day). Naturally they gave me the “corporate “ response but I was calm and insistent that I wanted equal or better to my first and only choice ( I’ve had the same executive suite all 8 stays ). I’d like to send a very special shout out and super big thanks to Valentina who I just met and to my buds Eduardo and Rafael for taking the extra time and patience to find me an even better choice….now I’m spoiled and canNOT go back to the regular exec suite, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; treat people w respect and it’ll come back tenfold and it’s people like those three that make the difference, not AI or Sr mgmt…the people on the front line. Thanks for continuing to make one guy feel special

10년 전 처음 CARTAGENA에 왔을 때 머물렀던 오래된 5성급 호텔은 특히 안뜰 레이아웃, 수영장 및 측면 레스토랑이 매우 인상적이었습니다. 오전 10시쯤 도착했습니다. 베이징에서 비행과 환승까지 28시간이 걸렸다. 정말 피곤하고 오후 3시까지 기다리고 싶지 않습니다(인터컨티넨탈에서는 얼리 체크인을 위해 50달러를 받았습니다). 체류 계획; 프론트 데스크는 방이 살 준비가되었다고 말했고 마지막 날 아침 식사를 당일로 진행하기로 동의했습니다. 매우 드문 일입니다. 감사합니다! 프론트 데스크, 레스토랑 및 다양한 서비스는 매우 사려깊지만 방은 오래되어 보이지만 여전히 물건을 느낍니다. 훌륭한 가치!

This is a very known chain with the minimum standard almost similar everywhere; it is located inside a building occupying only some floors, lobby/restaurant/swimming pool are at 10th , guest rooms below. It seems quite new, rooms have enough space as well as the bathroom, I did appreciate the bed, big and extremely comfortable. What needs a significant improve in my opinion are breakfast, personnel and Wi-Fi. Breakfast has even enough choice but it is fundamental to add label or similar closed to each product, with of course English translation, not just a blackboard with a list. Employees don’t know English, only some speak a basic one and this is not acceptable for an international chain. Internet network should be improved, not speed really, but the “covering”, in some rooms it interrupts the service sometime annoyingly. The location is not the best, downtown and Boca Grande is quite far, however taxi and Uber are plenty and with affordable fares and, last but not least, the overall cost of the hotel is really affordable.

BEWARE, this hotel is located right on a very busy & noisy square. You can hear the club music until 3am every night Mon-Sun. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and has everything you need for a basic stay. The breakfast is sub-par, I don't recommend it if you want anything more than your standard continental options. The mattress was pretty hard.

We had breakfast at the restaurant everyday during our stay and the staff was was helpful and accommodating. Moises was our server and was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Estadía muy placentera, en una ciudad corazón de latinoamérica, acogedora y de belleza histórica. Lo mejor es que este hotel se encuentra en la zona comercial y moderna de la ciudad, combinando ubicación y servicios impecables. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo para familias, con niñ@s se disfruta por igual.

Had a great stay at this hotel. On the seafront. We had a view of the sea from our room. Our room was quite noisy as the road is in front of the hotel but I use ear plugs so wasn’t an issue. The restaurant is lovely and the good was delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Breakfast is a good selection and there is a pool on the top floor. Great to view the sunsets. Easy access to the walled city. The staff are lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and cleaned daily.
