Stayed for a weekend in a nearly 100 year old hotel on the Canadian prairies. The building had been completely restored and had the feel of an elegant European Hotel. The staff were friendly, efficient and always exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and furnished in the style of a posh 1920s hotel room. The restaurant was very comfortable, however, some may consider the menu somewhat limited. In our experience the menu may have been limited but every dish was done extremely well and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There is absolutely no doubt that this is our favourite place in Moose Jaw.

Very disappointed in our experience. We expected a much more upscale/exclusive experience considering the nightly cost. The hotel in general, rooms, and service was subpar at best. We have submitted basic requests such as additional pillows and towels which were never delivered. Our room (newly renovated) was comfortable but nothing “wow” for the 270-300$/night cost (very average not super comfortable pillows/mattress). Comparable to standard Holiday Inn room. Our room also had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. Our door lock battery died (no issue as those are things that happens) but the front desk made us try at multiple occasions different cards eventho we explained the situation and thought it was most likely the lock itself and the battery. The maintenance staff were very polite and helpful.

가격 대비 좋은 WIFI, 객실 깨끗하고 좋은 위치, ******, 수영장, 시내에서 한 블록. 길 건너편에 아름다운 공원. 무료 주차, 객실에는 커피 메이커, 전자 레인지 및 냉장고, HDMI가있는 좋은 크기의 평면 TV가 있습니다. 매우 기본적인 무료 아침 식사

For the price and location, this hotel is worth it. Nice pool, close to everything in Moose Jaw. Good breakfast as well, pet rate is 20$/extra to but fair

방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 뜨겁고 차갑게 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 아주 좋은 아침 식사. 전에 여기에 머물렀고 확실히 다시 할 것입니다. 아침 식사를 하는 소녀는 결코 멈추지 않았고 인정받아야 합니다. (불행히도 우리는 그녀의 이름을 알지 못했지만 6월 16일 아침이었습니다.)

The pillows and the mattress were extremely comfortable and Amazing . We had the room with a separate bedroom with a King size bed, little kitchen, coffee, the other part of the room was a queen size bed, table and chairs, couch, The free breakfast was the best we had in the week we have been traveling. 5 Star's for sure ⭐🌟⭐💫✨

아침 식사는 절대적으로 훌륭하고 맛있었습니다. 방문 할만한이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. BIG Moose는 멀지 않으며 스노우 버드 제트가 바로 옆에 있습니다. 일정이 빡빡해서 터널을 방문 할 기회가 없었습니다. 해피 트레이스

We had the best experience here. Clean and friendly! They had the best breakfast ever. Made on site on a real stove and oven. Room was clean with a table and chairs to sit on instead of just sitting on your bed. We will definitely be adding this hotel to our regular list.
