Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. 우리는 호텔에서 매우 괜찮은 숙박을했습니다. 더 많은 레스토랑과 스파 시설을 갖는 것이 더 좋을 것이라고 생각했지만 음식 품질은 타의 추종을 불허했습니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 조식 뷔페와 저녁을 먹었고 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓고 품질이 훌륭했습니다. 저녁 식사의 경우 이탈리아 요리는 훌륭했고 우리의 기대 이상이었습니다. 시도해 볼 것을 적극 권장합니다. 나는 더 오래 머물기 위해 다시오고 싶습니다. 그들의 하늘 해변가 방은 사실이 될 정도로 좋았습니다.

The hotel room is nice and clean. The facilities are good, well equipped, and clean. All hotel staff are friendly with good service-minded. The room service can be requested via Avani app and it’s very convenience. The staff are very responsive to complete all the request. I am impressed with this hotel!

This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. Everywhere in the room, there are mini statues of rabbits. One is beside the loo looking at me doing my business. When my daughter was taking too l

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

호텔은 Hua Hua Center에서 차로 약 15~20분 거리에 있는 Cha Am에 위치하고 있으며, 저는 차로 여행하고 있으며 위치는 저에게 비교적 이상적입니다. 근처에 작은 거리가 있고, 거리에 레스토랑이 많고, 밤에는 길가에서 음식을 판매합니다. 호텔 입구 맞은편에 편의점이 있고, 마사지 서비스도 여러 곳 있습니다. 호텔 22층. 저녁까지 로비에서 예약하셔야 합니다. 8시가 되서 돌아가기엔 너무 늦어서 아무것도 남지 않았습니다. 호텔에는 작은 수영장이 있으며 호텔 가장자리에서 바다를 볼 수도 있습니다. 해변에가는 것은 권장하지 않지만 일출을 보는 것은 좋습니다. 호텔 아침 식사는 좀 더 서구화되어 있지만 태국 음식과 중국식 찐빵도 있어서 꽤 맛있습니다.

My wife and i had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Ace of Hua Hin, in a Double Deluxe Pool Access room. The room was spacious, very clean and had all amnities including A/C. Staff was extraordinary friendly and as it was we were celebrating my wife's birthday they surprised her with a little, very tasty chocolate cake. We can high recommend this hotel and will definetely return when travelling again to Hua Hin.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.
