Friendly helpful staff-as independent travellers we wanted to cycle to the Tombs and Temples. The staff arranged and picked up suitable bikes for us, together with taxi for our onward transfer. The hotel is located beside the west bank of the Nile enabling us to enjoy birdwatching at dusk and dawn. In common with other reviewers we enjoyed the food in the associated Allahan restaurant.

사장님과 세입자는 매우 친절합니다. 0시 이후에 도착하면 이웃 세입자가 따뜻하게 맞이하고 전문 웨이터처럼 음료를 따르기 위해 열쇠를 받으라고 요청합니다. 사장님은 갑자기 연락을 돕고 심지어 부두를 픽업하고 내리기 위해 싸움에 참가했습니다. 위치가 약간 떨어져 있고 Google 내비게이션에 문제가 발생하기 쉽습니다.

The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was our last hotel in Egypt and the best one! All the staff were friendly and ready to help in anything but we want to especially thanks to the Guest Relations Catherine, she made us feel welcomed and she was friendly, helpful and kind with us the whole time. The swimming pool is fantastic, after a hot day you can chill over the pool, have some drinks and see the beautiful and unforgettable sunset at the River Nile. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean. They have several restaurants with different dietary options, the breakfast was a delicious international buffet and they even have a gift shop inside the hotel. It is accessible for wheelchair user and kids friendly. Definitely we highly recommended.

하드웨어가 매우 낡았고, 아침 식사가 매우 열악하고, 침구가 피어 있고, 방이 촬영되지 않았으며, 당시에는 전혀 관심이 없었습니다. 두 가지 장점이 있습니다. 모든 객실에는 강 전망이 있으며 모든 웨이터는 매우 친절하며 서비스는 매우 어렵습니다. 룩소르에는 현재 국제 호텔 그룹이 없으며, 현지 품질의 고르지 않은 선택이 남아 있습니다. 하룻밤을 보내면 정말 견딜 수 없습니다. 같은 도로에 있는 포시즌스 호텔은 공사가 진행 중입니다. 기초 😂이를 볼 때 언제 열릴 수 있는지 모르겠습니다. 정상적으로 열리지 않기를 바랍니다. 아, 그건 그렇고,이 호텔의 주차장은 실제로 황토 자갈이 가득한 작은 건설 현장입니다. 건축 쓰레기뿐만 아니라 생활 쓰레기도 많이 있습니다! ! !

In the West bank district of Luxor, close to Medinet Habu Temple, Ramsses Palace has a garden and a washing machine. The property features accommodation with a balcony. The room was wonderful! It was big and cozy just perfect to rest in after a long day tour in Luxor. Bathroom was well stocked and equipped with tub. Staff were helpful, friendly and warming. They would always lend out a helping hand whenever needed, may it be the concierge, Karnak restaurant and the front desk. Pool area was wonderful with a magnificent view of the Nile and the Valley at the backgorund.

Extremely hospitable family run business suitable for anyone wanting to experience Luxor in its truest form. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate and will help you to understand the life and history of Luxor. A place loved by archaeologists due to its close proximity to the valley of the kings and queens and its extremely homely feel. The staff are extremely respectful and will do everything possible to assist you. Saad is the owner of a boat that can take you across the Nile and over to Banana Island and is an extremely lovely person. The hotel provide an in-house massage therapist and can organise trips to the various historical sites for good rates. Even as a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable and well looked after. The best place for those truly seeking a real experience of what life in Luxor really is.
